A New Diiminopyridyl Cobalt Complex [CoCl_2L]（L=2,6-Bis（N,N＇-bis（2,6-diisopropyl-4-（2,3-dimethyoxylbenzoylamide）phenylimino））pyridine）

The reaction of CoCl2·6H2O with 2,6-bis(N,N'-bis(2,6-diisopropyl-4-(2,3-dimethy-oxyl-benzoylamide)phenylimino))pyridine(L) afforded the complex [CoCl2L],which was fully characterized by elemental analysis,UV-vis,IR spectroscopy,fluorescence,and X-ray diffraction analysis.The compound is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 13.058(3),b = 13.798(3),c = 16.695(3) ,α = 98.191(3),β = 102.792(3),γ = 101.820(3)°,V = 2815.0(9) 3,Z = 2,F(000) = 1122,μ = 0.45 mm-1,R = 0.061 and wR = 0.1349 for 9842 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)).The Co(Ⅱ) center adopts a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry.The extended structure shows a one-dimensional zigzag double chain linked by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.     

A New Sandwiched-type Polyoxotungstate Containing {Cd4} Transition-metal Cluster： Synthesis,Structure and Luminescent Property

A new sandwiched polyoxometalate [HK11Cd4Cl2（PW9034）2]·18H2O （1）, incor- porating a unique hybrid tetranuclear cadmium cluster （abbreviated to {Cd4}） with two trivacant polyanions [B-α-PW9O34]9-, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1： monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.2997（4）, b = 13.8014（3）, c = 31.9819（8） A, β = 102.764（2）°, V= 8308.3（3） A3, Z = 4, P2O86Cl2K11Cd4W18H37, Mr = 5735.13, Dc = 4.584 mg-mm-3, F（000） = 10084, μ = 26.579 mm-1, the final R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0989 for 6558 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. X-ray crystallographic study shows that the molecular structure of 1 contains four cadmium atoms. Two CdO6 distorted octahedra and two CdOsC1 distorted octahedra combine with each other in turn via edge-sharing, resulting in a regular rhomb-like cluster sandwiched between two {B-a-PW9034} units. Further, the sandwich-type polyoxoanions were connected by K＋ ions to form a complicated 3-D open-framework through connecting with each terminal O atom of the [Cd4C12（PW9O34）2]12- polyoxoanions. In addition, compound 1 exhibits photoluminescence property at room temperature and the band gap can be assessed at 3.25 eV.     

中国XRF历史发展的相关资料征集启事

X射线荧光光谱(XRF)技术是当今最重要的无机分析技术之一,拥有无污染的独特优势,使得它在未来的"环境友好"分析实验室建设中具有广阔的发展前景。XRF仪器自1948年问世以来,已有66年的发展历史,在我国的应用研究也已经历了50多年。为记载我国XRF的历史发展,国内多家XRF实验室提议共同编写一本记载我国XRF发展历程及成果的专著。     

Synthesis of a Nine-atom Germanium Cluster K_(0.5)[K(18-crown-6)]_(1.5)Ge_9·1.5en with Unprecedented “up” and “down” Chain Arrangement of Unit [-(Ge_9-K-Ge_9)~(3-)-]

A new complex K0.5[K(18-crown-6)]1.5Ge9·1.5en(1) which contains unprecedented "up" and "down" chain arrangement of unit [-(Ge-9-K-Ge9)3-] has been prepared by the reaction of K4Ge9 with HgS in ethylenediamine(en) in the presence of 18-crown-6(1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane), and characterized by X-ray structure analysis. The color of the title crystals(black), which is darker than that of the reported three compounds with chains of germanium clusters, may result from the naked K+ and their interactions with the chain. And the structure differences between 1 and the reported three compounds with chains of germanium have also been discussed.     

两种7-羟基香豆素衍生物的合成和NMR分析

以7-羟基香豆素为原料,通过吡啶催化乙酸酐反应或碳酸铯促进2-溴乙基甲基醚反应,分别合成两种7-羟基香豆素的衍生物。结合分子结构中不同基团或原子的电子效应影响因素,利用NMR对目标化合物进行分析,通过A环上邻位氢、W型间位氢的耦合常数~3J=8.4 Hz、~4J=2.5 Hz(4J=2.4 Hz)以及B环上顺式双键耦合常数~3J=9.6 Hz,利用~1H-NMR、~(13)C-NMR、135°DEPT、~1H-~1H COSY、HMQC和HMBC谱对氢原子、碳原子的准确化学位移进行归属和验证。

英文课程"药物分析中的分离技术"是南开大学化学学院为本科生开设的专业选修课。在授课过程中,将南开大学有效教学团队引入的有效教学O-AMAS模型融入到课程的教学中,践行了"学以致用,用以促学,学用相长"的教学理念。     

微流控芯片技术在蛋白质分析中的应用进展

近年来,微流控芯片技术取得了显著的发展。随着微电子及微机械等制作技术的不断进步,高通量、高效、快速、低成本的微流控分析芯片在蛋白质和多肽分析方面获得了令人瞩目的成果。本文主要介绍了微流控芯片在蛋白质组学分析研究的应用和发展。引用文献52篇。     

Synthesis, Structure and Secondorder Nonlinear Optical Activities of a New Tungsten（0） Compound with Pyridine-2-thiolato Ligand, [Et4N][W（pyS）（CO）4] （pys = C5H4NS^-）

The reaction of W(CO)6 with pyOSNa (C5-H4NOSNa) and Et4NCl in MeCN affords a new tungsten(0) complex [Et4N][W(pyS)(CO)4] 1 (Mr.= 536.29).The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group P212121 with a = 8.2429(5),b = 9.1045(4),c =26.8851(14) (A),β = 90.00°,V= 2017.66(18) (A)3,Z = 4,Dc.= 1.765 g/cm3,μ = 58.51 cm-1,F(000) =1048,the final R = 0.0204 and wR = 0.0400 for 4432 observed reflections with I ＞ 2σ(I).X-ray structure analysis revealed that the molecule is acentric and has large first-order hyperpolarizability (7.2 × 10-30 esu),so it could be an IR second-order nonlinear optical candidate material.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 2-Amino-4- chloro-5-（4-methylbenzyl）-6-methylpyrimidine

The title compound 2-amino-4-chloro-5-(4-methylbenzyl)-6-methylpyrimidine (C26H28Cl2N6, Mr = 495.44) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.892(7), b = 6.129(3), c = 14.889(7) , β = 109.795(8)°, V = 1278.7(10) 3, Z = 2, F(000) = 520, Dc = 1.287 g/cm3, μ = 0.280 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1589 for 1357 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 6091 reflections were collected, of which 2257 were independent (Rint = 0.033). The X-ray analysis reveals that the chlorine atom and methyl of the title compound are disordered.
