Exciton—Phonon Scattering in CdSe／ZnSe Quantum Dots

A temperature-dependent photoluminescence measurement is performed in CdSe/ZnSe quantum dots with a ZnCdSe quantum well.We deduce the temperature dependence of the exciton linewidth and peak energy of the zero-dimensional exciton in the quantum dots and two-dimensional exciton in the CdSe wetting layer.The experimental data reveal a reduction of homogeneous broadening of the exciton line in the quantum dots in comparison with that in the two-dimensional wetting layer,which indicates the decrease of exciton and optical phonon coupling in the CdSe quantum dots.     

Influences of Thalliation on the Morphology and Critical Temperature of Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 Thin Films

Tl2Ba2CaCu2Ox(Tl-2212) thin films were prepared by the two-step technique.A precursor film was first prepared by the pulsed laser deposition method,and then experienced the incorporation of thalliation in a one-step or two-step annealing process.The experimental results show that the two-step annealing process produces dense and smooth films,and that the one-step annealing process produces a high critical temperature film of 101K,but the transition width is wide.Precursor films with homogeneous Ba2Ca1.3Cu2.1Ox composition are essential for producing high-quality Tl-2212 films.     

Identical Superdeformed Bands in ^171Ta and ^173Re

The rotational band built on the i13/2 proton [660,1/2] Nilsson state in ^173Re is proven to be identical to that in ^171Ta.The close similarity of the two bands in ^171Ta and ^173Re suggests that the ^173Re nucleus with the odd proton based on the i13/2 [660,1/2] Nilsson state may be triaxially superdeformed.     

Exact Solution of an Extended Hubbard Model with Electron—Lattice Interaction for an Organic Ferromagnetic Polymer

Using an exact diagonalization method,we study an extended Hubbard model with an electron-lattice interaction for an organic ferromagnetic chain with radical coupling.The result shows that the ferromagnetic ground state originates from the antiferromagnetic correlation between adjoining sites,which is enhanced by the on-site e-e repulsion.The intersite e-e repulsion induces the inhomogeneous distribution of the charge density.The dimerization is decreased by the e-e interaction and the radical coupling.The electron-lattice interaction and the radical coupling can transfer the spin density and charge density between the main chain and the radicals.

猪传染性胃肠炎病毒聚合酶基因反义RNA对病毒的抑制作用

通过PCR扩增出猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)聚合酶部分片段,反向插入逆转录病毒表达载体pLXSN中,用脂质体法将重组质粒plxas-pol转染PA317细胞,经抗生素G418筛选出稳定的产毒细胞克隆,分别扩大培养后,取其上清液感染小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3,细胞克隆产生的重组病毒效价达9.0×105CFU/mL。用高效价假病毒感染IBRS2细胞,再经抗生素G418筛选,提取细胞克隆总RNA,经RT-PCR证明plxas-pol整合入IBRS2细胞。以TGEV感染IBRS2细胞和具有抗性的IBRS2细胞所产生的细胞病变为指标,证明该反义RNA对病毒有明显抑制作用,抑制率约为80%。用2×103和4×102TCID50/mL剂量的TGEV感染时,引起细胞死亡的时间分别为21 h和27 h,与对照组相比,抗性细胞系可明显延迟因病毒感染引起细胞死亡的时间。     

Segal－Bargmann－Hall Transform and Geometric Quantization

Using geometric methods, Hall has proved that the Segal-Bargmann transform for a con-nected Lie group K of compact type is an isometric isomorphism [H1] and is unique when Kis simply connected [H7]. Furthermore, Hall considered geometric quantization of T~*(K), K'scotangent bundle [H9]. Using the vertical polarization and a natural Khler polarization obtainedby identifying T~*(K) with the complexified group KC, Hall concluded that the pairing map be-tween the two Hilbert Spaces induced by these two polarizations coincides with the generalizedSegal-Bargmann transform C_t (up to constant).

氧碘化学激光气固相化学反应体系热力学分析

氧碘化学激光器（COIL）的发展已经到了提高系统安全性和工作环境适应性、降低系统复杂性阶段，而改进O2（^1△g）的产生方式和方法正是这个阶段的重要工作内容之一。近期，美国空军研究实验室运用气-固相反应方式产生O2（^1△g）。采用碱金属过氧化物或碱土金属过氧化物与卤化氢反应，生成O2（^1△g）。通常气一固相反应有着反应速度慢，接触面积小，反应产物难以脱出固体表面的缺陷，使得产出率低，而不被广泛采用。但随着表面化学研究的突飞猛进，借助表面活化分子，特殊性质的表面构造，大表面的构造，都为气一固相反应的进行提供了可行途径。如果此方法能用在氧碘激光器上，将克服传统方法的诸多不足。
