基于文献[8]给出的平板弯曲振动精确化方程,对含圆孔平板中弹性波散射与动应力集中问题进行了研究.文中给出了分别基于Mindlin板与精确化板方程在不同参数下圆孔动弯矩集中系数的数值结果,并对结果进行了对比分析和讨论.结果表明:在较低频率和薄板情况下,基于文献[8]的方程与基于Mindlin板理论得到的动弯矩结果是基本一致的;在较高频率和厚板情况下,基于文献[8]的方程与基于Mindlin板理论的动弯矩结果相差较大,最大值超出可达16%.由于文献[8]给出的平板振动精确化方程是在没有任何工程假设条件下得到的,因此其分析计算结果更精确一些. 相似文献

低能正电子碰撞原子内壳层电离截面的实验数据目前还很缺乏,从而影响了对近年来发展的各相关理论模型的检验,限制了慢正电子束流技术在诸多领域中的应用.本文采用慢正电子束流装置产生的8—9.5 keV正电子束碰撞纯厚Ti靶,利用硅漂移探测器(SDD)收集正电子碰撞Ti靶产生的X射线,同时采用高纯锗探测器在线获得与靶碰撞的入射正电子数,从而得到Ti的K壳层实验产额,并基于蒙特卡罗模拟程序PENELOPE获得模拟产额.将实验产额分别与内壳层电离截面数据库采用经典光学数据模型(ODM)和扭曲波玻恩近似理论模型(DWBA)的蒙特卡罗模拟产额进行对比,发现基于ODM理论模型的模拟产额与实验值有较大的偏差,基于DWBA理论模型的模拟产额与实验结果符合较好.根据实验产额和基于DWBA理论模型的模拟产额的比较结果,对蒙特卡罗模拟程序使用的DWBA理论模型数据库进行修正后再进行模拟和比较,从而得到可靠的8—9.5 keV正电子致Ti原子K壳层电离截面数据. 相似文献

Inorganic semiconductor‐based broadband photodetectors are ubiquitous in imaging technologies such as digital cameras and photometers. Herein a broadband organic photodiode (OPD) that has performance metrics comparable or superior to inorganic photodiodes over the same spectral range is reported. The photodiode with an active layer comprised of a poly[N‐9′‐heptadecanyl‐2,7‐carbazole‐alt‐5,5‐(4′,7′‐di‐2‐thienyl‐2′,1′,3′‐benzothiadiazole)]:[6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester bulk heterojunction blend had a dark current < 1 nA/cm2, specific detectivity of ∼1013 Jones, reverse bias −3 dB frequency response of 100 kHz to 1 MHz, and state‐of‐the‐art Linear Dynamic Range for organic photodiodes of nine orders of magnitude (180 dB). The key to these performance metrics was the use of a thick junction (700 nm), which flattened the spectral response, reduced the dark current and decreased performance variations. The strategy also provides a route to large area defect free “monolithic” structures for low noise integrated photo‐sensing, position determination, or contact, non‐focal imaging. 相似文献

Thick GaN layers deposited in HVPE system on composite substrates made on sapphire substrates in Metalorganic Vapour Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE) system have been investigated. The following substrates were used: (00.1) sapphire substrates with AlN, AlN/GaN and GaN thin layers. The crystallographic structure and the quality of the epitaxial thick GaN layers were determined. Comparison of the three types of thick layers was performed. Significant differences were observed. It was found that thick GaN deposited on the simplest MOVPE‐GaN/sapphire composite substrate has comparable structure's properties as the other, more complicated. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Based on dynamical theories of water waves and dynamics of Mindlin thick plates,the investigation of the wave-induced responses and the vibration reduction of an elastic floating plate are presented using the Wiener-Hopf technique.Without regard to the case of elastic connector,the calculated results obtained by the present method are in good agreement with those from the literature and the experiment.It can be shown that the present method is valid.Relations between the spring stiffness to be used to connect the sea bottom and the floating plate and the parameters of wave-induced responses of floating plates are investigated using the present method.Therefore, these results can be used as theoretical bases for the design stage of super floating platform systems. 相似文献
