Structural and Electrical Characteristics of Pb（Zr0.53,Ti0.47）O3 Thin Films Deposited on Si （100） Substrates

Pb(Zr0.53, Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) films were directly deposited on Si substrates without a buffer layer by pulsed laser deposition. Only(110)-oriented PZT peaks (other than Si substrate peaks) were observed from the XRD data. The electrical properties of the PZT/Si capacitor were characterized in terms of both the capacitance versus voltage (C-V) and current versus voltage (I-V) measurements. The clockwise trace of the C-V curve shows ferroelectric polarization switching, as is expected. From the I-V curves, the Schottky emission and spacecharge-limited-current behaviour are found to be the mainly leakage current mechanism in a certain electric field range in the negative and positive bias, respectively.     

Recursion Relations of Radial Wavefunctions of the Hartmann Potential

We obtain exact bound state solutions of the radial Schroedinger equation with the Hartmann potential, as well as two kinds of recursion relations of radial wavefunctions by using Laplace transformation. Those results are expressed only in terms of the principal and angular-momentum quantum numbers.

Spectral property and its shape transition on ^72-84Kr isotopes in microscopic core plus two-quasiparticle approach

By using a microscopic sdIBM-2 2q.p, approach, the levels of the ground-band, 7-band and partial two-quasi-particle bands for ^72-84Kr isotopes are calculated. The data obtained are in good agreement with the recent experimental results, and successfully reproduce the nuclear shape phase transition of ^72-S4Kr isotopes at zero temperature.The ground-state band is described successfully up to J^π=18^ and Ex=10.0MeV. Based on this model, the aligned requisite minimum energy has been deduced. The theoretical calculations indicate that no distinct change of nuclear states is caused by the abruptly broken pair of a boson, and predict that the first backbending of Kr isotopes may be the result of aligning of two quasi-neutrons in orbit g9/2, which galus the new experimental support of the measurements of g factors in the ^78-86Kr isotopes.

修饰态布居的选择性激发对无反转激光的作用

以三能级V型系统为例研究修饰态布居的选择性激发对无反转激光增益的作用. 当非 相干驱动场的频谱宽度远小于驱动场产生的修饰态能级的间距时，非相干驱动场只将一个修 饰态的布居抽运至激发态. 借助原子的衰减通道，系统中形成单向布居转移通道，从而建立 修饰态布居的选择性激发. 利用修饰态布居的选择性激发，可以摆脱裸态共振无反转激光的 三个限制: (1) 不再要求辅助的低频驱动跃迁比高频激光跃迁具有更高的衰减速率；(2) 显 著降低非相干激发速率的阈值；(3) 无反转激光的线性增益不再反比于相干驱动场的强 关键词： 修饰态布居的选择性激发 无反转激光增益 原子衰减速率 非相干激发阈值速率     

新型超导材料MgCNi3的电子结构与超导电性研究

用MS-Xα方法研究了非氧化物超导材料MgCNi3的电子结构.研究结果显示,态密度分布曲线的主峰靠近Fermi面,主要来自于Ni的d电子的贡献.用T(T=Co,Mn,Cu)替代MgCNi3中的部分Ni形成化合物MgCNi2T,替代使Ni的价电子数减小,价态发生变化,Fermi面处态密度N(EF)减小.计算结果表明:无论是电子掺杂(Cu)还是空穴掺杂(Co,Mn),MgCNi3的超导电性都被抑制;Mn掺杂比Co掺杂更快地抑制超导电性,Co是作为空穴掺杂而不是作为磁性杂质掺杂去抑制超导.     

横向射流式单重态氧发生器的性能实验研究

 对氧碘化学激光器的单重态氧发生器（SOG）进行了改进，采用横向射流方式，并对该横向射流式单重态氧发生器的性能进行了检测。实验中过氧化氢碱溶液温度控制在－16℃左右,氯气流量为530mmol/s，He与氯气的流量比为3;采用PS法测量单重态氧分子的产率,吸收法测量氯气的利用率和相对水含量。得出如下结论:在不使用冷阱和分离器的情况下，最高单重态氧分子产率达到58%, 氯气利用率在80%以上,相对水含量小于等于0.5;气体达到最大流量时,发生器仍然能稳定地工作。     

关于群胚作用和李双代数胚态射

在这篇文章中，我们讨论了李双代数胚之间的态射，得到了一些李双代数胚之间态射的性质．研究了泊松群胚在泊松流形上的泊松作用，以及这个泊松作用与被作用流形的切李双代数胚到作用泊松群胚的切李双代数胚之间的态射的关系，得到了一些有用的结论。     

Multi-Partite EPR Entangled State Representation for Continuous Variables and Its Application in Squeezing Theory

By extending the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) bipartite entanglement to an n-partite case, we construct the common eigenstate of the n-partite total coordinate and relative momenta for the continuous variables. The entanglement property of the state is shown. The classical dilation transform of variables in such a state induces a new n-mode squeezing operator related to an n-mode bosonic operator realization of SU(1,1) Lie algebra.
