A so-called extended elliptical-complex (EEC) function method is proposed and used to further study the Einstein–Maxwell-dilaton-axion theory with p vector fields (EMDA-p theory, for brevity) for

matrix EEC potential is introduced and the motion equations of the stationary axisymmetric EMDA-p theory are written as a so-called Hauser–Ernst-like self-dual relation for the EEC matrix potential. In particular, for the EMDA-2 theory, two Hauser–Ernst-type EEC linear systems are established and based on their solutions some new parametrized symmetry transformations are explicitly constructed. These hidden symmetries are verified to constitute an infinite-dimensional Lie algebra, which is the semidirect product of the Kac–Moody algebra
and Virasoro algebra (without centre charges). These results show that the studied EMDA-p theories possess very rich symmetry structures and the EEC function method is necessary and effective. 相似文献

Strain distribution and optical properties in a self-assembled pyramidal InAs/GaAs quantum dot grown by epitaxy are investigated. A model, based on the theory of linear elasticity, is developed to analyze three-dimensional induced strain field. In the model, the capping material in the heterostructure is omitted during the strain analysis to take into account the sequence of the fabrication process. The mismatch of lattice constants is the driving source of the induced strain and is treated as initial strain in the analysis. Once the strain analysis is completed, the capping material is added back to the heterostructure for electronic band calculation. The strain-induced potential is incorporated into the three-dimensional steady-state Schrödinger equation with the aid of Pikus–Bir Hamiltonian with modified Luttinger–Kohn formalism for the electronic band structure calculation. The strain field, the energy levels and wave functions are found numerically by using of a finite element package FEMLAB. The energy levels as well as the wave functions of both conduction and valence bands of quantum dot are calculated. Finally, the transition energy of ground state is also computed. Numerical results reveal that not only the strain field but also all other optical properties from current model show significant difference from the counterparts of the conventional model. 相似文献

The continuous-wave laser properties of an efficient diode-pumped Nd:GdVO4 crystal operating at formed with a simple plane-concave cavity have been studied. With the incident pump power of 21 W, an output power of 6.9 W was obtained, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 32.8% and a slope efficiency of 35.3%. A superdeformed band has been observed in the N = 108 isotope 190Pb. This is the most neutron-deficient Pb isotope in which superdeformed states have been observed. Several theoretical approaches have predicted that N = 108 will mark the limit of observable superdeformation in the Pb isotopes. The band, which consists of five (possibly six) transitions, is observed to feed at least one isomeric level in its decay to the ground state. This decay pattern supports a spin assignment of 10 for the lowest observed level. 相似文献

在室温下,采用射频磁控溅射法制备了Cu/TiOx纳米晶复合薄膜.利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其结构进行表征,并研究了Cu/TiOx复合薄膜的UV-vis吸收谱和亲水性.结果表明,退火前后薄膜中钛元素皆以Ti3+形式存在.薄膜在可见区有吸收,吸收限为600 nm左右.Cu/TiOx复合薄膜具有良好的亲水性.这主要是由于Cu的掺杂,使得薄膜的性能的亲水性变好.

We report a new precise determination of the leptonic widths of the J/psi meson performed with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e^+e^- collider. The measured values of the J/psi parameters are: Гee×Гee/P = 0.3323±0.0064 (stat.)±0.0048 (syst.) keV,Гee×Гμμ/Г = 0.3318±0.0052 (stat.) ±0.0063 (syst.) keY. Assuming eμ universality and using the table value of the branching ratios the leptonic Г11 = 5.59 ± 0.12 keV width and the total Г = 94.1±2.7 keV widths were obtained. We also discuss in detail a method to calculate radiative corrections at a narrow resonance. 相似文献
