非线性抛物型方程迭代加速计算方法

研究非线性抛物型方程隐式格式的迭代加速求解方法，包括三方面内容：一是构造具有二阶收敛性的非线性迭代方法，二是迭代初值的选取方法，三是证明迭代方法的保正性。     

强流RFQ的稳定性设计研究

对强流RFQ耦合间隙的确定、二极模稳定杆的设计进行了详细的研究和讨论.利用现有的RFQ冷模,进行了本征模频率的测量、场分布的调试和测量、二极模稳定杆的试验.并通过与模拟结果的比较,验证了模拟程序在RFQ腔体设计中的可靠性.同时,对影响RFQ稳定性设计的物理进行了有益的探讨.     

1．5GHz锯材超导腔的研制

介绍铌材超导腔的研制进展，重点讨论了国产铌腔的材料改性，以及相应的超导腔性能的改进．叙述了１．５ＧＨｚ铌腔的腔形设计，分析了铌材的射频性能和机械性能，制定了铌腔制作与后处理的特定工艺．最后给出了１．５ＧＨｚ铌材超导腔的低温实验结果．     

Accelerated Hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl Picolinate Catalyzed by Metallomicelle Made from a Novel Macrocyclic Polyamine Copper（Ⅱ） Complex

A copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 of a novel macrocyclic polyamine ligand with hydroxylethyl pendant groups, 4,11-bis（hydroxylethyl）-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane （L） has been synthesized and characterized. Rate enhancement for hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate （PNPP） catalyzed by 1 was studied kinetically under Brij35 micellar condition. For comparision, the catalytic activity of corresponding copper（Ⅱ） complex 2 of non-substituted macrocyclic polyamine ligand, 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraaza-cyclotetradecane （L＇） toward the hydrolysis of PNPP was also investigated. The results indicate that the macrocyclic polyamine copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 effectively catalyzed the hydrolysis of PNPP, and the pendant ligand hydroxyl group or deprotonated pendant ligand hydroxyl group can act as catalytically active species in the reaction. A ternary Complex kinetic model involving metal ion, ligand and substrate has been proposed, and the results confirmed the reasonability of such kinetic model.     

ELUTION OF TUNGSTEN BY SODIUM COMPOUNDS AND ACCELERATION EFFECTS OF COEXISTENT COUNTER IONS IN MIXED ELUANT

The elution of WO4^2- ions by NaOH、NaNO3、NaCl and NH4Cl on strong basic anion exchange resins in quaternary ammonium form I and the adsorption properties after elution were studied.In addition,the elution curve,the permeation curve and the exchange capacities of operation were presented.The eluate containing tungsten with high content and excessive eluant of low content were obtained by employing the process of eluting using mixed solution of NaCl and NaOH.It′s possible to obtain Na2WO4·2H2O with high purity by evaporating and crystallizing the eluate.The results of mixed elution showed that the diffusion coefficients of Cl^-、OH^- and WO4^2- ions in solution or exchange agent varied due to the coexistence of counter ions and then the exchange velocity of WO4^2-→Cl^- and WO4^2-→OH^- was accelerated.

高分子化学课程中若干论题的进展

高分子化学课程中下列五个论题被加以修正和补充:(1)1,2-二取代乙烯单体的聚合;(2)乙烯基单体聚合时的键连方式;(3)自由基聚合的自动加速;(4)引发转移和引发转移终止剂;(5)氢转移聚合和基因转移聚合。     

烟叶中26种挥发性与半挥发性有机酸的GC-MS/SIM法同时分析

采用加速溶剂萃取,以二氯甲烷-乙腈(体积比1 : 2)为萃取溶剂,N,O-双(三甲基硅基)三氟乙酰胺硅烷化,反-2-己烯酸和肉桂酸为内标,GC-MS/SIM法同时测定了烟叶中的甲酸、乙酸、乳酸、苯甲酸、十六酸、十八酸等26种挥发性、半挥发性有机酸.方法的回收率为81% ～106%,相对标准偏差为1.73% ～7.08%,检出限为0.1 ～13.72 μg/g.以该方法对部分烟叶样品中挥发性、半挥发性有机酸进行了定量分析.     

转移基板材质对Si衬底GaN基LED芯片性能的影响

在Si衬底上生长了GaN基LED外延材料,分别转移到新的硅基板和铜基板上,制备了垂直结构蓝光LED芯片。研究了这两种基板GaN基LED芯片的光电性能。在切割成单个芯片之前,对大量尺寸为(300μm×300μm)的这两种芯片分别通高达1 A的大电流在测试台上加速老化1 h。结果显示,铜基板Si衬底GaN基LED芯片有更大的饱和电流,光输出效率更高,工作电压随驱动电流的变化不大,光输出在老化过程中衰减更小。铜基板芯片比硅基板芯片可靠性更高,在大功率半导体照明器件中前景诱人。
