A molecular dynamics method has been used to simulate the argon ion-assisted deposition of Cu/Co/Cu multilayers and to explore ion beam assistance strategies that can be used during or after the growth of each layer to control interfacial structures. A low-argon ion energy of 5–10 eV was found to minimize a combination of interfacial roughness and interlayer mixing (alloying) during the ion-assisted deposition of multilayers. However, complete flattening with simultaneous ion assistance could not be achieved without some mixing between the layers when a constant ion energy approach was used. It was found that multilayers with lower interfacial roughness and intermixing could be grown either by modulating the ion energy during the growth of each metal layer or by utilizing ion assistance only after the completion of each layers deposition. In these latter approaches, relatively high-energy ions could be used since the interface is buried and less susceptible to intermixing. The interlayer mixing dependence upon the thickness of the over layer has been determined as a function of ion energy. 相似文献

The two symmetrical isomers in [Co(amp)2Cl2]2[ZnCl4](amp=2-(Aminomethyl)pyridine) system were syn-thesized by general oxidation method and were separated by chromatography and recrystallization method. Their configurations were assigned by using 2D NMR techniques, particularly the NOESY NMR spectra. Solvent used was Me2SO-d6 with the central peak of the CD3 septet as the reference ( 13C,δ 39.37; 1H,δ 2.49 relative to SiMe4). On a New Copper Cobalt Borate Oxide with Isolated B2O5 Units: Cu2Co(B2O5)O Single crystals of a new compound with the empirical formula Cu2CoB2O6 were obtained by using a B2O3 flux technique. X-ray single crystal technique led to a new structure type. Cu2CoB2O6 crystallizes monoclinic, space group C-P21/c (No. 14); a = 3.2250(6); b = 14.847(1); c = 9.1171(6) Å; β = 93.67°; Z = 4. All metal sites are octahedrally coordinated and form a two dimensional framework consisting of edge sharing octahedra ribbons. Additive telluromolybdates, MoO3·2TeO2 and MIIO·TeO2·MoO3 (MIITeMoO6; MII = Co, Mn, Zn), converted ethyl lactate selectively to pyruvate in a vaporphase fixedbed flow system at 250–300 °C. A synergy in activity was observed for binary TeO2–MoO3, and crystalline Te2MoO7 was suggested as the active species. The Rietveld analysis of powder XRD patterns of ternary CoTeMoO6 revealed the layer structure quite different from that of the reference Te2MoO7, but tellurium was again located adjacent to molybdenum linked through lattice oxygen. 相似文献

采用分步浸渍法制备了系列Mg改性的Co/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DR-UV-vis)、N_2吸附-脱附(BET)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和H_2程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)等技术对催化剂进行表征,并考察了其对丙烷燃烧的催化性能。结果表明,Co在原始γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2载体和Mg改性MgO/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2载体上均以Co_3O_4的形式存在;Mg掺入后与Al_2O_3作用形成MgAl_2O_4尖晶石,改善了载体的织构性质,提升了Co_3O_4在催化剂载体表面的暴露数量和分散程度。此外,MgAl_2O_4与Co_3O_4相互作用提升了Co_3O_4颗粒表面Co~(3+)/Co~(2+)和O_(ads)/O_(latt)的比例,并削弱了Co-O键键能,从而提升了其对丙烷的催化燃烧活性。当Mg负载量为15%(质量分数)时,在Co/MgO(15%)/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂上进行丙烷燃烧,丙烷90%转化率的温度比无Mg掺杂的Co/γ-Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂的降低了45℃,并且连续反应40 h其活性保持稳定。 相似文献

Pt3Co alloy nanoparticles were prepared by the reduction of H2PtCl6 and Co(OOCCH3)2 using NaBH4 as a reducing agent. The Pt3Co core-Pt shell nanoparticles (Pt3Co@Pt) were synthesized using hydrogen absorption reduction and characterized by plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SQUID magnetometer. The results show that average size of Pt3Co@Pt nanoparticles is 3.6 nm with a standard deviation of 0.9 nm. Heating Pt3Co nanoparticles in air at 700 ℃ for 1 h, Co in Pt3Co nanoparticles was oxidized to Co3O4 and CoO; while no oxidation tendency was detected for Pt3Co@Pt nanoparticles. The crystallize structure of Pt3Co@Pt changed from the face centered cube (fcc) to the face centered tetragonal (fct) after the heating treatment.
