半导体中多光子吸收跃迁速率的全量子理论分析

本文从非线性光学中辐射跃迁速率的表达式出发,在全量子理论下,导出了半导体中任意阶多光子吸收跃迁速率的一般表达式。理论分析结果表明,n光子吸收跃迁速率与光强的n次方和n阶光子相干度成正比。本文在多能带及二能带理论模型下,对多光子吸收跃迁速率的一般表达式进行了化简,并对非线性相互作用项对跃迁速率的贡献,作了讨论。     

光抽运双光子激光朗之万量子理论

本文采用朗之万量子理论获得光抽运双光子激光具有双光子损耗时的朗之万方程,进一步获得稳态平均光子数、频率牵引、线宽和动态斯塔克效应,对激光增益来源的分析表明,非相干抽运仅有单双光子两步过程有贡献,而相干抽运,除上述过程外还有单双光子一步过程有贡献,而且,上述两个过程都受到负反馈和饱和因子的制约,线宽与稳态平均光子数无关。 关键词：     

微光光子数字化摄象机

美国自适应光学联合公司(AOA)在哈佛大学 PAPA 探测器的基础上研制成功的光子数字化编址摄象机是一种具有极高探测灵敏度的光子计数式二维微光摄象机。采用多通道光学编码方法,可对光电倍增管探测到的每一个光电于事件产生相应的(x,y,T)时-空坐标数据,微机采集来自光子摄象机的数据流供实时图象显示和处理。     

负电子亲和势GaAs光电阴极中的三光子激发和发射的理论研究

将三阶微扰理论应用于单晶GaAs半导体,结合与实际相接近的能带结构,得到了GaAs中三光子吸收系数的解析式表达式,在考虑了激发电子的逃逸过程的情况下,进而推导了负电子亲和势GaAs光电阴极中三光子光电发射的发射系数的解析表达式.两表达式得到的理论数值分别与用ns量级脉宽、2.06μm波长的激光测得的GaAs中三光子吸收系数和GaAs(Cs,O)光电阴极中三光子发射系数的实验值相比较,吻合较好.     

极性晶体外表面电子的量子像势及其极化子的基态能量

本从与真空接触的存在二支声子的半无限极性晶体表面附近极化子的哈密顿算符入手，应用二支模型理论，分别对GaAs和ZnO两种材料计算了外表面电子的量子像势及其极化子的基态能量，计算结果表明，利用二支模型理论求出的外表面极化子的基态能量与利用一支模型理论求出的外表在面极化子的基态能量相差较大，对GaAs，误差约为31.1%, 对ZnO，误差约为14.8%。     

Efficient Multiparty Quantum Secret Sharing with Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger States

An effcient multiparty quantum secret sharing scheme is proposed with Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） states following some ideas in quantum dense coding. The agents take the single-photon measurements on the photons received for eavesdropping check and exploit the four local unitary operations Ⅰ, σx, σx and iσy to code their message. This scheme has the advantage of high capacity as each GHZ state can carry two bits of information. The parties do not need to announce the measuring bases for almost all the photons, which will reduce the classical information exchanged largely. The intrinsic efficiency for qubits and the total effciency both approach the maximal values.     

High-Dimensional Nonlinear Envelope Equations and Nonlinear Localized Excitations in Photonic Crystals

We investigate the nonlinear localized structures of optical pulses propagating in a one-dimensional photonic crystal with a quadratic nonlinearity. Using a method of multiple scales we show that the nonlinear evolution of a wave packet, formed by the superposition of short-wavelength excitations, and long-wavelength mean fields, generated by the self-interaction of the wave packet, are governed by a set of coupled high-dimenslonal nonlinear envelope equations, which can be reduced to Davey-Stewartson equations and thus support dromionlike high-dimensional nonlinear excitations in the system.     

用^60Co放射源检测油垢厚度的初步实验研究

本文用石蜡模拟油垢，用^60Co放射源的1．25MeV平均能量的γ射线垂直入射，以一定的散射角和不同的探测立体角接收散射γ光子敫．发现散射γ计数与被测石蜡厚度之间存在不同的线性关系．结果发现，放射源与探测器之间屏蔽的好坏和合理的探测距离对提高线性度有很大关系．本实验测得最佳线性相关系数平方值为0．9981，平均测量精度为1．26mm．这对研究散射法检测油垢厚度和选择合适的探测距离提供了实验基础．     

Multiband Terahertz Photonic Band Gaps of Subwavelength Planar Fractals

Optical transmission properties of subwavelength planar fractals in terahertz （THz） frequency regime are studied by means of time-domain spectroscopy. The transmission spectra with multiple pass bands and stop bands are observed. The tunable photonic band gaps are realized by changing the angle between the principle axis of planar fractal and the polarization of THz wave. The possible application of the subwavelength optical component is discussed. We attribute the detected transmittance from subwavelength fractals to localized resonances.
