Two New Lactones Metabolized from Isoline by Rat Liver Microsomes

Two new metabolites, namely bisline lactone and isolinecic acid lactone, were isolated from the resultant incubates after a scale-up incubation of isoline with rat liver microsomes. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data, especially those from ID and 2D NMR experiments.     

Septemloside III： A Nonasaccharide Saponin from the Bark of Kalopanax septemlobus （Thunb.） Koidz.

A nonasaccharide saponin, new hederagenin saponin, had been isolated from the bark ofKalopanax septemlobus (Thunb.) Koidz., and its structure was elucidated by HRESI-MS, NMR experi-ments and chemical analyses as 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-13-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyra-nosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside.     

A new Compound from Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne

A new dihydrochromone derivative,named chaenomone,was isolated from the twigs of Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin)Koehne .The structure was determined by spectroscopic methods.     

A Novel Monoterpene Glycoside from Swertia mileensis

A novel monoterpene glycoside, mileenside, was isolated from Swertia mileensis by repeated normal and reverse phase silica gel chromatography and its structure was elucidated mainly based on spectral evidence.     

GC／MS法测定木香挥发油化学成分

用气相色谱-质谱法对木香挥发油进行化学成分的分析。采用水蒸气馏法从木香中提取挥发油。试用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳分析条件,用归一化法测定其含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了38个成分,占挥发油总成分的86%以上。方法稳定可靠。重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。     

Synthesis of 6, 9, 11-Trihydroxy-6a, 12a-dehydrorotenoid

6, 9, 11-Trihydroxy-6a, 12a-dehydrorotenoid 1 (coccineone B) was synthesized from 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde 2 and phloroglucinol.     

A New Antimicrobial Flavonol Glycoside from Alchornea Davidii

A new flavonol glycoside,isorhamnetin-3-O- β-D-xyloside,was isolated from the extract of leaves and twigs of Alchornea davidii (Euphorbiaceae).Its structure was established on the basis of the spectral analysis and chemical degradation.Antimicrobial assay showed that it moderately inhibited the growth of test bacteria (Staphylocoocu aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescens)and fungi (Candida albicans,Aspergillus niger and Trichophyton rubrum) with MICs at 50μg/ml.     

翅子树叶中的三萜化合物

翅子树(Pterospermum lanceaefolium Roxb)为梧桐科(Sterculiaceae)植物,民间用其叶作止血、抗菌药。初步药理试验表明,翅子树叶的乙醇提取物育较强的抑制大肠杆菌生长和缩短小白鼠凝血时间的作用。翅子树叶的化学成分尚未见报道。本文对其化学成分进行了研究,从酯溶部分中获得新三萜sterculin-A(Ⅰ)和2个已知的甾醇。
