Ultra-Long Haul L-Band WDM Transmission over a Standard Single-Mode Fibre Loop Using DCF＋CFBG Hybrid Dispersion Compensation

We demonstrate a 10. 7Gb/s-line-rate L-band wavelength-division-multiplexer （WDM） loop transmission over a 1890-kin standard single-mode fibre （SSMF） with a 100-km amplifier spacing as well as non-return-to-zero （NRZ） format. The dispersion compensating fibre （DCF） plus chirped tibre Bragg grating （CFBG） is employed for hybrid inline dispersion compensation. The power penalty of each channel is less than 3 dB after three-loop transmission. The experimental results show that high-performance CFBGs can be successfully used in ultra-long haul （〉 1000km） WDM systems. We also point out that the all-CFBG compensation scheme is not suitable for re-circulating loop transmissions.     

Fishbone Instability Excited by Barely Trapped Electrons

Fishbone instability excited by barely trapped suprathermal electrons （BTSEs） in tokamaks is investigated theoretically. The frequency of the mode is found to close to procession frequency of BTSEs. The growth rate of the mode is much smaller than that of the ideal magnetohytrodynamic （MHD） internal kink mode that is in contrast to the case of trapped ion driven fishbone instability. The analyses also show that spatial density gradient reversal is necessary for the instability. The correlation of the results with experiments is discussed.     

Deterministic Secure Communication Without Using Entanglement

We show a deterministic secure direct communication protocol using single qubit in a mixed state. The security of this protocol is based on the security proof of BB84 protocol. It can be realized by the current technologies.     

Integrability of the Inozemtsev Spin Chain with Open Boundary Conditions

A long range interacting quantum spin chain with open boundary conditions is proposed. By constructing the reflection spin-Dunkl operators, the integrability of the model is proven. The model is therefore exactly solvable via the asymptotic Bethe ansatz method and falls into the universal class of the usual Heisenberg spin chain with boundary fields.

本文通过求解半导体激光器的多模速率方程组,得到了不同偏置电流下半导体激光器的输出模式数目(定义为输出谱线半宽度内的模式数目)的表达式,首次从理论上预计了在阈值电流附近半导体激光器的输出模式数目.实验结果表明,理论和实验吻合得很好.     

二元衍射光栅式偏光器件的设计

本文利用双折射晶体刻划成的二元衍射光栅的衍射偏振特性,设计了偏光器件(可分别对o光或e光起偏);偏光分束器件(包括非对称及对称偏振分束两类),并对有关参数对设计的影响进行了讨论.     

浅谈高等数学教学中的概念引入模式

本文介绍了几何图示等五种概念引入模式．提出高等数学教学中应高度重视概念引入模式的观点,试图以此作为提高教学水平与学生数学素质的一个新的突破口.     

Stabilizing Unstable Equilibrium Point of Unified Chaotic Systems with Unknown Parameter Using Sliding Mode Control

The control problem of a unified chaos is considered. Stabilizing unstable equilibrium point is achieved by a sliding mode controller based on parameter identification.The observer is applied to identify the unknown parameter of a unified chaotic system.Simulations are made and the results verify the validity of the proposed method.
