Two types of loop algebras and their expanding Lax integrable models

Though various integrable hierarchies of evolution equations were obtained by choosing proper U in zero-curvature equation U_t-V_x+[U,V]=0, but in this paper, a new integrable hierarchy possessing bi-Hamiltonian structure is worked out by selecting V with spectral potentials. Then its expanding Lax integrable model of the hierarchy possessing a simple Hamiltonian operator \widetilde{J} is presented by constructing a subalgebra \widetilde{G } of the loop algebra \widetilde A₂. As linear expansions of the above-mentioned integrable hierarchy and its expanding Lax integrable model with respect to their dimensional numbers, their (2+1)-dimensional forms are derived from a (2+1)-dimensional zero-curvature equation.     

Numerical Simulation of the Elastic Shrinkage Induced by Portevin-Le Chatelier Effect

A new one-dimensional phenomenological model based on the dynamic strain aging mechanism is developed. In order to account for the elastic shrinkage induced by the Portevin-Le Chatelier effect, elastic deformation is considered under the boundary conditions of the present model. The simulated results are found to be in good agreement with the experimental observations.     

First-Principles Prediction of High-Pressure Phase of CaC6

The lattice dynamics of rhombohedral GaG6 is studied as a function orpressure to probe Its high pressure phase with low superconducting transition temperature using the density functional liner-response theory. The pressureinduced phase transition in CaC6 is attributable to the softening transverse acoustic （TA） phonon mode at the zone boundary X （0.5, 0.0, 0.5） point. The high pressure phase is then explored by performing fully structural optimization in the supercell which accommodates the atomic displacements corresponding to the eigenvectors of the unstable mode of TA（X）. The high-pressure phase is predicted to be a monoclinic unit cell with space group P21/m.     

Growth and Characterization of A1GaN/A1N/GaN HEMT Structures with a Compositionally Step-Graded A1GaN Barrier Layer

A new A1GaN/A1N/GaN high electron mobility transistor （HEMT） structure using a compositionally step-graded A1GaN barrier layer is grown on sapphire by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition （MOCVD）. The structure demonstrates significant enhancement of two-dimensional electron gas （2DEG） mobility and smooth surface morphology compared with the conventional HEMT structure with high A1 composition A1GaN barrier. The high 2DEG mobility of 1806 cm2/Vs at room temperature and low rms surface roughness of 0.220 nm for a scan area of 5μm×5 μm are attributed to the improvement of interracial and crystal quality by employing the stepgraded barrier to accommodate the large lattice mismatch stress. The 2DEG sheet density is independent of the measurement temperature, showing the excellent 2DEG confinement of the step-graded structure. A low average sheet resistance of 314.5Ω/square, with a good resistance uniformity of 0.68%, is also obtained across the 50 mm epilayer wafer. HEMT devices are successfully fabricated using this material structure, which exhibits a maximum extrinsic transconductance of 218 mS/ram and a maximum drain current density of 800 mA/mm.     

手征夸克模型下ud四夸克态的研究(英文)

在手征SU(3)夸克模型和扩展的手征SU(3)夸克模型的框架下,用变分的方法系统地研究了同位旋为0、1,自旋宇称为0~ 、1~ 和2~ 的ud■四夸克系统6个低组态的能量.模型的参数取自以前的工作,它能很好地描述核子-核子散射相移以及核子-超子散射截面.S道相互作用的参数由拟合K介子和K~*介子的质量定出,并且考虑了具有相同量子数的态之间的态混合效应.结果表明,同位旋为0且自旋宇称为1~ 的ud■能量低于相应的K~*K~*的阈能,且该组态中KK~*的成分相当小,因此该组态的宽度可能较小,可视为一个可能的四夸克态的候选者.     

考虑蠕虫传播风险的信任度更新模型

基于网络节点信任度的评估机制是一种有效防御蠕虫传播的方法。针对现有节点信任度计算模型对蠕虫攻击行为不敏感,对恶意节点识别不全面的问题,本文提出了一种考虑蠕虫传播风险的信任度更新模型。通过蠕虫传播模型中STIDR状态定义,对节点信任度和传播概率的关系进行了定量刻画;建立了直接风险、间接风险和传播性风险三种条件下的信任度更新模型。仿真结果表明,与基本信任模型相比,本文考虑蠕虫传播风险的信任度更新模型使网络中感染状态节点的信任度更低,感染状态节点数目更少,隔离状态节点数目更多,表明信任度的更新使节点对感染状态节点的识别更加有效,在一定程度上达到了抵御蠕虫攻击,抑制蠕虫在网络中传播的目的。     

Concentric-ring structures in an atmospheric pressure helium dielectric barrier discharge

This paper performs a numerical simulation of concentric-ring discharge structures within the scope of a two-dimensional diffusion--drift model at atmospheric pressure between two parallel circular electrodes covered with thin dielectric layers. With a relative high frequency the discharge structures present different appearances of ring structures within different radii in time due to the evolvement of the filaments. The spontaneous electron density distributions help understanding the formation and development of self-organized discharge structures. During a cycle the electron avalanches are triggered by the electric field strengthened by the feeding voltage and the residual charged particles on the barrier surface deposited in the previous discharges. The accumulation of charges is shown to play a dominant role in the generation and annihilation of the discharge structures. Besides, the rings split and unify to bring and annihilate rings which form a new discharge structure.     

准滑模控制应用于行人通道的交通瓶颈

单向行人交通在瓶颈处极易发生堵塞,设置障碍会阻碍行人通行,却能保证瓶颈处通畅.本文将准滑模控制引入LWR模型中,理论推导控制变量.在三车道宏观交通流模型基础上,模拟瓶颈处的障碍对行人流的影响,解释设置障碍的作用.研究表明准滑模控制变量的设置与阈值有关,当阈值对应基本图的流量最大点时,行人流量能保持最大值,达到提高单向行人交通瓶颈处的行人流通过效率. 关键词： 交通瓶颈 准滑模控制 LWR模型     

Study on induced radioactivity of China Spallation Neutron Source

China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) is the first High Energy Intense Proton Accelerator planned to be constructed in China during the State Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, whose induced radioactivity is very important for occupational disease hazard assessment and environmental impact assessment. Adopting the FLUKA code, the authors have constructed a cylinder-tunnel geometric model and a line-source sampling physical model, deduced proper formulas to calculate air activation, and analyzed various issues with regard to the activation of different tunnel parts. The results show that the environmental impact resulting from induced activation is negligible, whereas the residual radiation in the tunnels has a great influence on maintenance personnel, so strict measures should be adopted.     

基于连续用电量和缴费时间差的客户信用动态评价模型

加大供电量和提高电费回收效率是供电商增加收益的主要途径,并且用电客户的缴费时间差直接影响着电费回收效率。在用电客户信息较少的情况下,仅仅依赖用电客户的用电量信息和缴费时间差信息,采用扩展的“S型”函数对用电量信息和缴费时间差信息进行整合建模,构建了一个能够度量客户持续用电能力和缴纳电费积极性的客户信用动态评价模型。应用构建的模型对赤峰市宁城县实际用电客户进行信用评价,评价结果与领域专家评价结果具有较高的一致性。
