Initial Processes of Sulfur Adsorption on Si（100） Surface

The adsorption of one monolayer S atoms on ideal Si（100） surface is studied by using the self-consistent tight binding linear muffon-tin orbital method. Energies of adsorption systems ors atoms on different sites are calculated. It is found that the adsorbed S atoms are more favorable on B1 site （bridge site） with a distance 0.131 nm above the Si surface. The .S, Si mixed layer might exist at S/Si（100） interface. The layer projected density of states are calculated and compared with that of the clean surface. The charge transfers are also investigated.

Purification of Pseudomonas sp. Lipase by Continuous Elution Electrophoresis Based on Pb^2＋ Precipitation Method

A Pb^2 precipitation method was designed to get rid of the impure proteins in a lipase. The results show that it was a simple way in the primary treatment of the crude samples and about 20% impure proteins were removed in the precipitation step. Further, continuous elution electrophoresis was also applied as a preparative technique for attaining the highly pure lipase. During the continuous elution electrophoresis, the enzyme was eluted as a single peak and 5.7-fold purification was achieved in a yield of 54.3%. The two steps finally yielded an electrophoretically homogeneous enzyme.     

Mass Spectrometry of 2a, 4-Disubstituted 5-Benzoyl-2a, 3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-phenoxy-azeto [ 1,2-a ] [1,5 ] benzodiazepin - 1 （2H）-ones Under Electron Impact Ionization Conditions

The mass spectrometric fragmentation of 2a, 4-disubstituted 5-benzoyl-2a, 3,4, 5-tetrahydro-2-phenoxy-azeto[1,2-α] [ 1,5 ] benzodiazepin-I (2H)-ones has been investigated by means of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy spectrometry under electron impact ionization conditions. All compounds tend to lose different moieties, such as phenoxy, phenoxy and H, and phenoxyketene. Both [ M^ - PhO ] and [ M^ - PhOH ] ions could further lose CO, and the [ M^ - PhOCH = C = O] ions could lose propene or styrene, PhCON, PhCOHN, and other fragments.     

甲基纤维素(MC)疏水作用的电化学研究

应用电化学循环伏安法, 以电活性小分子亚甲基蓝(MB)为探针, 研究了不同温度下修饰在玻碳电极表面的甲基纤维素(MC)凝胶的疏水性. 研究发现, 在45～70 ℃温度范围内, MB在MC凝胶修饰电极上的式电位E⁰⁽较相应的裸电极均正移, 氧化峰电流i_pa和还原峰电流i_pc分别较相应裸电极增大, 且随温度升高而增大. 这些结果表明MC分子之间发生了疏水相互作用, 且随温度的升高, 疏水作用增强. 此外, 在上述温度下, MC凝胶修饰电极上峰电流的比值i_pc/i_pa均小于1, 为0.70, 且没有观察到MB单独的吸附峰, 因此MB分子在凝胶修饰电极上发生了弱吸附. 本文研究显示电化学方法是研究该类多糖凝胶机理的一个补充手段.     

Chemoselective Bromodecarboxylation of α-Carboxy- α-cinnamoyl Ketene Cyclic Dithioacetals

α-Oxoketene dithioacetals（ compound 1 ） are versatile synthons for organic synthesis due to their specially structural characteristic, that is, the masked ketene is conjugated with the convertible carbonyl in their molecules. Although there have been numerous reports covering the reactions in which they have been taken as 1,3-electrophiles, the reaction at the α-carbon atom of α-oxoketene dithioacetals has seldom been investigated. Junjappa and co-workers found the α- bromination of compound 2 in the presence of NBS led to α-aroyl-α-bromo ketenedithioacetals. However, the flexibility of the functional groups at the α-carbon atom of compound 2 are still limited.     

对含重元素体系的接合二分量-标量相对论密度泛函计算方法

在相对论密度泛函ZORA方法的基础上,提出一种用于含重元素体系的接合二分量-标量相对论密度泛函计算方法.对于只含少数几个重元素的较大体系,仅对其中旋轨耦合作用强的重元素作二分量相对论计算,而对体系的其余部分则作标量相对论计算,通过对动能矩阵元的近似处理实现两种计算的接合.对一系列含6p区重元素分子进行计算的结果表明,当非重元素是第三周期以前的元素时,此方法与二分量ZO-RA方法的计算结果吻合得很好.当非重元素为第四周期元素时,计算结果有一定偏差,表明在后一种情况下旋轨耦合作用已比较显著,但误差仍在目前近似密度泛函计算的精度范围内.此方法可以有效地节省计算量,而且避免了Dyall方法的缺点.     

Resolution of 2-Octanol via Lipase-catalyzed Enantioselective Acetylation in Organic Solvents

The lipases from different sources were screened for their ability to catalyze the resolution of 2-octanol in organic solvents with vinyl acetate as the acylating reagent. The medium effect has been studied on the irreversible transesterification with varying water activity(aw). The influence of vinyl acetate concentration on it has also been investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the enantiomeric ratio(E value) of pseudomonas fluorescence lipase (PFL) exceeded 200 with an enantiomeric excess (e. e. ) of S-2-octanol above 99% at a 51% degree of conversion.
