<正>几年来我们深为,作者的审定录用稿件排队等待出版刊登而延迟了发表公示的时间,感到无奈。现在终于有了一个好的解决方案。本刊编辑部与中国学术期刊(光盘版)电子杂志社合作,从2010年11月起实行,优先数字出版审定的"数理统计与管理单篇优先数字版"。这样,作者稿件文章的发表版权,将从编辑部确认录用公示之日起得到确认。大大提前了确认公示的时间,因此作者的权益得到了很好的保护与尊重。     

直觉模糊数可能度的概率定义及其决策

发现直觉模糊数可能度的传统定义考虑的因素不全面,计算结果不太符合常理,提出基于均匀分布的直觉模糊数可能度定义,得到相对简单且精确的可能度计算公式;证明可能度的传统定义不稳定;探索多属性直觉模糊集利用可能度进行决策的方法.最后,运用多属性直觉模糊集决策实例,既验证基于均匀分布的可能度定义的优越性,又验证可能度传统定义的不稳定性和不能敏锐区别方案间的差别,难以得到最优决策,甚至可能导致错误决策.     

A new kernel function yielding the best known iteration bounds for primal-dual interior-point algorithms

Kernel functions play an important role in defining new search directions for primal-dual interior-point algorithm for solving linear optimization problems. In this paper we present a new kernel function which yields an algorithm with the best known complexity bound for both large- and small-update methods.     

On the number of polynomials with small discriminants in the Euclidean and <Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis>-adic metrics

In this article it is proved that there exist a large number of polynomials which have small discriminant in terms of the Euclidean and p-adic metrics simultaneously. The measure of the set of points which satisfy certain polynomial and derivative conditions is also determined.

对于给定的自然数q,我们利用最小公倍数定义一个新的数论函数g(n)=[q,n]/q.本文的主要目的是研究δm(g(n))的均值性质,并利用解析方法得到这个函数的几个渐近公式.

SPA联系数是把研究对象各种测度联系起来加以系统性地描述、计算、分析的一种结构函数,其一般形式为a+bi+cj,用于城市第一产业、第二产业、第三产业相互联系和演化规律的研究有其合理和创新之处,其特点是把城市第一产业、第二产业、第三产业看成一个系统.用于大连产业结构演化规律研究后发现,大连市在1978~1999年20年间经历了稳定——剧烈调整——稳定这样三个阶段.在今后的10~20年间,对于第三产业的投资仍将处在首位.

By establishing the connection between graph colouring and the solution of some equation systems in finite fields, we obtain some formulas to the number of solutions of some equation systems in finite fields, in terms of chromatic polynomial of a graph.
