一类四维忆阻混沌电路的动力学行为分析

讨论一类4D忆阻混沌电路的动力学行为,并研究多稳定性的吸引域.为保证计算结果的高效性和准确性,利用CPU+GPU的大规模计算能力和具有128位小数的多精度GMP库及MPFR库,计算出对应吸引子的吸引域,并用区间牛顿法验证当吸引域很小时吸引子的存在性;最后运用拓扑马蹄理论和构造忆阻模拟电路两种方式验证系统超混沌的存在性.     

分子磁交换机理研究进展

概述了分子磁交换的机理研究及其进展。介绍了直接交换、超交换和双交换三种作用机理及基于自旋密度分析的自旋极化和自旋离域作用机制，并对今后分子磁性的理论研究作了展望。

Image recovery from double amplitudes in fractional Fourier domain

The classical Gerchberg--Saxton algorithm is introduced into the image recovery in fractional Fourier domain after adaptation. When this algorithm is applied directly, its performance is good for smoothed image, but bad for unsmoothed image. Based on the diversity of fractional Fourier transform on its orders, this paper suggests a novel iterative algorithm, which extracts the information of the original image from amplitudes of its fractional Fourier transform at two orders. This new algorithm consists of two independent Gerchberg--Saxton procedures and an averaging operation in each circle. Numerical simulations are carried out to show its validity for both smoothed and unsmoothed images with most pairs of orders in the interval [0, 1].     

Directed Evolution of L-Aspartase by Mobility of Domains

To enhance the relative movement of domains, we inserted a random sequence of fifteen-peptide into the three domains of L-aspartase. By means of directed screening, the three isoforms of monomeric, dimmeric and tetrameric enzymes were obtained. Compared to the wild-type tetrameric L-asparease, these mutants remained 19. 7%, 42.3%, and 92% of the enzyme activity, respectively. Moreover, the examination of enzyme properties revealed that their kcat, and KM changed in varying degrees, and the optimum pH shifted towards acidic pH, while the dependence of the activity of enzyme on Mg^2 concentration and thermostability increased. Therefore this strategy provides a novel approach to directed evolution of enzymes.     

HIGH ACCURACY NUMERICAL METHOD OF THIN－FILM PROBLEMS IN MICROMAGENETICS

In this paper,a new high accuracy numerical method for the thin-film problems of micron and submicron size ferromagnetic elements is proposed,For the computaion of stray field,we use the finite element method(FEM) by introducing a semi-discrete artificial boundary condition [1,2],In our numerical experiments about the domain patterns and their movement,we can see that the results are accordant to that of experments and other numerical methods.Our method are very conveient to deal with arbitrary shape of thin films such as a polygon with high accuracy.
