A solution to the BBGKY hierarchy for nonequilibrium distribution functions is obtained within modified boundary conditions. The boundary conditions take into account explicitly both the nonequilibrium one-particle distribution function as well as local conservation laws. As a result, modified group expansions are proposed. On the basis of these expansions, a generalized kinetic equation for hard spheres and a generalized Bogolubov–Lenard–Balescu kinetic equation for a dense electron gas are derived within the polarization approximation. 相似文献

The canonical equilibrium measure of classical two-component Coulomb matter with regularized interactions is analyzed in a finite volume. It is shown that, in the mean-field regime, the one-particle density is inhomogeneous on a new characteristic length scale inh. For a system ofN positive andN negative particles, inh and the characteristic length scale of correlations corr (=Debye screening length) are related via inh=(2N)1/2 corr. The major conceptual conclusion that is drawn from this is that one needs two nontrivial complementary thermodynamic limits to define the equilibrium thermodynamics of two-component Coulomb systems. One of them is the standard thermodynamic limit (infinite volume), where one takesN, corr fixed. Its complementary limit is characterized byN, inh fixed, and is a finite-volume inhomogeneous mean-field limit. The most prominent new feature in the mean-field thermodynamic limit, which is absent in the standard thermodynamic limit, is an anomalous first-order phase transition where the Coulomb system explodes or implodes, respectively. We consider the Stackelberg problem corresponding to a two-player game in which one of the two players has the leadership in playing the game. We present a general approach for approximating the considered hierarchical programming problem by a sequence of two-level optimization problems. Algebraic expressions for the vertical Delocalisation Energy (DE) of benzene are derived from non-empirical MO theory. For
comparison with early work in the π-electron approximation, and ultimately with Hückel theory, the results are formulated
in terms of a core resonance integral,β, and π-electronic repulsion integrals. All integral values are inferred from the results ofab initio SCF calculations. Two expressions are derived, which refer to two ways of forming the localised π MOs: one where three pairs
of adjacent atomic orbitals are selected from a set of six orthogonalised orbitals; and another where a non-orthogonal set
of atomic orbitals is used. The first expression is formally similar to an expression originally derived by Pople from a different
point of view and with many approximations. This expression gives too large a magnitude for DE when used with anab initio value ofβ. The second expression gives a result much closer to an empirical value of DE and shows that the main reason for DE being
about 50% of 2β rather than 2β is the stabilising effect of overlap in the localised structure, and that the less important factor is the inclusion of electronic

HIV infection leads to progressive alterations of humoral immune functions, including B-cell hyperplasia, hypergammaglobulinemia,
elevated autoantibody titers, a poor response to neoantigens and mitogens, polyclonal B-cell activation, monoclonal gammopathies,
and a significant deterioration of the antigen-specific humoral response. There is also an important isotypic imbalance of
the antibody (Ab) response in the systemic compartment and a profound modification of mucosal immune functions. These abnormalities
may contribute to disease progression and development of opportunistic infections, despite the presence of serum-neutralizing
anti-HIV Abs. Equally important are the abnormal selection mechanisms of the Ab repertoire that seem to be responsible for
B-cell clonal deletions. The VH3 gene family, which encodes for approx 50% of immunoglobulins expressed by peripheral B-cells from normal adults, is underrepresented
in human monoclonal antibodies to HIV-1 and in the peripheral B-cells of AIDS patients. These abnormalities, together with
features of germinal center alteration, could be responsible for the clonal elimination of a subset of B-cells, and could
