Results of an investigation of in situ measurements of laser‐beam intensity Is and Im transmitted through aqueous ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) solutions saturated at 30 °C and water, respectively, and temperature Ts of solution and Tm of water during feeding of antisolvent acetone at different rates RA, using an indigenously designed experimental setup, are presented and discussed. It was found that: (1) for the measurement of MSZW, defined as the maximum volume fraction of acetone content Δxmax in the solution, obtained from temperature measurements are more reliable than transmitted laser‐beam intensity measurements for solutions, (2) two minima ΔTmin1 and ΔTmin2 associated with endothermic reactions, separated by a maximum ΔTmax due to exothermic reactions appear in the plots of temperature difference ΔT = Ts−Tm against acetone feeding time t, and (3) in the ΔT(t) plots there are time intervals Δt of constant rates RT of increase in ΔT of aqueous ADP solutions, and these values of RT increase linearly with acetone feeding time rate RA. The experimental data on the observed dependence of MSZW on antisolvent feeding rate RA, the appearance of minima ΔTmin1 and ΔTmin2 and maximum ΔTmax and their dependence on RA, and the relationship between RT and RA are discussed from consideration of processes of nucleation and growth of crystallites. 相似文献

For the optical polarimeter based on the structure of polarizer–Faraday modulator–analyzer, a novel method of optical rotation measurement was proposed by the waveform analysis of optical intensity signals. The calculation method of the optical rotation was provided by measuring the signal width of the waveform. Furthermore, the optical rotations of sugar solutions with different concentrations were measured by this method, and the fitting degree of obtained fitting curve is 0.9996. A solid-state rotational-echo double resonance (REDOR) NMR method was introduced to identify the ?- and ψ-torsion angle from a 1H–15N or 1H–13C′ spin system of alanine-like residues in a selectively, uniformly, or extensively 15N-/13C-labeled peptide. When a Cα(i) or a 15N peak is site-specifically obtainable in the NMR spectrum of a uniformly 15N/13C-labeled sample system, the ψ- or ?-torsion angle specified by the conformational structure of peptide geometry involving 15N(i)–1Hαi–15N(i + 1) or 13C′(i − 1)–1HNi–13C′(i) spin system can be identified based on 13Cα- or 15N-detected 1Hα–15N or 1HN–13C REDOR experiment. This method will conveniently be utilized to identify major secondary motifs, such as α-helix, β-sheet, and β-turn, from a uniformly 15N-/13C-labled peptide sample system. When tested on a 13C-/15N-labeled model system of a three amino acid peptide Gly–[U–13C, 15N]Ala–[U–13C, 15N]Leu, the ψ-angle of alanine obtained experimentally, ψ = −40 ± 30°, agreed reasonably well with the X-ray determined angle, ψ = −39°. 相似文献

The effects of Fe substitution for Co on the structural stability and the site preference of intermetallics Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x with a hexagonal Ce 2 Ni 7-type structure are studied by using a series of interatomic pair potentials.In Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x,Fe atoms are substituted for Co atoms with a strong preference for the 6h sites and the order of site preference is 6h,4e,4f,2a,and 12k.Calculated lattice parameters are found to be consistent with the reported results in the literature.The variation behaviour of the Curie temperature of Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x is explained qualitatively by the exchange interaction model.The properties related to lattice vibration,such as phonon density of states and Debye temperature,are first evaluated for the Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x compounds. 相似文献

Four previously known rotational bands in 76Rb have been extended to moderate spins using the Gammasphere and Microball γ ray and charged particle detector arrays and the 40Ca(40Ca, 3pn) reaction at a beam energy of 165 MeV. The properties of two of the negative-parity bands can only readily be interpreted in terms of the highly successful Cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky model calculations if they have the same configuration in terms of the number of g9/2 particles, but they result from different nuclear shapes (one near-oblate and the other near-prolate). These data appear to constitute a unique example of shape coexisting structures at medium spins. 相似文献
