讨论了部分线性回归模型的变窗宽一步局部M-估计.用一步局部M-估计给出未知函数的估计,用平均方法给出参数估计.进一步通过两个引理证明一步M-估计的渐近正态性.所提出的方法继承了局部多项式的优点并且克服了最小二乘法缺乏稳健性的缺点.

High frequency forcing on nonlinear systems

High-frequency signals are pervasive in many science and engineering fields.In this work,the effect of high-frequency driving on general nonlinear systems is investigated,and an effective equation for slow motion is derived by extending the inertial approximation for the direct separation of fast and slow motions.Based on this theory,a high-frequency force can induce various phase transitions of a system by changing its amplitude and frequency.Numerical simulations on several nonlinear oscillator systems show a very good agreement with the theoretic results.These findings may shed light on our understanding of the dynamics of nonlinear systems subject to a periodic force.     

Analysis and modeling of resistive switching mechanisms oriented to resistive random-access memory

With the progress of the semiconductor industry,the resistive random-access memory(RAM) has drawn increasing attention.The discovery of the memristor has brought much attention to this study.Research has focused on the resistive switching characteristics of different materials and the analysis of resistive switching mechanisms.We discuss the resistive switching mechanisms of different materials in this paper and analyze the differences of those mechanisms from the view point of circuitry to establish their respective circuit models.Finally,simulations are presented.We give the prospect of using different materials in resistive RAM on account of their resistive switching mechanisms,which are applied to explain their resistive switchings.     

考虑自热效应的互连线功耗优化模型

基于互连线的分布式功耗模型,考虑自热效应的同时采用非均匀互连线结构,提出了一种基于延时、带宽、面积、最小线宽和最小线间距约束的互连动态功耗优化模型.分别在90和65 nm互补金属氧化物半导体工艺节点下验证了功耗优化模型的有效性,在工艺约束下同时不牺牲延时、带宽和面积所提模型能够降低高达35％互连线功耗.该模型适用于片上网络构架中大型互连路由结构和时钟网络优化设计.     

一类具有非线性捕获项的捕食-食饵扩散模型正解的稳定性和唯一性

研究了一类具有非线性捕获项和Crowley-Martin反应函数的捕食-食饵扩散模型.利用不动点指数理论得到了正解存在的充分条件.其次,采用线性算子的扰动理论、椭圆方程正则性理论和不动点指数理论考察了捕食者间干扰强度的影响,给出了正解的稳定性和唯一性.接着,运用比较原理讨论了抛物系统的灭绝性和全局吸引子的存在性.最后,通过数值模拟验证和补充了理论结果.研究结果表明捕食者间的干扰强度和捕获率对种群的共存具有非常重要的影响.     

多源异质大数据线性模型的分布式统计推断

本文考虑多源异质大数据下线性模型的分布式统计推断问题.首先,提出针对模型参数的通信有效的分布式聚合估计及算法,并在一些正则条件下证明所得到的估计量的最优性和渐近正态性.其次,针对模型中的异质性检验问题,给出了分布式检验方法.最后,通过数值模拟研究,对本文所提出估计和检验方法的优良性进行验证.     

基于灰色预测模型的广州市城镇生活垃圾清运量预测

基于灰色预测理论,分别用GM(1,1)模型、分数阶GM(1,1)模型和新陈代谢GM (1,1)模型对广州市2015-2019年城镇生活垃圾清运量数据进行建模、检验和比较,结果表明新陈代谢GM(1,1)模型预测精度最高.预测2020-2024年广州市城镇生活垃圾清运量仍呈现长的趋势,在2024年将会突破1000万吨.     

考虑季末调整的季节性产品(Qi,Ri)库存模型与管理

考虑季节性产品需求的季节性周期变化、季节内需求不确定性双重波动对产品需求的影响,为季节性产品进行综合需求预测,制定库存管理策略提供参考.本研究综合Holt-Winter需求预测模型和(Q,R)库存模型进行订货点和订货量的决策,并针对季节性产品特点提出了季节间转换时期的订货策略.最后,利用上述模型和某化工企业多年实际数据,进行实证研究,对化工产品的订货量和订货点进行优化,验证了本研究提出的模型与方法可以大幅降低季节性产品库存成本和缺货率.研究对季节性产品库存管理有着重要的学术与实践意义.
