Influence of Ⅴ/Ⅲ ratio on the structural and photoluminescence properties of In0.52AlAs/In0.53GaAs metamorphic high electron mobility transistor grown by molecular beam epitaxy

A series of metamorphic high electron mobility transistors （MMHEMTs） with different Ⅴ/Ⅲ flux ratios are grown on CaAs （001） substrates by molecular beam epitaxy （MBE）. The samples are analysed by using atomic force microscopy （AFM）, Hall measurement, and low temperature photoluminescence （PL）. The optimum Ⅴ/Ⅲ ratio in a range from 15 to 60 for the growth of MMHEMTs is found to be around 40. At this ratio, the root mean square （RMS） roughness of the material is only 2.02 nm; a room-temperature mobility and a sheet electron density are obtained to be 10610.0cm^2/（V.s） and 3.26×10^12cm^-2 respectively. These results are equivalent to those obtained for the same structure grown on InP substrate. There are two peaks in the PL spectrum of the structure, corresponding to two sub-energy levels of the In0.53Ga0.47As quantum well. It is found that the photoluminescence intensities of the two peaks vary with the Ⅴ/Ⅲ ratio, for which the reasons are discussed.     

tBid蛋白引发磷脂膜透化过程的研究

Bid蛋白是仅有BH3结构域的Bcl-2家族蛋白,在溶酶体膜透化以及线粒体外膜透化引发的细胞凋亡过程中起着非常重要的调控作用,但是Bid蛋白与生物膜之间的相互作用导致脂膜透化的确切机制尚不十分清楚.本文利用激光扫描共聚焦显微成像技术及基于氧化石墨烯表面诱导荧光衰逝的单分子荧光技术,分别从单囊泡及单分子水平对tBid蛋白与磷脂膜之间的相互作用进行了系统的研究.结果表明,tBid蛋白在膜上聚集后可引起脂膜的透化,且脂膜透化的发生源于聚集体中一些tBid蛋白更深入地插入了脂膜中.     

理论研究激光强度对H2+分子高次谐波产生的影响

本文通过求解非波恩-奥本海默近似条件下的一维含时薛定谔方程来研究脉冲强度对H₂⁺分子高次谐波的影响.由于干涉相消,在啁啾激光场的条件下在谐波谱中出现了干涉最小值.我们用全量子方法计算的时频分布图分析了分子高次谐波产生中的微观机制.此外,数值计算结果显示随着脉冲强度的增加电子的有质动力势随之增加,同时干涉最小值的位置移向谐波的高阶部分.

噁唑-苯甲酰胺类FtsZ受体抑制剂的3D-QSAR研究

FtsZ蛋白和细菌的繁殖过程有关,是药物设计理想的靶点。本文采用Sybyl分子模拟软件,利用比较分子场方法(CoMFA)及比较分子相似性指数的方法(CoMSIA)对已报道的33个噁唑-苯甲酰胺类FtsZ受体抑制剂进行了分析,建立了三维定量构效关系(3D-Qsar)模型。CoMFA模型的交互验证系数q2为0.619,线性回归系数r2为0.988;CoMSIA模型的q2为0.633,r2为0.936。模型具有较好的预测能力,为今后噁唑-苯甲酰胺类化合物的设计和改造提供了理论依据。     

侧基对π-π耦合双分子结电输运性质的影响

从第一性原理出发，利用杂化密度泛函理论，结合弹性散射格林函数方法，我们研究了侧基对OPE（Oligophenyleneethynylene）双分子结电输运性质以及两分子间的π-π耦合作用的影响。研究表明，苯环上的侧基影响了两分子间的π-π耦合强度。当侧基为氧甲基时，侧基提高了分子间的π-π耦合作用，促进了分子间电荷的传输。当侧基为叔丁基时，侧基降低了π-π耦合作用，不利于分子间电荷的传输。理论计算结果解释了实验结果。

气相色谱-质谱法分析树苔浸膏的成分

采用分子蒸馏法对树苔浸膏进行分级分离,用气相色谱-质谱法对各级馏分进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:三级馏分共鉴定出55种成分,主要成分是苔黑酚单甲醚、分歧扁枝衣素单甲醚、扁枝衣酸乙酯、柔扁枝衣酸甲酯、β-苔黑酚羧酸甲酯、赤星衣酸乙酯、苔黑酚羧酸乙酯、柔扁枝衣酸乙酯、棕榈酸乙酯、油酸乙酯、亚麻酸乙酯和亚油酸乙酯。
