New analogues of green fluorescent protein (GFP) chromophore mGFP-Cn (n = 1, 3, 5, 11) with alkyl chains of different lengths in the imidazolinone rings were synthesized and their crystal structures were determined. These GFP-like chromophores are all emissive in the solid state. And the solid-state emission quantum yields of increase by extending the lengths of alkyl chains, owing to the fact that the intermolecular pi-pi interactions are significantly weakened based on their crystal structures. 相似文献

The selectivities,including peri-,regio-,and diastereoselectivities,in the Staudinger reaction involving vicinal diimines and ketenes were investigated theoretically via the density functional theory(DFT) calculation.The results indicate that vicinal diimines prefer stepwise [2+2] cycloaddition rather than [2+4] cycloaddition to generate cis-4-imino-β-lactams.The diimines attack the less sterically hindered exo-side of ketenes to generate zwitterionic intermediates,which directly undergo a conrotatory ring closure to produce cis-4-imino-β-lactams whatever diimines with less or more bulky N-substituents.For unsymmetric vicinal ketoaldehyde-derived diimines,their ketimines attack the exo-side of ketenes and undergo a conrotatory ring closure to produce cis-4-aldimino-β-lactams due to less steric effect.The current theoretical studies provide very important information for in-depth understanding of the selective formation of mono-cis-β-lactams from vicinal diimines and ketenes. 相似文献

absorption and phosphorescent mechanism of three Au(III) complexes, Au(2,5-F2C6H3-C^C^C)(C≡C-C6H4N(C6H5)2 [Au25FPh], Au(3,5-F2C6H3-C^C^C)(C≡C-C6H4N(C6H5)2 [Au35FPh], and Au(3,5-F2C6H3-C^C^C)(C≡C-C6H4N(1H-indole)2 [Au35FID], are calculated and compared using density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TDDFT). The calculated results reveal that enlarging the center C^C^C ligand will result in the enhanced LMCT participation. 对神东上湾煤(SDR)及其岩相分离所得惰质组富集物(SDI)分别进行核磁(13C-NMR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征,得到煤结构单元信息,与元素分析数据相结合构建了SDR和SDI的结构模型,用ACD/CNMR predictor软件计算结构模型的 13C化学位移。结果表明,SDR芳香结构主要是缩合程度为2的萘,SDI主要是菲和萘,SDI较SDR结构芳香度较高,两个结构中氧主要以羰基氧和羟基氧的形式存在,氮主要以吡咯和吡啶形式存在,两个结构模型计算得到核磁谱图与实验谱图吻合较好,结构式分别为C181H136N2O24和C186H148N2O22。 相似文献

用浸渍法制备过渡金属氧化物担载型催化剂MOx/USY(M=Co、Mo、Co-Mo),用热重红外联用技术考察了MOx/USY催化剂对黄土庙(HTM)煤热解失重特性和热解产物生成规律的影响。热重实验结果表明,MOx/USY催化剂可使HTM煤热解的二次脱气条件更为温和,热解峰温分别提前14、23和9℃。动力学分析结果表明,MOx/USY催化剂可降低HTM煤样热解的活化能。FT-IR研究表明,MOx/USY催化剂可有效改善HTM煤热解产物的组成和分布,CoOx/USY催化剂能显著提高HTM煤热解产物中高热值气体(CO、CH4)和轻质芳烃以及脂肪烃类化合物的含量;MoOx/USY催化剂没有明显改善HTM煤热解产物组成和分布;MoOx-CoOx/USY催化剂可促进CO、CH4、轻质芳烃和脂肪烃类化合物的生成,却使热解产物的生成向高温区移动,说明USY负载的不同过渡金属氧化物对煤样热解行为和热解产物有较大影响。 相似文献

报道了C(8)-戊基取代鸟苷的直接合成法.首先,以高效、简洁的方法合成了C(8)-戊基取代鸟嘌呤,并且分离到了磷亚胺中间体,通过核磁和质谱等手段加以确定,从实验层面验证了亚硝基法合成C(8)-取代嘌呤的机理;其次,通过该鸟嘌呤与核糖直接融合进行糖基化,制备了C(8)-戊基取代鸟苷,开辟了一条C(8)-碳取代鸟苷的绿色合成方法. 相似文献

采用浸渍法将糠醇负载在铝改性的SBA-15介孔孔道中,经550℃不完全碳化制备了结构规整、含多苯环的中空管状硅碳复合介孔材料.结果表明,通过温和磺酸化作用可使磺酸基团成功取代在多苯环上,其酸量随着多苯环涂层厚度变化在0.38~0.84 mmol/g范围内可控调变.相比于蔗糖作为糖源的复合固体酸,所制碳多苯环-硅酸催化剂具有中空碳纳米管堆积的类似CMK-5介孔结构,以及较大的反应空间、稳定的机械性能、较高的比表面和大量可以接触的质子酸中心,因而在大分子缩醛(酮)反应中表现了良好的催化性能. 相似文献

Biodegradable poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) and layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanocomposites were prepared via melt blending in a twin-screw extruder. The morphology and dispersion of LDH nanoparticles within PBS matrix were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which showed that LDH nanoparticles were found to be well distributed at the nanometer level. The nonisothermal crystallization behavior of nanocomposites was extensively studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique at various cooling rates. The crystallization rate of PBS was accelerated by the addition of LDH due to its heterogeneous nucleation effect; however, the crystallization mechanism and crystal structure of PBS remained almost unchanged. In kinetics analysis of nonisothermal crystallization, the Ozawa approach failed to describe the crystallization behavior of PBS/LDH nanocomposites, whereas both the modified Avrami model and the Mo method well represented the crystallization behavior of nanocomposites. The effective activation energy was estimated as a function of the relative degree of crystallinity using the isoconversional analysis. The subsequent melting behavior of PBS and PBS/LDH nanocomposites was observed to be dependent on the cooling rate. The POM showed that the small and less perfect crystals were formed in nanocomposites. 相似文献

The polyelectrolyte complex formed from the polyanion and polycation was studied by turbidimetry, static and electrophoretic light scattering, and elementary analysis. Sodium salts of polyacrylate (PA) and heparin (Hep) were chosen as the polyanion, and hydrochloric salts of poly(vinyl amine) (PVA) and chitosan (Chts) as the polycation. Although these vinyl polymers and polysaccharides have remarkably different backbone chemical structures and linear charge densities, all the four combinations PA-PVA, PA-Chts, Hep-PVA, and Hep-Chts provide almost stoichiometric polyelectrolyte complexes which are slightly charged owing to the adsorption of the excess polyelectrolyte component onto the neutral complex. The charges stabilize the complex colloids in aqueous solution of a non-stoichiometric mixture, and the aggregation number of the complex colloids increases with approaching to the stoichiometric mixing ratio. The mixing ratio dependence of the aggregation number for the four complexes is explained by the model proposed in the previous study. 相似文献

To improve the performances of HDPE-based separators, polyether chains were incorporated into HDPE membranes by blending with poly(ethylene-block-ethylene glycol) (PE-b-PEG) via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) process. By measuring the composition, morphology, crystallinity, ion conductivity, etc, the influence of PE-b-PEG on structures and properties of the blend separator were investigated. It was found that the incorporated PEG chains yielded higher surface energy for HDPE separator and improved affinity to liquid electrolyte. Thus, the stability of liquid electrolyte trapped in separator was increased while the interfacial resistance between separator and electrode was reduced effectively. The ionic conductivity of liquid electrolyte soaked separator could reach 1.28 × 10-3 S.cm-1 at 25℃, and the electrochemical stability window was up to 4.5 V (versus Li + /Li). These results revealed that blending PE-b-PEG into porous HDPE membranes could efficiently improve the performances of PE separators for lithium batteries. 相似文献
