DNA体外缩合的研究进展

DNA缩合不仅是自然界常见的生理现象,也是非病毒载体介导基因转染的关键步骤。了解DNA体外缩合的性质与特征,将有助于设计出高效的非病毒转基因载体。本文综述了近十几年来以多价阳离子为缩合剂诱发的DNA体外缩合的研究进展,着重介绍了缩合的机理、过程、影响缩合的因素以及应用于转基因的最新成果。     

Fundamental Groups of Graphs of Cyclic Subgroup Separable and Weakly Potent Groups

We give a characterization of the cyclic subgroup separability and weak potency of the fundamental group of a graph of polycyclic-by-finite groups and free-by-finite groups amalgamating edge subgroups of the form × D,where h has infinite order and D is finite.     

Charged pion condensation in anti-parallel electromagnetic fields and nonzero isospin density

The formation of charged pion condensate in anti-parallel electromagnetic fields and in the presence of the isospin chemical potential is studied in the two-flavor Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model.The method of Schwinger proper time is extended to explore the quantities in the off-diagonal flavor space,i.e.the charged pion.In this framework,π^± are treated as bound states of quarks and not as point-like charged particles.The isospin chemical potential plays the role of a trigger for charged pion condensation.We obtain the associated effective potential as a function of the strength of the electromagnetic fields and find that it contains a sextic term which possibly induces a weak first order phase transition.The dependence of pion condensation on model parameters is investigated.

Global Weak Solutions for the Weakly Dissipative Camassa-Holm Equation

In this paper we prove the existence and uniqueness of global weak solutions to the weakly dissipative Camassa-Holm equation.     

有限群的Sylow-子群的弱s-可补极大子群(英文)

假设G是一个有限群,H是G的一个子群.称H在G是s-置换的,若对G的任意的Sylow-子群Gp,有HG_p=G_pH:称H在G是弱s-可补的,若存在G的子群T使得G=HT且H∩T≤H_(sG),其中H_(sG)是所有包含在H中的G的s-置换子群生成的子群.本文给出了下列定理:设F是一个包含超可解群系u的饱和群系,有限群G有一个正规子群H使得G/H∈F.若F~*(H)的每个Sylow子群的所有极大子群在G中是弱s-可补的,其中F~*(H)是H的广义Fitting子群,则G∈F.它是J.Algebra,2007,315:192-209一文中的Skiba公开问题在极大子群情形下的肯定回答.

随机环境中的马氏链状态分类

给出了随机环境中马氏链的特征数和状态的定义,讨论了状态间的传递性,自反性,对称性,是经典马氏链相应结果的一般化.并运用位势方法研究了状态间的关系,它们在极限理论的研究中非常有用.     

Dynamic long-period nanosized states in lattice structure

Using a biatomic chain of atoms as an example, whose interaction was represented by the Morse potential, we revealed a possibility for a long-lived, dynamic, long-period, nanosized state to persist in the lattice structure. This nanosized structure (in the case in question, the length of the spatial period of energy localization was found to be 16–20 nm) is generated under excitation of a vibrational short-wave mode, with the atoms of the light component only participating. The resulting dynamic nanostructures are principally different in their nature and characteristics from those described earlier and developed via a mechanism of modulation instability of short-wave vibrational modes. An imaginary potential with universal normalization for dissipative processes in heavy-ion reactions

In this work we present new coupled channel calculations with the São Paulo potential (SPP) as the bare interaction, and an imaginary potential with system and energy independent normalization that has been developed to take into account dissipative processes in heavy-ion reactions. This imaginary potential is based on high-energy nucleon interaction in nuclear medium. Our theoretical predictions for energies up to ≈100 MeV/nucleon agree very well with the experimental data for the p,n+nucleus, ¹⁶O + ²⁷Al, ¹⁶O + ⁶⁰Ni, ⁵⁸Ni + ¹²⁴Sn, and weakly bound projectile ⁷Li + ¹²⁰Sn systems.
