活性氧对于人体是十分重要的。然而,过量的活性氧是相当有害的,它们会对人体产生氧化损伤,导致细胞死亡。活性氧现在已经引起了化学、生物、医药等多个领域学者的浓厚兴趣,它们被认为和多种病理条件有密切的联系。由于活性氧寿命短、反应活性高,并且大部分都存在于体内很难被捕获,因此它们的分析测定是一项国际性难题。荧光探针作为活性氧的高灵敏的检测分析物,已经得到越来越广泛和深入的研究。由于每一种活性氧都有它独特的生理学活性,因此设计高选择性的,能够检测具体一种活性氧的荧光探针分子就显得十分重要。本文主要对近三年来检测单线态氧、过氧化氢、超氧阴离子和羟自由基这四种活性氧的荧光探针的研究进展进行综述,关注这类荧光探针的检测机理以及具体应用。 相似文献

Many nonlinear quantum phenomena of intense laser-atom
physics can be intuitively explained with the concept of trajectory.
In this paper, Bohmian mechanics (BM) is introduced to study a
multiphoton process of atoms interacting with the intense laser
field: above-threshold ionization (ATI). Quantum trajectory of an
atomic electron in intense laser field is obtained from the
Bohm-Newton equation first and then the energy of the photoelectron
is gained from its trajectory. With energies of an ensemble of
photoelectrons, we obtain the ATI spectrum which is consistent with
the previous theoretical and experimental results. Comparing BM with
the classical trajectory Monte-Carlo method, we conclude that
quantum potential may play a key role to reproduce the spectrum of
ATI. Our work may present a new approach to understanding quantum
phenomena in intense laser-atom physics with the image of

Both the peak position and linewidth in the photoluminescence spectrum of the InAs/GaAs quantum dots usually vary in an anomalous way with increasing temperature. Such anomalous optical behaviour is eliminated by inserting an In0.2Ga0.8As quantum well below the quantum dot layer in molecular beam epitaxy. The insensitivity of the photoluminescence spectra to temperature is explained in terms of the effective carrier redistribution between quantum dots through the In0.2Ga0.8As quantum well. 相似文献

Based on the isomorphic relation between operator space L(H) and Hilbert space H⊕2, Cirac et al. mapped the global superoperator to a mixed state E which has the same separability of the initial superoperator. Zhang et al. [Phys. Rev. A 76(2007)012334] provided a calculable lower bound for both the linear and nonlinear witness. We use this bound to detect the entanglement of E to judge the separability of the initial superoperator. With the help of local orthogonal observables, we directly describe the separable condition of superoperator by its each operator. Lastly, using the lower bound of the nonlinear witness, we provide a calculable entanglement factor of bipartite superoperator. 相似文献

We analyze theoretically the 1 × 2 low-power all-optical switching in silicon nanowaveguide ring resonators (RR) based on the Kerr effect and two-photon absorption (TPA), and give a comparison between both the all-optical switches. The calculation shows that the switching power of the TPA-RR switch is 3 orders smaller than that of the Kerr-RR switch. The switching time for both the switches is about 100ps. 相似文献

Dynamical wave function collapse models entail the continuous liberation of a specified rate of energy arising from the interaction of a fluctuating scalar field with the matter wave function. We consider the wave function collapse process for the constituents of dark matter in our universe. Beginning from a particular early era of the universe chosen from physical considerations, the rate of the associated energy liberation is integrated to yield the requisite magnitude of dark energy around the era of galaxy formation. Further, the equation of state for the liberated energy approaches w→−1 asymptotically, providing a mechanism to generate the present acceleration of the universe. 相似文献

We show that the large phase expansion of the Schrödinger propagation of an initially discontinuous wave function leads to the divergence of average energy, momentum, and displacement, rendering them unphysical states. If initially discontinuous wave functions are considered to be approximations to continuous ones, the determinant of the spreading rate of these averages is the maximal gradient of the initial wave function. Therefore a dilemma arises between the inclusion of discontinuous wave functions in quantum mechanics and the requirement of finite moments. 相似文献

Edged topological disorder in quantum mesoscopic cylinder threaded with magnetic flux is investigated by using exact diagonalization. The Fermi energy continuously varies with respect to magnetic flux against saw-tooth variation in ordered mesoscopic cylinder. In addition, the energy levels repel each other and energy gap appears in variation of energy spectra as a function of magnetic flux in edged topological disordered mesoscopic cylinder rather than ordered ones. In strong edged topological disorder, a narrow mesoscopic cylinder which is a low-dimensional sample behaves in the same way as a three-dimensional system. 相似文献

We present two schemes for efficient implementation of a nonlocal gate with nonmaximal entanglement. The main strategy of the schemes is local conversion of pure states, which consists of a generalized measurement described by a positive operator-valued measure (POVM), one-way classical communication, and corresponding unitary operations. First, we discuss the way to generate determinately the nonlocal gate via any pure shared entangled state combined with entanglement-assistance. We study time dependence of exchange symmetry properties of Bell states when two-qubits interact with local baths having identical parameters. In case of classical noise, we consider a decoherence Hamiltonian which is invariant under swapping the first and second qubits. We find that as the system evolves in time, two of the three symmetric Bell states preserve their qubit exchange symmetry with unit probability, whereas the symmetry of the remaining state survives with a maximum probability of 0.5 at the asymptotic limit. Next, we examine the exchange symmetry properties of the same states under local, quantum mechanical noise which is modeled by two identical spin baths. Results turn out to be very similar to the classical case. We identify decoherence as the main mechanism leading to breaking of qubit exchange symmetry. 相似文献
