钯—抗坏血酸基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中的痕量硒

本文用塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中的硒，研究了各种基体改进剂对硒信号的改进效应，找出最佳的改进剂钯－抗坏血酸，使硒的灰化和原子化都能达到较高温度，在提高灵敏度，降低干扰方面也取得较好的效果。本方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高，能有效地测定食品中的痕量硒。方法的回收率在９５．６％－１０４．０％之间，其相对标准偏差为３．０％，检出限为４．４８５ｎｇ／ｍＬ。     

土壤中SeO_3~（2－）和SeO_4~（2－）的提取及其离子色谱分析

本文研究了土壤中ＳｅＯ和ＳｅＯ的提取并成功地用离子色谱进行分析。方法灵敏、简便，可用于土壤中微量ＳｅＯ和ＳｅＯ的同时测定，取５ｇ于土样，其检测限分别为４０和５０ｎｇ／ｇ。     

Subwavelength-resolution direct writing using submicron-diameter fibers

<正>A novel direct writing technique using submicron-diameter fibers is presented.This technique adopts contact mode in the process of writing,and submicron lines with different widths have been obtained. Experimental results demonstrate that the resolution of this technique can be smaller than the exposure wavelength of 442 nm,and 380-nm-wide line is achieved.In addition,the distribution of light fields in the photoresist layer is analyzed by finite-difference time-domain method.

Fast-Scale and Slow-Scale Subharmonic Oscillation of Valley Current-Mode Controlled Buck Converter

A valley current-mode （VCM） controfled buck converter with current source load （CSI） has complex phenomena of fast-scale and slow-scale subharmonic oscillations. The piecewise smooth switching model of the VCM controlled buck converter with CSI is established. It is found that attractive regions of fast-scale and slow-scale subharmonic oscillations exist in the bifurcation diagram, and two tori exist in the corresponding Poincare mapping. The research results by time-domain simulation indicate that U-type subharmonic oscillation （SO） constituted by SO and frequency-reduced subharmonic oscillation （FSO） exists in inductor current, and sine-type SO constituted by fast scale and low scale exists in output voltage respectively. Experimental results are given to verify the analysis and simulation results.     

Pseudo-Rhombus-Shaped Subwavelength Crossed Gratings of GaAs for Broadband Antireflection

Holographic lithography coupled with the nonlinear response of photoresist to the exposure is adopted to fabricate porous photoresist （PR） mask. Conventional dot PR mask is also generated, and both patterns are transferred into a underlying GaAs substrate by the optimal dry etching process to obtain tapered subwavelength crossed gratings （SWCGs） to mimic the moth-eye structure. In comparison of the experiment and simulation, the closely-packed pseudo-rhombus-shaped GaAs SWCGs resulting from the porous mask outperforms the conical counterpart which comes from the dot mask, and achieves a reported lowest mean spectral reflectance of 1.1%.
