MnBi2Te4是首次被发现的一种本征磁性拓扑绝缘体,具有重要的研究意义。本文通过在MnBi2Te4晶体中进行稀土元素掺杂,合成了Er掺杂MnBi2Te4晶体,Er原子进入晶格并取代Mn位。在晶体制备过程中,考虑到目前晶体制备工艺周期较长,生成物存在Bi2Te3助熔剂等杂质的问题,对晶体制备工艺进行了优化探索。XRD测试结果表明,利用改进工艺制备的Er掺杂MnBi2Te4晶体结晶性能良好,不含杂质相。磁电输运测量结果显示,少量Er掺杂MnBi2Te4晶体的磁性增强,掺杂样品在25.2 K发生反铁磁相变。使用原子力显微镜对Er掺杂MnBi2Te4晶体层间距进行了研究,发现层间距为单层MnBi2Te4的整数倍。通过拉曼测试研究了Er掺杂MnBi...  相似文献

利用金刚石对顶砧高压实验技术及红宝石荧光标压方法,研究了3种不同黏度的硅油(Silicone oil AP150 wacker,Baysilone oil M1000和Baysilone oil M30000)在室温条件下的高压拉曼散射光谱,实验最高压力为20 GPa.获得了硅油的不同拉曼振动模式在高压下的变化规律,发现Baysilone oil M1000和Baysilone oil M30000分别在0.47和0.31 GPa压力下发生分子结构或构型转变,使Si—O伸缩振动拉曼信号强度降低,并产生新的拉曼振动信号;Silicone oil AP 150 wacker,Baysilone oil M1000和Baysilone oil M30000分别在9,8和4.5 GPa压力下出现振动模式消失或振动频率随压力变化的斜率发生改变,表明具有不同结构和黏度的硅油在不同压力下内部结构发生了变化.  相似文献

Inelastic incoherent neutron scattering spectra of D2O high-density amorphous (hda) ice, ice-Ⅷ and ice-Ⅱ mixed with small amount of H2O ((5%) have been measured recently on high-energy transfer spectrometer at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (UK). The hydrogen atom on D2O ice lattices has three distinguished vibrational modes, two bending at low frequencies and one stretching at high frequencies, and their frequencies are slightly different for different phases of ice. It was found that the lower one of the bending modes is located at -95 meⅤ for hda-ice, at -95 meⅤ for ice-Ⅷ and at -96 meⅤ for ice-Ⅱ and they are all lower than the value of 104 meⅤ for ice-Ih. It was also measured that the O-D and O-H covalent bond stretching modes of ice-Ⅷ are at -315 and -425 meⅤ, ice-Ⅱ at 307 and -415 meⅤ, hda-ice at 312 and -418 meⅤ, respectively. They are significantly higher than the values of ice-Ih at -299 and -406 meⅤ, respectively.  相似文献

Two-dimensional transition metal disulfides (TMDs) have recently attracted significant research attention due to their rich physical and chemical properties. Graphene has also been studied intensively due to its high electron mobility of ~200000 cm2·V−1·s−1. Since there is no band gap, it is difficult for a graphene-based device to achieve high current on/off ratio. For TMDs, such as MoS2, MoSe2, WSe2, and WS2, the band gaps of these materials can be adjusted according to the number of layers. Since TMD has the advantage of suppressing source-drain tunneling current in an ultra-short transistor and offering superior immunity to short-channel effects, it is also attractive for use as a channel material in Si complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) devices larger than 22 nm. Among them, MoS2 in single-layer and multi-layer films have been intensively researched for many years. MoS2-based field effect transistors (FETs) with excellent electrical properties have been reported. WS2 has lower in-plane electronic mass than MoS2, MoSe2, and MoTe2, and therefore has potential for higher carrier mobility or higher output current for WS2-based FETs. Experimental research on WS2 is limited compared to MoS2, and more work is needed to further exploit the full potential of WS2-based FETs. Therefore, the electron-phonon interaction and vibration properties of WS2 used in nano-electronic applications and FETs must be investigated. To this end, mono-layer (1L), few-layer (FL), and bulk WS2 films were prepared using mechanical exfoliation from a WS2 crystal. 3M scotch-tape was used for transferring the WS2 films. Detailed temperature-dependent Raman study on 1L, FL, and bulk WS2 films has been conducted using a 514-nm excitation laser. Raman spectroscopy, as an effective and non-destructive approach for phonon vibration study, has been used to evaluate TMDs. The Raman spectra reveal much useful information on the test sample in terms of peak position and spectral shape change. With the film thickness increasing to bulk, the A1g(Γ) and E2g1(Γ) modes show blue-shift and red-shift, respectively, with respect to 1L WS2. Moreover, when the dominant Raman vibration modes swaps between E2g1(Γ) and A1g(Γ), the "cross-over" temperature was identified for 1L, FL, and bulk WS2 films. WS2 shows smaller frequency change Δ between the E2g1(Γ) and A1g(Γ) modes than MoS2, with varying film thickness. The temperature coefficient of the Raman peak position was one magnitude lower for WS2 than MoS2, implying that WS2 has better thermal stability than MoS2. The results of this systematic study provide a physical guidance for WS2-based device design.  相似文献

传统超声加工用工具或者很短,或者按半波长整数倍叠加.加工中工具长度的大量磨损会明显降低加工效率,因而必须经常更换工具.本文提出一种新型的超声加工深小孔的工具系统,能以特殊的方式工作.工具长度任意,加工中工具长度变化允许达80%;仅仅需要适当调节电发生器频率就能良好工作.本工具系统已成功地用在超声加工玻璃深小孔(圆形和异形孔),在玫璃上加工出直径6mm、深达280mm的孔.加工效率至少可以与常规方法相比. 观测了具有等截面细长杆的复合振动系统的频率特性和工具系统的振动模式,得出了工具杆“局部共振”的结论.初步探讨了产生这种共振的条件及其形成机理. 局部共振现象,应当还可用在高功率超声的其它场合.  相似文献

Cylindrical Ultrasonic Motor (CUSM) can be widely used in many fields such as zoom and focus system of cameras, electric curtain and micro-driver of MEMS. This work concentrates on the single-point and the double-point contact modes between the stator and the rotor, which are proved by theory and experiment. There is a critical point of the pre-pressure. When the pre-pressure is below the critical point, the single-point model is suitable; otherwise the double-point model is appropriate. Then the force transferring model is analyzed, and expressions of mechanical characteristics and efficiency of the motor are put forward. Simulation results are confirmed by experimental ones, which shows that the model is well suited to guide design of the motor. Finally a Ф14 mm prototype was fabricated. Its maximum torque is 0.11 Nm, and the no-load speed is about 300 r/min.  相似文献

We propose a method for the generation of superpositions of two-mode coherent states for the center-of-mass and relative vibrational modes of two trapped ions. In the scheme the ions are driven by a single travelling-wave laser field tuned to the carrier.
