Mean-Field Dynamics of a Two-Mode Bose-Einstein Condensate Subject to Decoherence

We discuss the dynamics of Bose-Einstein condensates in a double-well potential subject to decoherenee （or particle loss）. Starting from the full many-body dynamics described by the master equation, an effective Gross- Pitaevskii-like equation is derived in the mean-field approximation. By numerically solving the GP equation, we find that macroscopic quantum self-trapping disappears for strong decoherence, while generalized self-trapping occurs under weak decoherence. The fixed points have been calculated, and we find that an abrupt change from elliptic to an attractor and a repeller occurs, reflecting the metastable behavior of the system around these points.     

Traveling Waves and Capillarity Driven Spreading of Shear-Thinning Fluids

We study capillary spreadings of thin films of liquids of power-law rheology. These satisfy ut＋（u^λ＋2｜uxxx｜^λ-1uxxx）x=0,where u （x, t） represents the thickness of the one-dimensional liquid and λ 〉 1. We look for traveling wave solutions so that u（x,t） =g（x＋ct） and thus g satisfies g＇＇＇=｜g-ε｜^1/λ/g^1＋2/λ sgn（g-ε） We show that for each ε 〉 0 there is an infinitely oscillating solution, gε, such that limt→∞ gε=ε and that gε→ g0 as ε → O, where g0≡ 0 for t ≥ 0 and g0=cλ｜t｜3λ/2λ＋1 for t〈0 for some constant cλ.     

不同结构毛细管网辐射板供冷性能实验研究

对两种不同结构毛细管网辐射板的性能进行了实验研究,分析了在不同供水温度下,该两种辐射板在表面温度分布、供冷能力、安装辐射板房间温度变化情况之间的差异,为今后毛细管网辐射供冷空调系统辐射末端的设计应用及运行控制提供依据。     

基于欧拉壁面液膜模型的管内蒸汽冷凝流动和液膜特性的数值模拟研究

采用ANSYS FLUENT软件建立了基于欧拉壁面液膜模型的光滑管内蒸汽冷凝流动过程的三维数学模型。模拟管长为500 mm,内径为38 mm。模拟工况为入口蒸汽饱和温度分别为70℃,总传热温差为5℃和7℃,入口蒸汽速度为14²0 m/s。模拟结果表明,液膜厚度在管道底部随着流动距离的增加而增加,液膜厚度在管顶部先增大后趋于稳定,更大的蒸汽入口速度产生更高的液膜厚度。液膜流动速度在管道底部随着流动距离的增加而增加,液膜流动速度在管顶部先增大后缓慢降低,更大的蒸汽入口速度产生更高的液膜流动速度。     

毛细微槽结构表面的喷雾冷却可视化研究

本文利用高速摄影仪对具有矩形毛细微槽群结构的加热表面进行喷雾冷却的传热特性进行了可视化实验研究.研究结果表明;喷雾冷却与毛细微槽结构相结合可实现高效率的相变换热过程;随着壁面温度的增加,槽表面经历了槽面完全被水浸没区、薄液膜区、部分干涸区和完全干涸区四个不同阶段;低温区主要是界面蒸发传热方式,高温区主要是沸腾换热方式.     

Asymmetric Superradiant Scattering Patterns from Bose--Einstein Condensates

The asymmetric patterns of superradiance from Bose-Einstein condensates are studied for the spatially inhomogeneous pump pulse with the semiclassical Maxwell-Schrodinger equations. The coupling dynamics between the optical field and condensate in the strong pulse and a faded wing in the weak coupling regime are discussed, which not only explain the spatial effects in the process of superradiance, but also supply a new method to control its patterns.     

Fission and Fusion of Two Bright Solitons in a Growing Bose--Einstein Condensate

We analytically study the interaction characteristics of two bright solitons in a one-dimensional growing Bose- Einstein condensate with time-dependent periodic atomic scattering length. It is shown that the interaction between two bright solitons can generate fission and fusion in the presence of both time-dependent periodic atomic scattering length and the growing case. Furthermore, we propose experimental protocols to realize these interaction phenomena by varying the scattering length via the Feshbach resonance in the future experiment.

固体表面的润湿特性对冷凝传热具有重要的影响。本文分析了冷凝传热的机理,介绍了现阶段对不同冷凝方式的判定方法,总结了不同润湿性表面的制备方法,概述了蒸汽在亲水表面、疏水表面和组合表面上的冷凝传热性能,总结了该领域目前存在的问题。本文为利用表面润湿性强化传热提供了较为系统的综述,为强化冷凝传热提供思路。     

半浮区液桥热毛细振荡流

采用非定常、三维直接数值模拟方法研究大Pr数半浮区液桥热毛细对流从定常流向振荡流的过渡过程．文中详细描述了热毛细振荡流的起振和振荡特征,给出了液桥横截面上振荡流的流场和温度分布．在地面引力场条件下计算的结果与地面实验的结果进行比较,得出液桥水平截面上的流场和温度分布图样以一定的速度旋转,自由表面固定点处流体的环向流速正、负交替变化的一致结论．
