手性膦氮配体的合成及其钯配合物催化的不对称烯丙基烷基化反应

以价廉的天然产物辛可宁和奎宁为原料,在温和的条件下方便地合成了两个手性膦氮配体.考察了它们与过渡金属钯配合物在不对称烯丙基烷基化反应中的催化活性和不对称诱导作用.在1,3-二苯基-2-烯丙基-1-醇的乙酸酯与丙二酸二甲酯的反应中,两个配体均表现出中等的手性诱导活性(最高为73.5%e.e.).     

超分子钴(Ⅱ)配合物[CoL(H2O)2]n的合成与结构表征

A mononuclear Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [CoL(H₂O)₂]_n (H₂L: 4,4′,6,6′-Tetrabromo-2,2′-[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the complex belongs to monoclinic space group P2₁/c with a=2.516 8(3) nm, b=1.023 43(18) nm, c=0.789 17(14) nm, β=91.375(2)°, V=2.032 1(5) nm³, Z=4, D_c=2.317 Mg·m^-3, μ(Mo Kα)=8.747 mm^-1, F(000)=1 356, R₁=0.049 7, wR₂=0.110 4. The crystal structure of [CoL(H₂O)₂]_n indicates that the complex consists of one cobalt(Ⅱ) atom, one L^2- unit and two coordinated water molecules, and the coordination number of the cobalt(Ⅱ) atom is six. One-dimensional chain supramolecular structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking of neighboring benzene rings. CCDC: 652649.

研究了１－（４－安替比林基）－３－（２，４－二硝基苯基）－三氮烯与汞（Ⅱ）显色反应新的显色条件，建立了一个高灵敏度、高选择性的汞的分光光度方法。方法直接用于寺面水和尿液中汞的测定，其加入回收率为９４．１－１０４．４％，变异系数为３．５％，所得结果与冷原子吸收法一致。     

Chemoselective Dehydrogenation of 3-[2-（3,4-Dihydro-1-naphthalenyl）ethyl]imidazolidine-2,4-diones： a New and Convenient Synthesis of 13,16-Diazaequilenin analogs

The synthesis of the title compounds starting with the chemoselective dehydrogenation of 3-[2-(3,4-dihydro-1-naphthalenyl)ethyl]imidazolidine-2,4-diones has been described.

The Chemistry of Tetrafluoroallene： One－pot Synthesis of Trifluoromethylindolizines from 1,3－Diiodo－1,1,3,3－tetrafluoropropane by 1,3－Dipolar Cycloaddition

Heating a mixture of 1, 3-diiodo-1, 1, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropane (2), K2CO3, pyridinium bromides (3) in CH3CN at 65℃ for 10 h gives the corresponding trifluoromethylindolizines.     

噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮和4，5-二氮芴-9-酮及4，5-二氮芴-9-酮连氮铕(Ⅲ)三元配合物的合成和表征

合成了Eu(TTA)₃L1(Ⅰ)和［Eu(TTA)₃］₂L2(Ⅱ)二种新的铕(Ⅲ)三元配合物(TTA=噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮一价阴离子、L1=4,5-二氮芴-9-酮、L2=4,5-二氮芴-9-酮连氮)。用元素分析、IR、UV和溶液荧光光谱对配合物进行了表征。探讨了溶剂对Eu(Ⅲ)三元配合物荧光光谱的影响，发现在CH₃CN中Eu(Ⅲ)三元配合物发光效果最好，而溶剂DMF会使配合物荧光减弱。     

具有可逆热致变色有机-无机杂化铜化合物的合成及表征

在浓盐酸水溶液中，碘化N，N-二甲基-1，5-二氮杂环[3.2.1]辛烷（[3.2.1-Me₂dabco]I₂）和碘化1-氨基-1，4-二氮杂环[2.2.2]辛烷（[2.2.2-NH₂dabco]I）与氯化铜反应得到2种有机-无机杂化铜化合物[3.2.1-Me₂dabco][CuCl₄]（1）和[2.2.2-NH₂dabco][CuCl₄]（2）。X射线单晶结构衍射证实化合物1和2中的无机阴离子是[CuCl₄]^2-四面体。化合物1和2表现出可逆的热致变色现象，随着温度升高，它们的颜色从黄色变为红色，这应该是由[CuCl₄]^2-四面体的变形引起的。
