基于改进DEA模型的科技投入产出有效性分析

合理地评价各地区的科技投入产出,对于资源的合理利用,提高资金的使用效率具有十分重要的现实意义.采用一种改进的DEA模型(简称M DEA),对2000—2002年间我国各地区的科技投入产出相对效率进行了充分评价和排序.并将三年的数据放在一起组成一个新的参考集,用同样的M DEA模型进行评估,得出各地区三年科技投入产出相对效率的变化情况.     

Reflection and transmission of plasma waves at the interface of crystallites

A linearized problem of the reflection and transmission of a plasma wave at the boundary of a half-space (namely, the plane separating two crystallites) is formulated and analytically solved. The electron distribution function and the electric field inside the half-space of a degenerate plasma are found. The reflection and transmission coefficients are determined as functions of the input parameters of the problem. The longwave limit (i.e., the resonance case when the oscillation frequency of the self-consistent electric field is close to the natural (Langmuir) oscillation frequency) is analyzed.     

Function S-rough Sets and Their Law Characteristic

Function S-rough sets(Function Singular rough sets) are defined by R-function equivalence class which has dynamic characteristic, and a function is s law, function S-rough sets have law characteristic. Function S-rough sets has these forms: function one direction S-rough sets, function two direction S-rough sets and dual of function one direction S-rough sets. This paper presents the law characteristic of function one direction S-rough sets and puts forward the theorems of law-chain-attribute and law-belt. Function S-rough sets is s new research direction of the rough sets theory.     

内螺纹挤压加工温度及其变化规律的实验研究

采用自制的温度传感器,使用不同规格、不同结构的挤压丝锥,在不同的工件材料、不同预制孔径、不同挤压速度、不同切削液的实验条件下,对内螺纹挤压加工温度及其变化规律进行了实验研究.从降低挤压加工温度出发,提出延长挤压丝锥寿命、提高内螺纹质量的优化措施.

产销平衡运输问题的表上作业法解法的一个注记

本文给出了用表上作业法求解产销平衡运输问题当出现退化时在相应空格填“O”的更为明确的规则，利用该规则可以避免可能存在的多余计算。本文还给出了用改进后的表上作业法求解指派问题的方法和步骤，该方法与求解指派问题的常用方法“匈牙利法”相比，具有手工计算更为简便的优点。     

氧化物表面的侧表面原子成象——Ⅰ.Eu_2O_2晶体由位错滑移形成表面台阶的动态原位观察

通过高分辨电子显微术获得了Eu_2O_3晶体分子清洁的表面侧面原子成象,观察到了由表面附近位错滑移出表面而形成表面原子台阶的动态变化过程,同时还观察到了此种表面台阶的形核生长。

On the regularization of an equation of the first kind with a multiple integration operator

The zero-order Tikhonov regularization method as applied to an equation of the first kind with a multiple differentiation operator is considered for the case when the solution belongs to a class from the domain of the adjoint operator. An estimate of the error of the approximate solution in the uniform metric is obtained, which is sharp with respect to the order, and the order is established. It is proved that the proposed method is optimal with respect to the order. Unimprovable estimates of the order of the modulus of continuity of the inverse operator are obtained.
