Halbwertszeiten von 135 Radionukliden

Für 135 Radionuklide werden in der Literatur veröffentlichte Werte der Halbwertszeit mit Angabe von 200 Zitaten zusammengestellt. Dabei sind vorzugsweise die neuesten und zuverlässigsten Werte – maximal 4 je Nuklid – berücksichtigt. Für jades Nuklid wird ferner ein wahrscheinlichster Wert der Halbwertszeit angegeben. Die Anwendung dieses Wertes wird insbesondere auch bei der Umrechnung von Aktivitätsangaben der vom ASMW bereitgestellten Normallösungen radioaktiver Nuklide empfohlen.

Good textbook is the key to improve curriculums and is instrumental for education of new talents. This book is based on new standard (golden course), targeting enhancement of core student caliber. It divides fundamental medical chemistry laboratory into two modules and four levels, combining online and offline courses. It exhibits the profoundness, innovativeness and challenges promoted by the new standard.

根据所见有限材料，试探析自清末新式学堂开办至抗战前的不同历史时期，我国大学对物理教材的翻译、编概况，并对不同历史时期大学物理教材的使用状况作些许分析。     

Part-compilation in high-level languages

Many programming languages include the ability to divide large programs into smaller segments, which are compiled separately. When a small modification is made to a large program, then the affected segment only has to be re-compiled.This paper discusses how high-level languages like Algol 68, Algol W or Simula 67 can incorporate part-compilation in a usable, secure and efficient way.     

CoLab: A hybrid knowledge representation and compilation laboratory

Knowledge bases for real-world domains such as mechanical engineering require expressive and efficient representation and processing tools. We pursue a declarative-compilative approach to knowledge engineering.While Horn logic (as implemented in PROLOG) is well-suited for representing relational clauses, other kinds of declarative knowledge call for hybrid extensions: functional dependencies and higher-order knowledge should be modeled directly. Forward (bottom-up) reasoning should be integrated with backward (top-down) reasoning. Constraint propagation should be used wherever possible instead of search-intensive resolution. Taxonomic knowledge should be classified into an intuitive subsumption hierarchy.Our LISP-based tools provide directtranslators of these declarative representations into abstract machines such as an extended Warren Abstract Machine (WAM) and specialized inference engines that are interfaced to each other. More importantly, we provide source-to-sourcetransformers between various knowledge types, both for user convenience and machine efficiency.These formalisms with their translators and transformers have been developed as part of CoLab, acompilationlaboratory for studying what we call, respectively, vertical and horizontal compilation of knowledge, as well as for exploring the synergeticcolaboration of the knowledge representation formalisms.A case study in the realm of mechanical engineering has been an important driving force behind the development of CoLab. It will be used as the source of examples throughout the paper when discussing the enhanced formalisms, the hybrid representation architecture, and the compilers.Supported by BMFT Research Project ARC-TEC (grant ITW 8902 C4)     

唐高宗朝“僧道致拜君亲”的论争与龙朔修格

关于高宗龙朔二年“僧道致拜君亲”之争议,以往研究者虽指出其事与高宗、武则天政治的关系,认为此事反映现实礼法冲突和法律思想,却较少具体事例予以证明。研究从龙朔修格的角度提供补充,说明《显庆礼》与龙朔修格的联系及礼法意义,从而指出“僧道致拜君亲”的讨论是龙朔礼法改革中的一项,不仅与武则天主持政事有关,也证实了她本人将佛教理念作为其家族信仰和立朝之支撑,以及追求帝、后权力平等的意向。不同参加者的意向则进一步证明此项论争与现实政治的关联。     

Access mechanisms in block structured environments

Statistics from dynamic analysis of programs are used to compare the efficiency of different methods to access global variables. The method where static links are used for access is shown to be at least as efficient as the display method. The use of the linked list method also leads to a simpler runtime system and allows separately compiled modules to execute at any level in the resulting program. The results of the dynamic analysis are presented in a form which allows comparison of the access methods in language implementations on specific computers. Experience with using two different access methods in an implementation of Simula67 concludes the paper.     

Calculation of production and decay of radioisotopes for future irradiation experiments and ion beam facilities

The design of future radioactive ion beam (RIB) facilites requires the forecast of radio isotope inventory after irradiation. At CERN – ISOLDE, we developed a software that estimates the activity of irradiated materials as a function of time dedicated to radioactive waste management. This tool can also be used for licensing procedures, planning of irradiation experiments and the estimation of yields.
