Layers of [(CH3)3SiO]8(SiO1.5)8 and [(CH3)3SiO]12(SiO)6 organosilicon compounds obtained by chemical vapor deposition were investigated by X-ray diffraction (DRON-RM4, R = 192 mm, CuK
radiation) and Raman spectroscopy (Triplemate, SPEX). The layers were found to be ideally oriented polycrystalline films. The octakis-(trimethylsiloxy)octasilsesquioxane polycrystals are oriented in one crystallographic direction — [001], while the dodecakis-(trimethylsiloxy)cyclohexa-siloxane polycrystals are oriented in the

directions. The kinetics of alkaline hydrolysis of O-ethyl O-p-nitrophenyl chloromethylphosphonate in a sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate—n-nonane—polyethylene glycol—water reverse micellar system was studied in a wide range of concentrations of the surfactant
and water. The sign of the catalytic effect of micelles is inverted in the presence of the polymer. A sharp change in the
apparent rate constant of hydrolysis of the phosphonate was found in a region of the temperature percolation threshold.

In this work, Ba(NO3)2 crystals with single crystal face were induced by using the the method of bio-mimetic mineralization and double LB films of behenic acid (BA) as the template. The crystals were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The crystals were observed in regular square shape with uniform size about 5~8 μm by SEM, and they were found by XRD to grow along the (111) plane. From these experiments, we can conclude that the good selection of the (111) crystal face of Ba(NO3)2 is due to the electrostatic interactions , the match between this crystal face and the definite lattice structure of the LB films. 相似文献

This second part of a systematic study of the properties of crosslinked-oriented gelatin involves the effects of orientation
and water content on the glass transition temperature T
g and on the melting behavior. The samples were the same as those in the preceding study, and their transition temperatures
were determined by both differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. The crosslinked gelatin
which had been room-conditioned showed two transition temperatures: the lower one was attributed to T
g of the water-plasticized gelatin, and the higher one was interpreted as T
g of dried gelatin superimposed by melting. A rather unusual situation arose because of the fact that the T
g and melting temperatures T
m (217 and 230 °C, respectively) are so similar. Using water as plasticizer not only decreases T
g but produces imperfect crystallites which melt below the T
g of the system. The presence of the amorphous phase in the glassy state would presumably make it essentially impossible to
define a melting point or crystallization temperature in the normal manner, as an equilibrium between crystalline and amorphous
phases.

Room temperature Raman spectra of synthesized powder (FexMg1?x )2SiO4 solid solutions are obtained. Frequency trend of all modes versus composition shows clearly the existence of a step at x = 0.3. A step-like behavior of vibration frequencies at the given composition that coincides with the percolation threshold for the olivine lattice is related to the appearance of magnetic excitations in the disordered magnetic medium owing to the spin-vibration interaction. 相似文献

We consider percolation on the Voronoi tessellation generated by a homogeneous Poisson point process on the hyperbolic plane. We show that the critical probability for the existence of an infinite cluster tends to 1/2 as the intensity of the Poisson process tends to infinity. We present a cellular automata model as a new approach to Bernoulli site percolation on the square lattice. A new macroscopic quantity is defined and numerically computed at each level step of the automata dynamics.
