企业应急决策是一个充满变化、矛盾冲突的,涉及多个领域知识的复杂决策过程,能否根据突发事件的发展过程,依照具体的决策情境有效地整合企业可利用的资源条件,化解应急决策过程中的矛盾问题冲突,生成有效的应急决策方案,成为制约应急决策有效性的难点.为此,将可拓学中转换桥方法引入应急决策,研究变化情境下的应急决策矛盾问题分析与求解.针对变化情境下企业应急决策矛盾问题进行形式化基元模型表达,构建了矛盾问题定量描述与求解的转换桥共存度函数和转换桥可拓变换函数,并给出了基于转换桥模型的矛盾问题求解策略.并以某手机制造企业为例,随着突发事件的发展变化,分析企业可利用资源和应急决策过程中的矛盾问题,并进行求解.经验证,所提方法对于分析和解决应急决策过程中不同领域知识之间的对立冲突问题是有效的.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of combination projection synchronization of fractional-order complex dynamic networks with time-varying delay couplings and external interferences is studied. Firstly, the definition of combination projection synchronization of fractional-order complex dynamic networks is given, and the synchronization problem of the drive-response systems is transformed into the stability problem of the error system. In addition, time-varying delays and disturbances are taken into consideration to make the network synchronization more practical and universal. Then, based on Lyapunov stability theory and fractional inequality theory, the adaptive controller is formulated to make the drive and response systems synchronization by the scaling factors. The controller is easier to realize because there is no time-delay term in the controller. At last, the corresponding simulation examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

We investigate the evolution of polymer structure and its influence on uniaxial anisotropic stress under time-varying uniaxial strain, and the role of external control variables such as temperature, strain rate, chain length, and density, using molecular dynamics simulation. At temperatures higher than glass transition, stress anisotropy in the system is reduced even though the bond stretch is greater at higher temperatures. There is a significant increase in the stress level with increasing density. At higher densities, the uncoiling of the chains is suppressed and the major contribution to the deformation is by internal deformation of the chains. At faster rates of loading stress anisotropy increases. The deformation mechanism is mostly due to bond stretch and bond bending rather than overall shape and size. Stress levels increase with longer chain length. There is a critical value of the functionality of the cross-linkers beyond which the uniaxial stress developed increases caused primarily by bond stretching due to increased constraint on the motion of the monomers. Stacking of the chains in the system also plays a dominant role in the behaviour in terms of excluded volume interactions. Low density, high temperature, low values of functionality of cross-linkers, and short chain length facilitate chain uncoiling and chain slipping in cross-linked polymers.  相似文献

In [13], Schaubel et al. proposed a semiparametric partially linear rate model for the statistical analysis of recurrent event data. But they only considered the model with time-independent covariate effects. In this paper, rate function of the recurrent event is modeled by a semipaxametric partially linear function which can include the time-varying effects. We propose the method of generalized estimating equations to make inferences about both the time-varying effects and time-independent effects. The large sample properties are established, while extensive simulation studies are carried out to examine the proposed procedures. At last, we apply the procedures to the well-known bladder cancer study.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of stability analysis of neural networks with interval time-varying delays. It is assumed that the lower bound of time-varying delays is not restricted to be zero. By constructing a newly augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional which has not been proposed yet and utilizing some integral information on activation function as elements of augmented vectors, an improved stability criterion with the framework of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is introduced in Theorem 1. Based on the result of Theorem 1 and utilizing the property of the positiveness of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a further relaxed stability condition will be proposed in Theorem 2. The effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed theorems will be illustrated via three numerical examples.  相似文献

In this paper we prove results relating the (parabolic) non-tangential maximum operator and appropriate square functions in for solutions to general second order, symmetric and strongly elliptic parabolic systems with real valued and constant coefficients in the setting of a class of time-varying, non-smooth infinite cylinders . In particular we prove a global as well as a local and scale invariant equivalence between the parabolic non-tangential maximal operator and appropriate square functions for solutions of our system. The novelty of our approach is that it is not based on singular integrals, the prevailing tool in the analysis of systems in non-smooth domains. Instead the methods explored have recently proved useful in the analysis of elliptic measure associated to non-symmetric operators through the work of Kenig-Koch-Pipher-Toro and in the analysis of caloric measure without the use of layer potentials.

This paper considers the problem of practical finite-time stability (PFTS) for switched nonlinear time-varying (SNTV) systems. Starting with nonlinear time-varying (NTV) systems, a new sufficient condition is proposed to verify the PFTS of systems by using an improved Lyapunov function. Then, the results obtained are extended to study the PFTS of SNTV systems. Two stability conditions are proposed for SNTV systems under arbitrary switching, moreover, the time and region of convergence are also given. Furthermore, an initial state-dependent dwell time method is introduced to study the PFTS of SNTV systems. Three stability conditions are proposed by using the methods of initial state-dependent minimum dwell time (ISD-MDT) and initial state-dependent average dwell time (ISD-ADT), respectively. The comparisons between the obtained results and the existing results are also given, and the obtained results are extended to impulsive switched nonlinear time-varying (ISNTV) systems. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献
