如何让学生深刻理解熵的概念

 熵的概念,是热力学和统计物理学中非常重要而又较难理解的.克劳修斯(ClaUSiUS.R.J.E,1822-1888德国物理学家)于1850年提出热力学第二定律,1865年提出熵的概念,并将热力学第二定律表述为“宇宙的能量是不变的,而它的熵则总在增加.”现在,熵这个概念已经远远超出了热力学、统计物理学范畴,直接扩展到信息论、控制论、概率论、数论、天体物理、宇宙论、科学管理以及生命系统等各个不同领域.因此,如何在教学中让学生深入理解熵的概念,是一个重要的课题.     

Calculation of the photoelectron spectra under a scaling transform

By solving the time-dependent Schro¨dinger equation, the dependence of photoelectron energy spectra on the binding energy of targets, wavelength and the intensity of laser pulse is exhibited and a scaling law of kinetic energy spectra of both the direct and the rescattered photoelectrons is concluded. The scaling law provides a convenient tool to determine the equivalent photoionization process of various atoms or molecules in various laser fields. The verification of the scaling law by independent methods provides incontestable support to the validity of the scaling law.     

Rank-based deactivation model for networks with age

We study the impact of age on network evolution which couples addition of new nodes and deactivation of old ones. During evolution, each node experiences two stages: active and inactive. The transition from the active state to the inactive one is based on the rank of the node. In this paper, we adopt age as a criterion of ranking, and propose two deactivation models that generalize previous research. In model A, the older active node possesses the higher rank, whereas in model B, the younger active node takes the higher rank. We make a comparative study between the two models through the node-degree distribution.     

小型冷库液体冷媒融霜系统的研究

研究了液体冷媒融霜系统应用于小型冷库制冷系统的性能;介绍了液体冷媒融霜原理和控制操作过程、液体冷媒融霜实验的装置和方法;对实验结果进行了分析;重点通过库温变化、蒸发器进出口温度压力变化、过冷度对系统的影响、系统COP几个方面,研究了液体冷媒融霜应用于小型冷库制冷系统的性能。     

Experimental and Theoretical Evidence for the Existence of Broad Forbidden Gaps in the Three—Component Composite

The influence of localized resonance on the properties of band-gaps of the two-dimensional periodic composite are analysed numerically and experimentally by comparing the two-component phononic crystal with the three-component one. The three-component composite which exhibits localized resonance in the elastically soft coating ring is composed of a square array of coated cylinders embedded in an epoxy resin. The coated cylinders consist of a steel inner core and a rubber coating, which has much smaller wave velocity and mass density than the matrixand tile inner material. Tile measured transmission power of tile three-component composite drops to the noise level in a broad ultrasonic frequency interval in contrast to the binary composite, which is in good agreement with the calculation using the finite element method.     

氘氚化锂分解残渣中微量氚的回收

氘作同位素交换气对除氚后的新鲜氘氚化锂残渣[主要成分是硅锂化合物和二氧化硅，渣中含氚约为0．9443mg／g(渣)]中的微量氚进行氚的计量与回收，为氘氚化锂残渣中氚的回收提供技术支持。

加热时凝固和冷却时流动的特殊物质

 法国傅立叶大学和劳厄-朗之万研究所,以马里·普拉扎纳为首的科学家制取一种能在加热时凝固和在冷却时变成液体的特殊物质。科学家早已知道提高温度时能凝固的物质成分,其中包括在聚合作用时观察到的这类现象,但是相反的冷却时能变成液体是首次成功实现。在实验过程中利用了α环化糊精和四甲基吡啶水溶液。     

Determinations of plasma density and decay time in the hollow cathode discharge by microwave transmission

The microwave （MW） transmission method is employed to measure both the plasma density and the plasma decay time in the hollow cathode discharge （HCD） in argon at low pressure. The plasma density in DC-driven or pulsed HCD is on the order of 1012 cm-3, which can block the X-band MW effectively. In the case of pulsed HCD, the MW transmittance shows the same waveform as the pulsed current during the rising edge if the driving frequency is low, but with a longer delay during the falling edge. The MW transmittance reaches a constant low level when the driving frequency is high enough. The plasma decay time in the HCD system is measured to be about 100 μs around a pressure of 120 Pa. The ambipolar diffusion is considered to be the major mechanism in the decay process.     

Open critical area model and extraction algorithm based on the net flow-axis

In the integrated circuit manufacturing process, the critical area extraction is a bottleneck to the layout optimization and the integrated circuit yield estimation. In this paper, we study the problem that the missing material defects may result in the open circuit fault. Combining the mathematical morphology theory, we present a new computation model and a novel extraction algorithm for the open critical area based on the net flow-axis. Firstly, we find the net flow-axis for different nets. Then, the net flow-edges based on the net flow-axis are obtained. Finally, we can extract the open critical area by the mathematical morphology. Compared with the existing methods, the nets need not to divide into the horizontal nets and the vertical nets, and the experimental results show that our model and algorithm can accurately extract the size of the open critical area and obtain the location information of the open circuit critical area.
