新疆区域经济发展特点的实证分析

本文运用主成分分析和聚类分析方法,以新疆行政区域划分为单位,对区域经济的综合实力进行评判,特区域经济发展水平分为4个等级,并对其特点进行了分析,为政策的制定、资金的投向、产业结构的布局等提供7科学的依据.     

4，4′—二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与Ag（I）的显色反应及其应用

本文报道了4,4′ -二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯在Triton X-100存在下与Ag(Ⅰ)的显色反应.在pH10.0的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,试剂与Ag(Ⅰ)形成1∶1的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.55×104L*mol-1*cm-1,Ag(Ⅰ)的浓度在0-0.28mg/L范围内符合比耳定律.应用于显影废液和钮扣电池液中Ag的测定,结果令人满意.

Nano-tribological study on a super-hydrophobic film formed on rough aluminium substrates

A novel super-hydrophobic stearic acid (STA) film with a water contact angle of 166^o was prepared by chemical adsorption on aluminum wafer coated with polyethyleneimine (PEI) film. The micro-tribological behavior of the super-hydrophobic STA monolayer was compared with that of the polished and PEI-coated Al surfaces. The effect of relative humidity on the adhesion and friction was investigated as well. It was found that the STA monolayer showed decreased friction, while the adhesive force was greatly decreased by increasing the surface roughness of the Al wafer to reduce the contact area between the atomic force microscope (AFM) tip and the sample surface to be tested. Thus the friction and adhesion of the Al wafer was effectively decreased by generating the STA monolayer, which indicated that it could be feasible and rational to prepare a surface with good adhesion resistance and lubricity by properly controlling the surface morphology and the chemical composition. Both the adhesion and friction decreased as the relative humidity was lowered from 65% to 10%, though the decrease extent became insignificant for the STA monolayer. 一种pH敏感相分离高分子在免疫分析中的应用

将乙肝表面抗体与N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺丙烯酸酯反应，生成丙烯酰基抗体．丙烯酰基抗体与甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺共聚，生成pH敏感的三元共聚物．三元共聚物溶解．沉淀的临界pH值为3．8．三元共聚物上的抗体能与表面抗原、酶标抗体形成夹心复合物．利用三元共聚物可逆的溶解．沉淀特性，能实现在均相条件下，进行免疫反应，在异相条件下，进行免疫复合物的分离．     

Microwave Synthesis, Characterization and DNA-binding Properties of a New Cobalt（ Ⅱ ） Complex with 2,6-Bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with tridentate ligand 2, 6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine has been synthesized by microwave irradiation method and characterized by elemental analysis,electrochemical and spectral methods. The binding of the complex with calf thymus DNA has also been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra.     

Spectra Analysis of a Novel Ti-Doped LiAlO2 Single Crystal

LiAlO2 single crvstals doped with Ti at concentration 0.2at.% are grown by the Czochralskl technique with dimensions φ42×55mm. Ti ions in the crystal are quadrivalence proven by comparing the absorption and fluorescence spectra of pure LiAlO2 and Ti： LiAlO2. After air and Li-rich atmosphere annealing, the absorption peaks in the range of 600-800nm disappear. We conclude that 682 and 756nm absorption peaks are attributed to the VLi and Vo absorptions, respectively： The peaks at 716nm and 798nm may stem from the VLi^＋ and absorptions. The colour-centre model can be applied to explain the experimental phenomena. Ti^4＋-doping produces more lithium vacancies in the LiAlO2 crystal. The intensities of [LiO4] and the associated bonds remain unchanged, which improves the anti-hydrolyzation and thermal stability of LiAlO2 crystals.
