椭偏光法研究晶体各向异性光学性质————对KNSBN铁电晶体的应用

本文分析了椭偏光法测量各向异性晶体时入射角和起偏角对测量灵敏度的影响, 着重付论了如何选择合适的实验条件以测量低度各向异性(︱n。-n_e︱< 0.1) 晶体的光学性质. 利用单波长椭偏仪和多波长椭偏谱仪测量了方解石和KNSBN 铁电体样品, 得到各向异性折射率和消光系数值, 与文献有关结果作了比较. 对于︱n。-n_e︱< 0.1 的KNSBN 铁电晶体, 获得了可靠的结果. 关键词：     

激光偏振性的量子理论与实验研究

本文建立了激光偏振性的全量子理论。分析了各向异性腔中多模运转下激光束的偏振特性。给出He-Ne激光器在6328振荡谱线上各模相互间角度随各向异性变化的基本方程、计算曲线及偏振组态。本文还给出了由应力导致相位各向异性对模式偏振性影响的实验结果。理论分析与实验结果相符。     

Quantum phase transitions of fermionic atoms in an anisotropic triangular optical lattice

The effect of anisotropy caused by a confining potential on the properties of fermionic cold atoms in a triangular optical lattice is systematically investigated by using the dynamical cluster approximation combined with the continuous time quantum Monte–Carlo algorithm.The quantum phase diagrams which reflect the temperature–interaction relation and the competition between the anisotropic parameter and the interaction are presented with full consideration of the anisotropy of the system.Our results show that the system undergoes a transition from Fermi liquid to Mott insulator when the repulsive interaction reaches a critical value.The Kondo effect also can be observed in this system and the pseudogap is suppressed at low temperatures due to the Kondo effect.A feasible experiment protocol to observe these phenomena in an anisotropic triangular optical lattice with cold atoms is proposed,in which the hopping terms are closely related to the lattice confining potential and the atomic interaction can be adjusted via the Feshbach resonance.     

各向异性板弯曲分析的一种级数—边界积分法

本文的级数-边界积分方法能精确地满足一般的各向异性薄板或层合板弯曲问题的基本微分方程.它可用统一的级数形式来分析各种具有不同几何形状和边界支承情况的板。文中用此法计算了多组具有代表性的算例,其中包括了固定、简支、自由以及自由边角点4种边界支承情况,还包括了圆形、方形以及三角形3种板几何状况.这些算例的计算结果表明所得的挠度与内力都有很好的收敛性,并证实了该方法的通用性.     

非Lévy型正交各向异性开口圆柱壳屈曲问题的辛叠加解析解

该文基于笔者提出的辛叠加方法得到了经典解法难以直接获得的典型非Lévy型正交各向异性开口圆柱壳屈曲问题的解析解.首先，基于Donnell薄壳理论建立了正交各向异性开口圆柱壳屈曲问题的Hamilton体系控制方程，然后将非Lévy型边界下的原问题拆分为两个子问题，在Hamilton体系下利用分离变量和辛本征展开等数学手段对子问题进行求解，最后基于原问题边界条件，通过子问题解的叠加求得原问题的解析解.数值算例表明，辛叠加解析解与有限元数值解结果吻合良好.同时，定量研究了长度和厚度等参数对屈曲载荷的影响.相比于半逆解法等传统解析方法，辛叠加方法基于严格的数学推导，无需假定解的形式，可以获得更多类似问题的解析解.

Optical Conductivity of Anisotropic Quantum Dots in Magnetic Fields

Optical conductivity of anisotropic double-parabolic quantum dots is investigated with the memory-function approach, and the analytic expression for the optical conductivity is derived. With characteristic parameters pertaining to GaAs, the numerical results are presented. It is shown that: (1) the larger the optical phonon frequency wLO, the stronger the peak intensity of the optical conductivity, and the more asymmetric the shape of the optical conductivity; (2) the magnetic field enhances the optical conductivity for levels l=0 and l=1,with or without electron-LO-phonon interactions; (3) the larger the quantum dot thickness lz, the smaller the optical conductivity σ(w).

讨论Stokes问题在各向异性冈格下的Q2-P1混合有限元方法，利用积分恒等式技巧得到了与传统方法相同的超逼近性质，同时基于插值后处理的技巧，构造了速度和压力的一对插值后处理算子，并且前者具有备向异性特征，从而导出了整体超收敛结果．
