通过使用综合理论模型对不同配置条件下的多泵浦分布式光纤喇曼放大器的增益谱进行了数值模拟研究,该理论模型包含了瑞利散射、放大自发辐射和不同交互效应,包括泵浦与泵浦、泵浦与信号和信号与信号之间的交互与能量转移.模拟研究了泵浦源功率、泵浦源波长间隔及光纤损耗对喇曼增益谱的影响,结果表明设计多泵浦光纤喇曼放大器需要对泵浦源功率、泵浦源波长间隔光纤损耗谱进行综合考虑,需对泵浦源功率、泵浦源波长间隔进行合理配置.在本文的泵浦源波长设定条件下,考虑实际光纤的损耗谱特性,为了获得大的增益带宽和小的增益不平坦度,短波长泵浦源和最长波长的泵浦源需要更高的泵浦功率,中间波长泵浦源的功率应较低. 相似文献

随着互联网技术的迅速发展,计算机网络已经成为人类社会生活中不可缺少的一部分。作为新兴的“第四媒体”,它具有数字化、多元化、全球化、虚拟化、交互性和即时性的特征,对人们的生活、工作和学习方式产生了很大的影响。目前,多媒体教学逐步得到推广,网上教育的实施已经起步。然而实验作为教育的重要环节,其相应的发展比较滞后。学校教育中的实验教学和远程教育中的实验教学都还存在许多不足之处,不能满足信息化教育的需要。
网络虚拟实验的出现,解决了远程教育中的实验教学难点,对远程教育质量的提高具有不可估量的作用。目前网络的传输速度已经达到千兆比特/秒,网络带宽和传输速度不再成为制约网络实验教学的“瓶颈”,这些都为网络虚拟实验的开展创造了条件。网络虚拟实验对传统实验教学的改革、推动远程教育的发展具有重要意义。因此,研究如何构建网络虚拟实验系统在现阶段显得非常重要。 相似文献

We assess the performance of a few turbulence models for Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulation of supersonic boundary layers, compared to the direct numerical simulations (DNS) of supersonic flat-plate turbulent boundary layers, carried out by Gao et al. [Chin. Phys. Lett. 22(2005)1709] and Huang et al. [Sci. Chin. 48 (2005) 614], as well as some available experimental data. The assessment is made for two test cases, with incoming Mach numbers and Reynolds numbers M = 2.25, Re = 365, 000//in, and M = 4.5, Re = 1.7 × 10^7/m, respectively. It is found that in the first case the prediction of RANS models agrees well with the DNS and the experimental data, while for the second case the agreement of the DNS models with experiment is less satisfactory. Extremely low density InAs quantum dots (QDs) are grown by molecular beam droplet epitaxy. The gallium deposition amount is optimized to saturate exactly the excess arsenic atoms present on the GaAs substrate surface during growth, and low density InAs/GaAs QDs (4× 10^6 cm^-2) are formed by depositing 0.65 monolayers (MLs) of indium. This is much less than the critical deposition thickness (1.7 ML), which is necessary to form InAs/GaAs QDs with the conventional Stranski-Krastanov growth mode. The narrow photoluminescence linewidth of about 24 meV is insensitive to cryostat temperatures from IO K to 250K. All measurements indicate that there is no wetting layer connecting the QDs. 相似文献

We report observations from Geotail satellite showing that large Poynting fluxes associated with Alfven waves in the plasma sheet boundary layer (PSBL) occur in the vicinity of the near-tail reconnection region on 10 December 1996. During the period of large Poynting fluxes, Geotail also observed strong tailward plasma flows. These observations demonstrate the importance of near-tail reconnection process as the energy source of Alfven waves in the PSBL. Strong tailward (Earthward) plasma flows ought to be an important candidate in generating Alfven waves. Furthermore, the strong perturbations not only of the magnetic field but also of the electric field observed in the PSBL indicate that the PSBL plays an important role in the generation and propagation of the energy flux associated with Alfven waves. 相似文献

基于布里渊散射的全分布式光纤传感器的布里渊频移同时受应变和温度的影响,无法由单一的布里渊频移解析应变或温度的信息,这种交叉敏感问题制约了传感器的实用化。介绍了目前解决交叉敏感问题的主要方法及工作原理。研究了大有效面积非零色散位移光纤(LEAF)的布里渊散射谱与应变和温度的关系,实验发现布里渊谱具有三个布里渊峰,三个峰的布里渊频移与应变和温度成线性关系,第一个峰和第三个峰的布里渊峰峰值功率的差值与温度无关,但与应变成线性关系。最后基于实验结果提出了一种解决交叉敏感问题的方案,获得了大约130με的应变测量精度和8℃的温度测量精度。 相似文献

A simple model for approximate bandgap structure calculation of all-solid photonic bandgap fibre based on an array of rings is proposed. In this model calculated are only the potential modes of a unit cell, which is a high-index ring in the low-index background for this fibre, rather than the whole cladding periodic structure based on Bloch's theorem to find the bandgap. Its accuracy is proved by comparing its results with the results obtained by using the accurate full-vector plane-wave method. High speed in computation is its great advantage over the other exact methods, because it only needs to find the roots of one-dimensional analytical expressions. And the results of this model, mode plots, offer an ideal environment to explore the basic properties of photonie bandgap clearly. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust H∞ control for structured uncertain stochastic neural networks with both discrete and distributed time varying delays. A sufficient condition is presented for the existence of H∞ control based on the Lyapunov stability theory. The stability criterion is described in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be easily checked in practice.
