Selenium Nanoparticles Prepared from Reverse Microemulsion Process

Selenium nanoparticles were prepared by a reverse microemulsion system. Sodium selenosulfate was used as selenium source. The results showed that hydrochloric acid concentration and reaction temperature had great influence on the morphology of products. 棉花核雄性不育性完全保持的遗传分析

棉花“洞A”型核雄性不育性完全保持的遗传,受隐性不育主基因和“散粉”多基因系统共同控制。当存在显性可育主基因时,多基因系统的作用被掩盖,不育性表现为一对隐性基因的简单遗传。但当主基因呈纯合隐性不育态时,多基因系统则对不育性起修饰作用,导致不育株表现部分散粉可育。“散粉”多基因效应中,加性效应[d]、显性效应[h]及加性×显性的互作效应[j]均极显著,其中[d],[j]对散粉起增效作用,[h]则起减效作用。这种模式被称为作物核不育主基因,多基因互作模式。
