具非线性中立项的二阶时滞微分方程的振动性质

By using the averaging technique, we obtain new oscillation criteria for second order delay differential equation with nonlinear neutral term. These results generalize and improve some known results about neutral delay differential equation of second order.

Raman spectroscopic study of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18

Raman spectra of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 （SBTi5） are reported to consist of four different Raman bands. Temperature-dependent spectra reveal the relationship between the lattice vibration and the material＇s structure. There appears a relatively large change in structure of the material at about 273K, The anharmonic potential of the material has a great influence on its phonon mode full width at half maximum （FWHM）, which can be expressed by a function of temperature. Theoretical fittings of the FWHMs for the two modes at around 312 cm^-1 and 464cm^-1 indicate that the latter phonon mode is more anharmonic than the former one.     

光束偏转法自动测试激光等离子体冲击波系统的研制

根据光束偏转原理，研制了激光等离子体冲击波自动测试系统的硬件和软件。该系统使用计算机与可编程序控制器作为上下位机，采取上下位机通讯的方式控制步进电机及二维移动架的移动，以改变探测光的相对位置，并利用单模光纤和光电倍增管将探测到的光偏转信号传入数字示波器进行存储，最后计算机将示波器中采集到的光偏转信号进行分析处理。使用该系统对激光等离子冲击波的衰减过程进行了实际测试，得到了较为理想的实验结果。     

Entangling Two Multi-atomic Clusters Through a Cavity Field

Two atomic clusters, which have NA and Ns two-level atoms, respectively, are placed in a cavity but separated spatially. There is no direct interaction between the atoms. All the atoms interact with a single-mode of the cavity field. Quantum entanglement between the two atomic clusters is investigated for various initial states of the two atomic clusters and the field. When the cavity field is initially in a Fock state, we find that the time evolution of entanglement quasi-periodically oscillates regardless of the initial states of atoms. The oscillation period increases as the initial photon number increases. When all the atoms in both of the atomic clusters are initially in the excited state, we show that there is no entanglement between the atomic clusters with NA = NB = 1 regardless the initial state of the cavity field. However, when either NA or NB is larger than one, we find that the entanglement always exists even for a strong thermal field. In cases with different initial states of the atomic clusters, we notice that the entanglement becomes stronger as number of the atoms increases. When all the atoms in both of the clusters in the ground state, we also find that the entanglement can be enhanced even by a thermal field. We also notice that a single qubit can be entangled with multi-atoms which are initially in the ground state by the cavity field initially being in vacuum, thermal, coherent, and squeezed states.     

一类非线性常微分方程振荡解的渐近表示

在本文中,我们讨论了非线性常微分方程y"=a0|x|αy3 a1|x|βy2 α2|x|γy α3|x|δ振荡解的渐近表示．在这个方程中将α0,α,α1,β,α2,γ,α3,δ分别换成0,0,6,0,0,0,sgn(x),1就是著名的第一类Painleve方程,而将α0,α,α1,β,α2,γ,α3,δ分别换成2,0,0,0,sgn(x),1,α0,就是著名的第二类Painleve方程．当α0,α,α1,β,α2,γ,α3,δ分别换成-β/3γ,0,0,0,1/γ,1,α,0时,可用于组合KdV方程孤立子解的化简．     

Gd激光等离子体的双电子复合过程研究

在自旋-轨道劈裂阵模型下,通过类铜的内壳层激发组态计算了类镍Gd的双电子复合速率系数,其中考虑了共振和非共振辐射平衡跃迁对自电离能级的影响,而忽略了因碰撞跃迁引起的电子俘获,非共振辐射平衡跃迁在低电子温度条件下主要影响双电子复合过程;本文讨论了双电子复合系数及双电子伴线强度比随电子温度的变化.     

声表面波对GaAs(110)量子阱发光特性的调制

结合声表面波和光致发光谱在低温(15K)下对非故意掺杂的GaAs(110)量子阱结构的发光特性进行了研究.实验结果表明，由于声表面波的作用GaAs(110)量子阱的发光强度减弱,并且其对应的重空穴能级出现了分裂的现象，当施加的声波强度P_rf达到20dBm时，能级分裂ΔE达到了10meV.进一步讨论了声表面波对GaAs(110)量子阱圆偏振光自旋注入的影响. 关键词： 发光 GaAs量子阱 声表面波 自旋极化     

一维准周期结构声子晶体透射性质的研究

提出了一维准周期结构的声子晶体模型.对弹性波通过该一维准周期结构声子晶体的透射系数进行了数值计算，并与周期结构的透射系数进行了比较.计算结果表明，弹性波通过一维准周期结构声子晶体时，同样会有带隙的出现，且带隙所在频率范围与周期结构的情形完全一样，不同的是在准周期结构声子晶体中，带隙内有很强的局域共振模.对此局域模性质的研究有助于声波或弹性波滤波器的制作. 关键词： 准周期结构 声子晶体 局域化
