中国光学学会第六次会员代表大会在京召开

中国光学学会第六次会员代表大会于2006年4月22日在北京举行。来自全国光学界的200多名会员代表参加了本次大会。大会由中国光学学会秘书长曹健林主持,中国光学学会第五届理事会理事长母国光院士致开幕词,中国科协宋南平书记致贺词。中国光学界元老,中国科学院、中国工程院两院     

Application of Electron-Shelving Detection via 423 nm Transition in Calcium-Beam Optical Frequency Standard

A new scheme of small compact optical frequency standard based on thermal calcium beam with application of 423 nm shelving detection and sharp-angle velocity selection detection is proposed. Combining these presented techniques, we conclude that a small compact optical frequency standard based on thermal calcium beam will outperform the commercial caesium-beam microwave dock, like the 5071 Cs clock （from Hp to Agilent, now Symmetricom company）, both in accuracy and stability.     

基于低功耗双边沿D触发器的任意进制异步计数器设计

从D触发器激励表入手，分别给出了采用单边沿D触发器和双边沿D触发器的2^n进制异步加法计数器、减法计数器的设计方法．在此基础上，采用逻辑函数修改技术，通过实例讨论了基于单边沿D触发器和双边沿D触发器的异步任意进制计数器的设计．该设计方法方便，快速，具有一定的实用意义．     

Single Qubit and Its Universal Logic Gate Made of a Heisenberg Spin Cluster with Five Particles

We investigate an anisotropic Heisenberg spin cluster with five particles controlled by a time-dependent magnetic field. With the algebraic dynamical method, we obtain the exact analytical solution to the time dependent Schr6dinger equation. Based on the analytical solution, it is shown that the system can be used as a universal single qubit logic gate controlled by the strength and frequency of the magnetic field, and the six special single qubit logic gates can be realized physically. We also discuss the anti-decoherence property of the qubit and its logic gates resulted from particle coupling effect and collectivity of the cluster.     

高功率固体激光器光学元件位相误差滤波

不同频段的位相误差对输出光束将产生不同的影响，低频段主要影响远场焦斑主斑的能量分布，中高频段影响光的散射或者可能出现的较大的强度峰值调制，高频段影响光的散射，导致能量的损失。研究光学元件引入的位相误差与输出光束之间的定性、定量关系，首先必须对位相误差进行相应的滤波处理，反映光学元件面形的细微误差。     

SrHfO3和SrTiO3光学特性的第一性原理研究

用全电势线性缀加平面波法(FLAPW)计算了SrTiO3和SrHfO3的光学特性,即介电函数虚部ε2(ω)、光学吸收系数I(ω)和反射率R(ω).对它们光学特性进行了对比分析,给出了它们光学特性的差别,并进行了解释.计算的SrTiO3光学谱分别在4.4,7.4,8.3和23.6eV处出现峰值,且其在4.4eV处的峰值比较高而尖.计算结果与实验值符合得很好.     

Optical and Acoustical Frequencies in a Nonlinear Helicoidal Model of DNA Molecules

We compare optical and acoustical frequencies in the Peyrard-Bishop-Dauxois model, i.e. an extended Peyrard-Bishop model, of DNA molecules. We discuss how ratio of those frequencies depends on a value of the harmonic constant of the helicoidal spring K. Also, we suggest that the most favourable mode could be a resonance mode.     

FAE爆炸抛撒后云雾液滴尺寸的测量

用光学方法测量悬浮于气相或液相介质中的微小颗粒特性已被广泛地采用。R．A．Dobbins于1963年用简单的方法来单独测定喷雾颗粒平均直径。20世纪70年代采用激光器和自动数据处理系统。液体轴对称抛撒是非定常过程，即在固定位置观察到的液体颗粒尺寸随时间的变化而变化。光线通过含有微粒的介质时会发生光的散射现象，Dobbins根据颗粒散射原理，把满足上限分布函数(ULDF）且直径为几十到几百微米的颗粒散射作为衍射散射处理。
