Conducting polymer blends were prepared using polyaniline doped with para- toluene sulfonic acid (PTSA-PANI) and a polyester polyol-based polyurethane (PU). The morphological, thermal and dielectric properties of the PTSA-PANI/PU blends in the frequency range of 1–5 GHz (S band) were investigated. It was found that the morphology of the samples was affected by the PTSA-PANI loading, resulting in the formation of agglomerates and pathways when above 10 wt%. The thermal stability of the composites was improved with increased PTSA-PANI loading. The electrical conductivity percolation threshold was obtained at 2.5% of PTSA-PANI loading and the electrical conductivity reached the value of 0.13 S/m at a PTSA-PANI loading of 30 wt%. The obtained results for the PTSA-PANI/PU blends prepared indicate a high potential for their successful use in electrical and electromagnetic applications.  相似文献

An elegant reagent‐controlled strategy has been developed for the generation of a diverse range of biologically active scaffolds from a chiral bicyclic lactam. Reduction of the chiral lactam with LAH or alkylation with LHMDS to trigger different cyclization reactions have been shown to generate privileged scaffolds, such as pyrrolidines, indolines, and cyclotryptamines. Their amenability to substitution allows us to create various compound libraries by using these scaffolds. In silico studies were used to estimate the drug‐like properties of these compounds. Selected compounds were subjected to anticancer screening by using three different cell lines. In addition, all these compounds were subjected to antibacterial screening to gauge the spectrum of biological activity that was conferred by our DOS methodology. Gratifyingly, with no additional iterative cycles, our method directly generated anticancer compounds with potency at low nanomolar concentrations, as represented by spiroindoline 14 .  相似文献

A study was carried out on the mechanism of electrical conductivity percolation of H2O/C16EO20/n-butanol/heptane microemulsions. Electrical conductivity, UV-vis spectroscopy and FTIR spectra were used to study the diluted “dry” microemulsions with the mass ratio of C16EO20/n-butanol/heptane = 3:3:4. The results of electrical conductivity showed that the percolation occurred around φw = 20 wt% and the transition of w/o microemulsions to bicontinueous microemulsions happened when φw = 45 wt%. From the UV-vis absorption spectra, it was found that the absorption of methyl orange (MO) in microemulsions shifted red than that of in oil phase, but the maximal absorption peak (λmax) remained unchanged when φw > 20 wt%. It implied that the position of MO solubilized in microemulsions was unvaried after free water appeared in the core. FTIR spectra revealed that the OH band of water in microemulsions moved to high frequency at low φw (< 20 wt%) and became broader at high φw. It indicated that the added water only caused the hydration of EO at low φw, the hydration completed when φw > 20 wt% and then the residual water entered into the core with properties similar to bulk water. The presence of free water as ions exchange medium will cause the electrical conductance increased. The percolation appeared after the hydration of EO completed.  相似文献

电沉积作为一种在温和条件下从溶液中合成材料的技术已被广泛应用于在导体和半导体基底表面合成各种功能材料。电沉积一般由人为施加于基底的电刺激(如:施加电位/电流)来触发。这种电刺激通过氧化或还原靠近基底表面的溶液层内部的离子、 分子或配合物从而使该溶液层偏离其热力学平衡状态,随后引起目标产物在基底表面的沉积。在电沉积过程中, 许多实验参数都可能从不同的方面对沉积物的物化性质造成影响。迄今为止,已通过电沉积制备出多种单质(包括金属和非金属单质)、 化合物(例如:金属氧化物、金属氢氧化物、 金属硫化物等)以及复合材料。电沉积制备的这些材料大多为多晶、 织构或外延薄膜的形式。其中, 外延薄膜是一种具有特定的面外和面内晶体生长取向且其晶体取向受基底控制的类单晶薄膜。由于外延薄膜中高度有序的原子排列,它们常呈现出独特的电磁性质。本文总结了常见的电沉积合成路线及影响沉积物外延生长的关键实验因素。此外, 本文简要介绍了用于表征外延薄膜的技术。最后, 本文还讨论了一些采用电沉积制备的具有特殊电子、 电磁及光电特性的功能外延薄膜。  相似文献

利用前驱物形貌导向法,成功制备了Co9S8/MoS2异质结构催化剂,该催化剂在碱性析氢反应(HER)中表现出优异的催化活性及稳定性,其在10 mA·cm-2处的过电势仅为84 mV.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、电子自旋共振(ESR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和同步辐射(XAFS)等表征,证明了CoS2/MoS2在H2氛围下煅烧形成Co9S8/MoS2的过程中,CoS2中Co的配位模式从部分八面体向Co9S8中的四面体转变,这种转变可活化MoS2的惰性平面,从而使其更有利于吸附H*.除此之外,接触角数据表明:该催化剂具有良好的亲水性,有利于电解液渗透及气体分子的迅速扩散,从而促进HER反应速率.由于异质结构间具有强烈的相互作用,该催化剂可表现出良好的结构稳定性.本工作基于Co9S8/MoS2异质结构的成功构筑及对其HER催化机理的充分探讨,为后续硫化物异质结及其在电催化中的应用提供了良好的思路和研究基础.  相似文献

The effect of solvent reaction fields and oriented electric fields on the Kemp elimination reaction between methylamine or imidazole and 5-nitrobenzisoxazole has been theoretically studied. The Kemp reaction is the most widely used for the design of new enzymes. Our results, using the SMD continuous model for solvents, are in quite good agreement with the experimental fact that the rate of the analogous reaction with butylamine is one order of magnitude smaller in water than in acetonitrile. In the case of external electric fields, our results show that they can increase or decrease the energy barrier depending on the magnitude and orientation of the field. A duly oriented electric field may have a notable catalytic effect on the reaction. So, external electric fields and reaction fields due to the medium can contribute to the design of new enzymes. Several factors that must be taken into account to increase the catalytic effect are discussed.  相似文献

Tumor hypoxia was discovered a century ago, and the interference of hypoxia with all radiotherapies is well known. Here, we demonstrate the potentially extreme effects of hypoxia heterogeneity on radiotherapy and combination radiochemotherapy. We observe that there is a decrease in hypoxia from tumor periphery to tumor center, due to oxygen diffusion, resulting in a gradient of radiative cell-kill probability, mathematically expressed as a probability gradient of occupied space removal. The radiotherapy-induced break-up of the tumor/TME network is modeled by the physics model of inverse percolation in a shell-like medium, using Monte Carlo simulations. The different shells now have different probabilities of space removal, spanning from higher probability in the periphery to lower probability in the center of the tumor. Mathematical results regarding the variability of the critical percolation concentration show an increase in the critical threshold with the applied increase in the probability of space removal. Such an observation will have an important medical implication: a much larger than expected radiation dose is needed for a tumor breakup enabling successful follow-up chemotherapy. Information on the TME’s hypoxia heterogeneity, as shown here with the numerical percolation model, may enable personalized precision radiation oncology therapy.  相似文献

The development of an oriented noncrystalline phase in a semicrystalline polymer filament has been studied via X-ray scattering. These unique PET fibers contain a relatively high noncrystalline content and also have high tenacity, high modulus, and low breaking elongation. Fiber properties were found to be very responsive to the oriented amorphous phase content. This phase was utilized for interpreting noncrystalline orientation in PET fibers produced by a new extrusion technique. Here, the oriented noncrystalline regions in a series of PET fibers varies from 6% to 63%, depending strongly on the production conditions. In particular, samples produced with a newly developed threadline modification process possess a high content of oriented noncrystalline polymer. Measurements such as dynamic and static mechanical properties have been performed on various samples, and these properties are related to the oriented noncrystalline phase. The results provide direct evidence for the existence of highly oriented noncrystalline material in these unique PET fibers spun with a threadline modification process. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Two-dimensional angular correlation of annihilation radiation (2D-ACAR) experiments have been performed on an uniaxially oriented polymer, bisphenol-A polycarbonate. The two-dimensional hole structures of unoriented and oriented polymers, determined from the momentum distributions, are found to be spherical and ellipsoidal, respectively. The average hole radii are determined to be 2.9 Å in the unoriented sample and between 2.3 and 3.8 Å in the oriented sample. Applications of the 2D-ACAR method to image the three-dimensional hole structures of polymeric materials are discussed. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
