A Weakly Nonlinear Model for Kelvin-Helmholtz Instability in Incompressible Fluids

A weakly nonlinear model is proposed for the Kelvin-Helmholtz instability in two-dimensional incompressible fluids by expanding the perturbation velocity potential to third order. The third-order harmonic generation effects of single-mode perturbation are analyzed, as well as the nonlinear correction to the exponential growth of the fundamental modulation. The weakly nonlinear results are supported by numerical simulations. Density and resonance effects exist in the development of mode coupling.     

气体动理学方法对斜界面不稳定性实验的数值模拟

介绍了基于BGK模型(Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook)的气体动理学数值方法(Gas Kinetic Scheme,GKS),通过计算多组分激波管问题对以GKS方法实现的MBCD程序进行了验证,表明了在接触间断处产生的震荡非常小,网格收敛性好。在多组分问题求解时各组分满足同温和同速的假设条件下,利用该程序开展了Air/SF6斜界面不稳定性实验的数值模拟,得出了不同时刻SF6的密度分布图,并得到交界面宽度、斜界面左右端相对位置在激波穿过斜界面后的变化情况。通过与实验结果的比较可知,GKS方法和程序在网格数为1024×200和512×100时得到的交界面宽度与实验值的最大误差分别为6.1%和7.3%,可用于对界面不稳定性问题的计算。     

色散磁导率对异向介质中的调制不稳定性的影响

基于Drude模型研究了异向介质的色散磁导率对调制不稳定性的影响. 结果表明，在反常色散情形，赝五阶非线性在异向介质的负折射区中增大了调制频谱的范围及增益值，这与常规正折射介质中出现的现象正好相反；自陡峭效应在异向介质中有可能为负值，但无论正负，也无论在正折射区还是负折射区，它都抑制调制不稳定性的产生；二阶非线性色散效应在正、负折射区中分别促进和抑制调制不稳定性的产生. 在正常色散情形，由于二阶非线性色散效应的作用，使本来在常规正折射介质中不可能出现的调制不稳定性现象也能出现，这一特性为在正常色散区形成孤     

黑胸大蠊浓核病毒基因组末端序列测定与分析

利用构建的黑胸大蠊浓核病毒(PfDNV)全基因组重组质粒(PfDNV-pUC119)以及一系列完整缺失克隆,通过全自动测序方法完成了PfDNV两末端各728 bp 和730 bp 核苷酸序列的测定. 通过计算机软件分析发现,PfDNV 末端201nt为倒置重复序列,其中最末端122nt为回文序列,能形成典型的发夹结构. 并与同科其它病毒末端序列进行了核苷酸序列同源性比较.

High-Sensitivity Sensor Based on Surface Plasmon Resonance Enhanced Lateral Optical Beam Displacements

We present a new optical sensor based on surface plasmon resonance （SPIt） enhanced lateral optical beam displacements. Compared with the traditional SPIt methods, the new method provides higher sensitivity to the sensor system. Theoretical simulations show that the refractive index （RI） detection sensitivity of the SPR sensor based on the displacement measurement has a strong dependence on the thickness of the metal film. When the optimal thickness of the metal film is selected, the RI resolutlon of the SPIt sensor is predicted to be 2.2 × 10^-7 refractive index units （RIU）. Furthermore, it is found that the incidence angle can be used as a parameter to adjust the operating range of the sensor to different refractive index ranges.     

非磁化等离子体和磁化等离子体的电磁辐射特性研究

本文研究非磁化和磁化双MAXWELL分布等离子体的电磁不稳定性色散方程和电磁辐射增长率.结果表明,非磁化等离子体不能辐射出电磁波,而磁化等离子体能够辐射出电磁波.并分析讨论了磁化等离子体在不同参数下的电磁辐射增长率随辐射频率、等离子体密度和温度的变化.     

破解家蚕基因之谜

最近，位于深圳的北京基因组研究所传出消息，该所王俊和同事通过绘制中国各地桑园的11个野蚕和29个家蚕品系的基因图谱，对比发现家蚕竟有83％的基因变异。王俊说，家蚕独特的基因结构使其与野蚕差异巨大，这说明家蚕只经历了短期驯化。他们确定了与家蚕幼虫特征变化有关的354个基因，包括吐丝、生殖和代谢等调控基因。
