一种合成4-羟基苯并香豆素的简便有效方法（英文）

1-萘酚(1a)或2-萘酚(1b)与米氏酸(2)在无溶剂条件下进行研磨反应,分别得到丙二酸单萘基酯3a和3b。然后在Eaton试剂(五氧化二磷+甲基磺酸)的作用下,反应温度为85℃的条件下,3a和3b发生分子内的环化反应,得到目标化合物4-羟基苯并[h]香豆素(4a)和4-羟基苯并[f]香豆素(4b),其收率分别为78%和75%,其结构均已通过波谱数据和元素分析得以表征确认。

Syntheses of 2- or 6-Substituted Chromones and Chromone Ring-opening Reaction in Polyphosphoric Acid

In an attempt to find new antitumor agents, a novel class of chromone compounds with a benzimidazoleor a benzoxazole ring in positions 2 or 6 were synthesized νia condensation in polyphosphoric acid(PPA) byusing chromone acids as the starting materials. During the preparation process, it was found that PPA couldcleave the chromone ring to produce a ring-opening compound(6). The molar ratio of the chromone com-pound (5) to the ring-opening compound (6) varied with the change of reaction temperature and time. Basedon MTT protocol, the antitumor activity of each of the compounds obtained was evaluated against three hu-man cancer cell lines: KB(oral epidermal), A2780(ovary) and Be17402 (liver). The IC50 varied from 54.7μmol/L to more than 180 μmol/L.     

Asymmetric catalytic anhydride openings via carbon-based nucleophiles

The asymmetric desymmetrization of cyclic anhydrides via the addition of carbon-based nucleophiles has been the focus of considerable levels of interest because it leads to optically active products. Over the past 20 years, a variety of different catalytic asymmetric alkylation reactions have been developed for the desymmetrization of cyclic anhydrides using different metal reagents as nucleophiles and using chiral ligands. 高聚物负载型双金属催化剂催化氢转移有机卤化物脱卤

 以甲酸钠为氢转移试剂,以聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮负载PdCl2和其它金属盐制成双金属催化剂PVP－PdCl2－MXn,用于催化有机卤化物脱卤．与负载型单金属催化剂PVP－PdCl2相比,PVP－PdCl2－CdCl2和PVP－PdCl2－HgCl2对氯代芳烃脱氯有高得多的催化活性和脱氯选择性,且偶联副产物显著减少;以对氯苯胺为底物时,双金属催化下的反应时间缩短为单金属催化下的1／8,而脱氯产物收率提高25倍;底物为对氯甲苯时,双金属催化下的偶联副产物仅为单金属催化下的1／390．用IR和TEM技术对PVP负载型金属催化剂进行了表征,并讨论了双金属协同脱卤作用．     

一些新的含连三唑环的Aza-Wittig试剂的合成与表征

报道以取代芳胺为原料经重氮化,叠氮化,1,3-偶极环加成反应得到1-代芳基-4-乙氧羰基-5-胺基-1,2,3-三唑,并以此为原料合成了一些新的Aza-Wittig试剂---1-取代芳基-4-乙氧羰基-5-三苯膦化亚胺基-1,2,3-三唑。     

新负载型试剂在有机合成反应中的应用

本文根据化学工业在 2 1世纪面临的要求———开发创新环境友好工艺 ,介绍了几种新的负载型试剂 ,如固体酸、固体碱等 ,以及它们在某些有机合成反应 ,如Friedel Crafts反应、硝化反应、卤代反应、Michael反应及一系列氧化反应中的应用。     

钙敏荧光试剂Fluo—2的合成

Ｆｌｕｏ－２是一各矍有大共轭体系的新型荧光试剂，由于Ｃｈｅ吨酮的引人，其Ｅｘ，Ｅｍ值分别为４９３ｎｍ及５１８ｎｍ，可用于普通荧光光度计进行（Ｃａ＾２＋）测定。本文报道了它的全合成，特别是采用在活泼的苯环上引人溴原子，与锂交换后再与Ｃｈｅ吨酮缩合形成碳－碳键的方法。     

缩杂环酮系化合物合成研究的新进展

Study on the Reaction of Benzimidazolium Salt with Amine Compounds

The addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with some mono- and bifunctional amine nucleophiles is reported,and a novel method of biomimetic synthesis for formamides and heterocycle compounds is provided.
