聚合物异核交叉弛豫及二维NOE谱

The heteronuclear cross-relaxation rates in polymers were determined by selective and conventional ~(13)C spin-lattice relaxation experiments, the proton-carbon distances were calculated by the theoretical formula, and two-dimensional NOE spectra of the polymers were also measured. The results showed that (1) the measured proton-carbon distances coincide with the distances from molecular models, (2) there is the observable dipolar cross-relaxation effect between the quaternary carbons and their neighboring protons, and (3) the optimum mixing times depend on the relaxation properties of the proton and carbon.     

高分子药物研究Ⅰ．5－氨基水杨酸与二元羧酸缩聚物的合成

通过５－氨基水杨酸与二元羧酸进行缩聚反应，合成了六种主链含有５－氨基水杨酸的高分子化合物，用红外光谱和元素分析确定了聚合物的结构。聚合物水解实验表明，它们在酸性、中性和碱性介质中均能水解，水解速率（ｒ）的大小依次为ｒｐＨ＝１３．０＞ｒｐＨ＝７．０＞ｒｐＨ＝２．０。     

聚醚桥连二异羟肟酸单核和双核过渡金属配合物催化PNPP水解

Two polyether bridged dihydroxamic acids and their mono-and binuclear manganese(Ⅱ), zinc(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized and employed as models to mimic hydrolase in catalytic hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate (PNPP). The reaction kinetics and the mechanism of hydrolysis of PNPP have been investigated. The kinetic mathematical model for PNPP cleaved by the complexes has been proposed. The effects of the different central metal ion, mono-and binuclear metal, the pseudo-macrocyclic polyether constructed by polyethoxy group of the complexes, and reactive temperature on the rate for catalytic hydrolysis of PNPP have been examined. The results showed that the transition metal dthydroxamates exhibited high catalytic activity to the hydrolysis of PNPP, the catalytic activity of binuclear complexes was higher than that of mononuclear ones, and the pseudo-macrocyclic polyether might synergetically activate H20 coordinated to metal ion with central metal ion together and promote the catalytic hydrolysis of PNPP.     

新型无毒离子液体催化“一锅煮”合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮

利用新型无毒离子液体(BMImSac)作催化剂, 芳香醛、1, 3-二羰基化合物和尿素或硫脲三组分“一锅煮”合成了3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮. 与传统方法相比, 该法是一种操作简单、产率高、用时少的环境友好方法.     

超分子钴(Ⅱ)配合物[CoL(H2O)2]n的合成与结构表征

A mononuclear Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [CoL(H₂O)₂]_n (H₂L: 4,4′,6,6′-Tetrabromo-2,2′-[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the complex belongs to monoclinic space group P2₁/c with a=2.516 8(3) nm, b=1.023 43(18) nm, c=0.789 17(14) nm, β=91.375(2)°, V=2.032 1(5) nm³, Z=4, D_c=2.317 Mg·m^-3, μ(Mo Kα)=8.747 mm^-1, F(000)=1 356, R₁=0.049 7, wR₂=0.110 4. The crystal structure of [CoL(H₂O)₂]_n indicates that the complex consists of one cobalt(Ⅱ) atom, one L^2- unit and two coordinated water molecules, and the coordination number of the cobalt(Ⅱ) atom is six. One-dimensional chain supramolecular structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking of neighboring benzene rings. CCDC: 652649.     

硝基化合物的吸附伏安法研究 I: 5-硝基-1, 10-邻菲咯啉的吸附伏安特性

本文用线性扫描技术对氨性溶液中, 低浓度, 5-硝基-1,10-邻菲咯啉的吸附伏安特性进行了研究.     

聚N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺溶液粘度的温度依赖性

通过自由基聚合,合成了线型聚N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺（PDEA）,用乌氏粘度计测定并考察了该聚合物在四氢呋喃（THF）、H2O以及THF-H2O混合溶剂中粘度的温度依赖性.实验结果表明,PDEA 在上述三种溶剂中粘度的温度依赖性不同，PDEA-THF体系的相对粘度随温度升高而增大；PDEA-H2O体系以及PDEA-THF-H2O体系的相对粘度随温度升高而减小,且THF体积分数φTHF < 0.7时具有透明-白浊转变现象；对PDEA-THF-H2O体系,φTHF增加,透明-白浊转变温度升高,而当φTHF=0.7时,则观察不到透明-白浊转变现象.     

3,5—二溴水杨醛—4—BSDP—CTMAB荧光光度法测定痕量铝

基于Al~(3+)与3,5-二溴水杨醛-4-氨基安替比林(BSDP)-溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)形成络合物导致体系荧光增敏的特性,提出了一种测定痕量铝的新荧光方法。在pH 4.5～5.5的乙酸铵缓冲溶液及CTMAB存在下,铝与BSDP形成1:1的络合物。在λ_(ex)=375nm、λ_(em)=510nm条件下,体系产生的荧光增敏程度最大,铝量的线性范围为0.06～0.60μg/25ml,检出限为0.20ng·ml~(-1)。方法用于废水和合金钢中的痕量铝测定,结果满意。     

Synthesis of new 1,3-bis（phenylethynyl）disilazanes

Three new 1,3-bis(phenylethynyl)disilazanes were synthesized from the reaction of 1,3-dichlorodisilazanes with (phenylethy- nyl)lithium,and characterized by infrared (IR) spectra,nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS).     

选择性远程DEPT NMR技术用于萜类生物碱的结构测定

从中草药勒党根茎中分离出二个化合物, 其一为已知的萜类生物碱culamtraramine, 其二为它的差向立体异构体, 为新化合物, 定名为isoculantraramine。用选择性远程核磁共振技术测定了它们的结构。
