半导体与超晶格的数学模型及其分析Ⅰ:模型

本文论及半导体与超晶格的数学模型方法的一些新近发展动态。介绍了半导体与超晶格的一些背景材料并给出了半导体宏观模型间的层次框架。超晶格中载流子传输的SHE扩散模型也被观察。     

A Mossbauer study of the magnetic coupling in iron phosphorous trisulfides

The polycrystalline sample of layered compound FePS_3 has been investigated by using M?ssbauer spectroscopy (12K to 300K), magnetic susceptibility measurements, x-ray diffraction and FTIR spectroscopy. The antiferromagnetic order exists below T_N=120.5±1K. The M?ssbauer spectra below T_N indicate that the magnetization axis is perpendicular to the layer of FePS_3, and the divalent iron cations are in their high spin configurations. By fitting the hyperfine field parameters near the Néel temperature, we obtain information on the nature of magnetic interactions in the material. The results show that the magnetic coupling can be treated by the two-dimensional Ising model, and it can be interpreted on the basis of a crystal-field effect.     

后退火温度对溅射沉积Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3铁电薄膜结构和性能的影响

在具有Ti缓冲层的Pt(111)底电极上,用射频溅射工艺在较低的衬底温度(370℃)和纯Ar气氛中沉积Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)薄膜,沉积过程中基片架作15°摇摆以提高膜厚的均匀性。然后将样品在大气中进行5min快速热退火处理,退火温度550-680℃。用XRD、SEM分析薄膜的微结构,RT66A标准铁电测试系统测量样品的铁电和介电性能。结果表明,所沉积的Pt为(111)取向,仅当后退火温度高于580℃,沉积在Pt(111)上的PZT薄膜才能形成钙钛矿结构的铁电相,退火温度在580-600℃时结晶为(110)择优取向,退火温度高于600℃时结晶为(111)择优取向。PZT薄膜的极化强度随退火温度的升高而增加,但退火温度超过650℃时漏电流急剧上升,因此退火处理的温度对PZT薄膜的结构和性能有决定性的影响。     

Formation Mechanism and Orderly Structures of an Iron Film System Deposited on Silicone Oil Surfaces

A new iron film system,deposited on silicone oil surfaces by vapour phase deposition method,has been fabricated and its formation mechanism as well as orderly structures has been studied,It is found that the formation mechanism of the films obeys a two-stage growth model,which is similar to that to the other metallic films on liquid substrates,Large and orderly structures are observed in the continuous iron films.The experiments show that the orderly spatial structures result from the local material gathering in these nearly free sustained films.     

钻石型等级晶格上Gauss模型的临界性质

在Gauss模型中 ,假设Gauss分布常数依赖于晶格格点的配位数 ,并且满足关系bqi/bqj=qi/ qj( qi是格点i的配位数 ,bqi是格点i上的Gauss分布常数 ) .利用重整化群变换和自旋重标相结合的方法 ,研究了一族钻石型等级晶格上Gauss模型的临界行为 .结果发现 :这些晶格的铁磁相变性质属于同一普适类 ,其临界点和临界指数分别为K =b_qi/ q_i 和ν=1 / 2 .     

硫化锌掺钴对电子结构和光学性质的影响

根据密度泛函理论对钴掺硫化锌周围的品格进行了结构优化,计算得到了钴杂质周围的晶体结构、电子态密度分布和吸收光谱.计算结果表明,由于Co原子掺入ZnS晶格常数减小,导致晶格畸变;带隙变窄;吸收峰展宽至更长波长区域.     

用二维复式晶格有限集团模型计算聚乙炔的电子结构

以二维复式晶格作为有限系统的集团模型,在紧束缚近似下,计算了π电子在最近邻及次近邻跳跃集团的态密度.讨论了不同结构参数对态密度及带宽的影响.     

Ge_x Si_(1-x)/Si超晶格中纵声学声子的喇曼散射强度研究

本文用光弹理论,在全面考虑了超晶格中两种材料的声速,质量密度和光弹常数存在差别的基础上,计算了Ge_xSi_(1-x)/Si超晶格中折迭纵声学声子的喇曼散射强度,在高达50cm~(-1)的频率范围内,理论值和实验符合得很好。
