严重烧伤诱导大鼠心肌细胞内质网应激反应

观察严重烧伤大鼠心肌细胞内质网应激蛋白表达的改变及其意义,以探讨严重烧伤后心肌损伤与内质网应激的关系.将大鼠脱毛后于92 ℃水烫18 s,造成30%Ⅲ度烫伤(烧伤组)模型;牛磺酸治疗组大鼠在烫伤后即刻腹腔注射2%牛磺酸液(200mg/kg体重),其它操作与烧伤组相同.烧伤组和牛磺酸治疗组均于伤后1、3、6、12和24 h检测.对照组于37 ℃水浴18 s,1 h后进行检测有关指标.结果显示烧伤组大鼠伤后3h血浆中cTnT含量即呈显著升高(P＜0.01),心肌中GRP94 mRNA和蛋白表达于烧伤后3 h显著性升高,12 h达峰值,24 h还呈显著升高;伤后12 h心肌细胞Caspase-12 mRNA表达明显高于对照组;牛磺酸治疗组GRP94的表达和Caspase-12 mRNA表达量较烧伤组均有显著性降低(P＜0.05).结果表明严重烧伤可诱导心肌细胞内质网应激.     

Simulation of SET Operation in Phase-Change Random Access Memories with Heater Addition and Ring-Type Contactor for Low-Power Consumption by Finite Element Modeling

A three-dimensional finite element model for phase change random access memory （PCRAM） is established for comprehensive electrical and thermal analysis during SET operation. The SET behaviours of the heater addition structure （HS） and the ring-type contact in bottom electrode （RIB） structure are compared with each other. There are two ways to reduce the RESET current, applying a high resistivity interracial layer and building a new device structure. The simulation resuIts indicate that the variation of SET current with different power reduction ways is little. This study takes the RESET and SET operation current into consideration, showing that the RIB structure PCRAM cell is suitable for future devices with high heat efficiency and high-density, due to its high heat efficiency in RESET operation.     

General Wigner Transforms Studied by Virtue of Weyl Ordering of the Wigner Operator

By virtue of the property that Weyl ordering is invariant under similar transformations we show that the Weyl ordered form of the Wigner operator, a Dirac δ-operator function, brings much convenience for deriving miscellaneous Wigner transforms. The operators which engender various transforms of the Wigner operator, can also be easily deduced by virtue of the Weyl ordering technique. The correspondence between the optical Wigner transforms and the squeezing transforms in quantum optics is investigated.

免费师范生职前化学实验教学能力现状调查——为培养新课程化学教师奠定基石

化学实验教学能力是指化学教师开展实验教学的能力,是化学教师实验能力的核心部分。如何适应基础教育化学新课标的要求,培养高素质的“新课程教师”,是部属师范院校化学专业免费师范生培养所面临的现实问题。从实验操作能力、实验讲解能力、实验研究能力、实验设计能力、实验评价能力对免费师范生化学实验教学能力现状进行问卷调查分析,调查发现:免费师范生职前化学实验教学能力薄弱的环节主要体现在实验操作、实验教学设计及实验讲解这3个方面,同时免费师范生的科学探究意识薄弱,亟待提高。     

物理化学原理在简单蒸馏实验中的应用

蒸馏是分离和提纯液体有机化合物的一种常用方法。蒸馏操作的具体步骤含蒸馏装置的搭建、沸石的添加以及沸程的选取与控制等,其中,沸石的添加和沸程的选取与控制等过程与物理化学原理密切相关。本文就物理化学原理在简单蒸馏实验中的应用作一详细说明。     

新型电渗析器间歇处理水中Cr(VI)的研究

研发了一种新型五段多回流电渗析器,并考察其间歇处理水中Cr(VI)的效果.实验结果表明,所研发的新型电渗析器具有很高的净化效率,可将Cr(VI)质量浓度由100mg.L-1降至0.2mg.L-1以下,达标排放.合适的除Cr(VI)操作条件为淡水室流速140mm.s-1,浓水Cr(VI)质量浓度6g.L-1,膜对平均电压6V.此时,将Cr(VI)质量浓度由100mg.L-1处理至达标的电耗为2.59kWh.mol-1 Cr(VI).     

Dual-wavelength dissipative soliton operation of an erbium-doped fibre laser using a nonlinear polarization rotation technique

We report on the generation of dual-wavelength dissipative solitons in a passively mode-locked fibre laser with a net normal dispersion using the nonlinear polarization rotation (NPR) technique. Taking the intrinsic advantage of the intracavity birefringence-induced spectral filtering effect in the NPR-based ring laser cavity, the dual-wavelength dissipative solitons are obtained. In addition, the wavelength separation and the lasing location of the dual-wavelength solitons can be flexibly tuned by changing the orientation of the polarization controller.
