电子系统通用地面测控设备

通用地面测控设备是一套能适用于同一类别、不同型号电子学系统的通用化测控设备。它首次实现了该类设备的通用化，可以替代8种原同类设备，且技术先进，使用方便，性能有显著提高。该设备以工业控制计算机为中心，配以经通用化设计的插卡和测控软件，实现了多种测控功能。设备结构框图如图1。     

强光光学元件波前检测算法

针对强光光学元件高精度检测中使用的两个新参数一——波前位相梯度和功率谱密度的数值计算方法进行了研究，并对目前使用的大口径干涉仪传递函数进行了实验标定。

本文讨论年龄相关的种群扩散系统的最优分布控制 ,证明了最优分布控制的存在性 ,得到了分布控制为最优的充分必要条件及确定最优控制的最优性组 .     

Measurements of Boundary Plasma in Synergy Discharges of IBW and LHCD on the HT-7 Tokamak

By applying ion Bernstein wave (IBW) heating into the lower hybrid current drive (LHCD) plasma, improved confinements have been obtained in the HT-7 tokamak. The central electron temperature was doubled and the storage energy was increased significantly. The core electron density and temperature were broadened and ther profiles near the edge were steepened. A transport barrier has been formed in the vicinity of the limlter radial location. An enhanced shear in poloidal phase velocity was found in the same region with reduction of the fluctuation levels and the coherences between fluctuations. The results suggest that the improved confinement in the IBW and LHCD plasma is at least partially due to the modification of shear in poloidal velocity and then the suppression of fluctuations and fluctuation induced fluxes via de-correlation effect.     

Control Method of Cooling a Charged Particle Pair in a Paul Trap

We propose a simple feedback cooling method, including both the component feedback and the velocity feedback,for cooling a charged particle pair in a Paul trap. It is found that the system can be cooled to periodic orbits;and if control intensity is strong, the system can be cooled to a one-periodic orbit, which is only in a horizontalplane. The result shows that the cooled system is also robust for noise.     

铍焊接填充材料的应用

铍的焊接常出现裂纹和气孔。焊接时加填充材料，然后再考虑接头结构设计、焊接工艺参数调整、焊前预热和焊后缓慢冷却等措施，它们之间协调匹配，可有效地阻止铍焊接产生裂纹。在焊接不开裂的情况下设法减轻和消除气孔缺陷。填充材料的加入，主要是改善焊缝的性能，减少焊接应力进而改善材料的焊接性。     

EXACT CONTROLLABILITY FOR FIRST ORDER QUASILINEAR HYPERBOLIC SYSTEMS WITH ZERO EIGENVALUES＊＊＊

For a class of mixed initial-boundary value problem for general quasilinear hyperbolic sys-tems with zero eigenvalues, the authors establish the local exact controllability with boundary controls acting on one end or on two ends and internai controls acting on a part of equations in the system.     

SINGLE MACHINE SCHEDULING WITH CONTROLLABLE PROCESSING TIMES AND COMPRESSION COSTS （PART I：EQUAL TIMES AND COSTS）

Most papers in scheduling research have treated individual job processing times as fixed parameters. However, in many practical situations, a manager may control processing time by realloeating resources. In this paper, authors consider a machine scheduling problemwith controllable processing times. In the first part of this paper, a special case where the pro-cessing times and compression costs are uniform among jobs is discussed. Theoretical results are derived that aid in developing an O（n^2) algorithm to slove the problem optimally. In the second part of this paper, authors generalize the discussion to general case, An effective heuristic to the genera/ problem will be presented.     

Energy-Momentum Pseudo-Tensor of Relic Gravitational Wave of Both the Polarized States

Unlike usual celestial gravitational waves, the relic gravitational waves （RGWs） form random signals in curved spacetime background. We calculate the energy-momentum pseudo-tensor of a certain component of the RGWs propagating along arbitrary directions in Cartesian coordinates. It is found that the energy density of RGWs is positive definitely, and the momentum density components have reasonable behaviour. Such results may provide a theoretical basis for the detection of RGWs.
