研究X_t=∫_0~tφ_sdB_s~H+ξ_t现实幂变差渐近行为,B~H为Hurst指数H∈(0,1)分数维Brown运动,φ为具有有限q次变差的随机过程且q1/(1-H),ξ为独立于B~H不含Gauss项的Levy过程,建立现实幂变差幂次为1/H的中心极限定理,得到现实截断幂变差大数定律和中心极限定理.     

Higher-order solitons in amplitude-disordered waveguide arrays

We investigate the existence and stability of different families of spatial solitons in optical waveguide arrays whose amplitudes obey a disordered distribution. The competition between focusing nonlinearity and linearly disordered refractive index modulation results in the formation of spatial localized nonlinear states. Solitons originating from Anderson modes with few nodes are robust during propagation. While multi-peaked solitons with in-phase neighboring components are completely unstable, multipole-mode solitons whose neighboring components are out-of-phase can propagate stably in wide parameter regions provided that their power exceeds a critical value. Our findings, thus, provide the first example of stable higher-order nonlinear states in disordered systems.     

Bifurcations and chaos of a discrete mathematical model for respiratory process in bacterial culture

The discrete mathematical model for the respiratory process in bacterial culture obtained by Euler method is investigated. The conditions of existence for flip bifurcation and Hopf bifurcation are derived by using center manifold theorem and bifurcation theory, condition of existence of chaos in the sense of Marotto＇s definition of chaos is proved. The bifurcation diagrams, Lyapunov exponents and phase portraits are given for different parameters of the model, and the fractal dimension of chaotic attractor was also calculated. The numerical simulation results confirm the theoretical analysis and also display the new and complex dynamical behaviors compared with the continuous model. In particular~ we found that the new chaotic attractor, and new types of two or four coexisting chaotic attractors, and two coexisting invariant torus.

金属离子对金属蛋白结构与功能的调控

生命金属在生命过程中以不同的化学方式发挥着重要的作用。质膜、细胞器膜等使不同的生命金属在生物体系中有着不同的隔室化分布,相应的金属蛋白或金属伴侣蛋白在维持金属离子内稳态(homeostasis)中起着关键作用。生命体系中广泛存在着具有两个以上金属离子结合部位的金属蛋白。在确定的生理微环境下,由于金属离子结合热力学性质的不等价,该类金属蛋白的生物学功能取决于所结合金属离子的种类及多少。本文以伴刀豆球蛋白A、铜/锌超氧化物歧化酶、中心蛋白、锌指蛋白为例,介绍了金属离子在调控金属蛋白生物学功能中的作用。因此,深入研究金属离子与金属蛋白结合的热力学性质对于理解生命过程的无机化学基础具有重要意义。     

中心蛋白C端半分子与Sm3+作用的光谱研究

在0.01 mol.L-1Hepes,0.15 mol.L-1NaCl,pH 7.4及室温条件下,通过荧光光谱、圆二色光谱和紫外差光谱的方法研究了Sm3+与八肋游仆虫中心蛋白C端半分子(C-terminal domain of Euplotes octocarinatus centrin,C-EoCen)III,IV结合位点的结合能力及结合后对蛋白质构象的影响。结果表明,Sm3+与C-EoCen结合后,蛋白质从关闭式构象转变为开放式构象,蛋白的疏水性结构域外露程度增强,同时蛋白的α-螺旋含量明显增大;Sm3+与C-EoCen的III,IV结合位点的条件稳定常数分别为:lgKIII=6.23±0.39,lgKIV=6.81±0.51。     

食品安全监测能力建设将提速

不久前,由国家食品安全风险评估中心主办的食品安全研讨会在山东省青岛市举行。该研讨会透露,依据当前食品安全新形势和国家食品安全监管“十二五”规划要求,将加强国家食品安全风险评估中心建设,在中心内组建负责国家食品安全标准制、修订工作的业务机构国家食品安全标准中心,推进食品安全风险监测评估体系建设,加快推进食品安全基础数据库建设,加快各级疾控机构开展食品安全事故流行病学调查能力建设。

Ring-opening Copolymerization of Cyclohexene Oxide and Maleic Anhydride Catalyzed by Mononuclear [Zn（L）（H2O）] or Binuclear [Zn2（L）（OAc）2（H2O）] Complex Based on the Salen-type Schiff-base Ligand

From the self-assembly of the typical Salen-type Schiff-base ligand H2L and Zn(OAc)2·2H2O in the molar ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, the mononuclear [Zn(L)(H2O)](1) or binuclear [Zn2(L)(OAc)2(H2O)](2) are obtained, respectively. For both complexes 1 and 2, the unsaturated five-coordinate coordination environment to the catalytic active centers(Zn2+ ions) permits the monomer insertion for the effective solution copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide and maleic anhydride. All the solution copolymerizations afford poly(ester-co-ether)s, while lower catalyst and co-catalyst concentrations are helpful for the formation of alternating polyester. Of the three co-catalysts, 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine is found to be the most efficient, while an excess thereof is detrimental for chain growth of the copolymers.
