自由Abel群上的超群结构的再研究

在研究一个生成元的自由Abel群上超群结构的基础上，建立了两个生成元的自由Abel群上的超群结构理论，并进行了分析与研究，同时给出了两个生成元的自由Abel群到实数加群的同态方法，并对自由Abel群上的超群结构进行了研究与分类．在此基础上给出了正规超群的分类．证明得出：自由Abel群同构于实数加群及其子群．     

Fourier Multipliers for Lp on Chebli-Trimeche Hypergroups

In this paper we consider Fourier multipliers for L^p (p>1)on Chébli-Trimèche hypergroups and establish aversion of Hörmander's multiplier theorem. As applicationswe give some results concerning the Riesz potentials and oscillatingmultipliers. 1991 Mathematics Subject Classification: 43A62,43A15, 43A32.     

Amenability of compact hypergroup algebras

We show that for a compact hypergroup K, the hypergroup algebra is amenable as a Banach algebra if the set of hyperdimensions of irreducible representations of K is bounded above. Conversely if is amenable, the set of ratios of the hyperdimension to the dimension of irreducible representations of K is bounded above. These are equivalent for compact commutative hypergroups.     

Fuzzy幂群的基数定理

文（１）提出了幂群的概念，给出了幂群中各元素是等势的基数定理，文（２）提出了Ｆｕｚｚｙ幂群的概念，但没研究其中各元素的基数问题，本文深入研究这一问题，得到了由Ｄ．Ｄｕｂｏｉｓ等在文（３）中提出的和由李洪兴等在文（４）中提出的两种Ｆｕｚｚｙ集基数形式下的Ｆｕｚｚｙ幂群的基数定理，并给出了Ｆｕｚｚｙ幂群中与基数有关的若干结果。     

Radial Multiresolution in Dimension Three

We present a construction of a wavelet-type orthonormal basis for the space of radial $L^2$-functions in {\bf R}$^3$ via the concept of a radial multiresolution analysis. The elements of the basis are obtained from a single radial wavelet by usual dilations and generalized translations. Hereby the generalized translation reveals the group convolution of radial functions in {\bf R}$^3$. We provide a simple way to construct a radial scaling function and a radial wavelet from an even classical scaling function on {\bf R}. Furthermore, decomposition and reconstruction algorithms are formulated.     

On order of elements in hypergroups and p-Sylow subhypergroups

In this paper we define a left order, right order and order of an element in a hypergroup, which has a left scalar identity, right scalar identity and scalar identity, respectively. Using left and right orders, we define and investigate some classes of subhypergroups, especially p-Sylow subhypergroups of a hypergroup. Moreover, some examples have been proposed to show that the Sylow theorems do not hold for polygroups.     

A HEAT KERNEL VERSION OF HARDY’S THEOREM FOR THE LAGUERRE HYPERGROUP

In this article, we prove a heat kernel version of Hardy’s theorem for the Laguerre hypergroup.

The central limit theorem for Chébli-Trimèche hypergroups

Let (S _nn>-1) be a random walk on a hypergroup ( ₊ , *), i.e., a Markov chain with transition kernelN(x, A) = _x * (A), where is a fixed probability measure on ₊ such that the second moment exists. Then depending on the growth of the hypergroup two situations can occur: when ( ₊ , *) is of exponential growth then it is shown thatS _n is asymptotically normal. In the case of polynomial growth {more precisely, if the densityA of the Haar measure of ( ₊ , *) satisfies lim[A()/A()]=}, the normalized variablesS _n/[n Var()/(+1)]^1/2 converge to a Rayleigh distribution with parameter .     

A Wiener-Tauberian and a Pompeiu type theorems on the Laguerre hypergroup

A Wiener-Tauberian theorem is proven on the Laguerre hypergroup [M.M. Nessibi, K. Trimèche, Inversion of the Radon transform on the Laguerre hypergroup by using generalized wavelets, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 208 (1997) 337-363]. As consequence of this theorem we establish a Pompeiu type-theorem and we study some of its applications.
