两种拔尿管方法对膀胱功能损伤的临床观察

为观察两种不同的拔尿管方法对膀胱功能损伤的差异,将80例患者随机分成两组,分别采用改良法(40例)和常规法(40例)拔除留置尿管,分析比较了两组患者排尿顺利率、逼尿肌功能恢复率及尿道刺激症、尿失禁、尿潴留。结果表明,两组患者拔管后上述指标与情况有显著性差异,P<0.05。提示改良组膀胱功能损伤明显低于对照组。改良的拔管方法是一种值得护理推广应用的好方法。     

A primer on perfect simulation for spatial point processes

This primer provides a self-contained exposition of the case where spatial birth-and-death processes are used for perfect simulation of locally stable point processes. Particularly, a simple dominating coupling from the past (CFTP) algorithm and the CFTP algorithms introduced in [13], [14], and [5] are studied. Field Theory Methods in Classical Dynamics

A Dirac picture perturbation theory is developed for the time evolution operator in classical dynamics in the spirit of the Schwinger–Feynman–Dyson perturbation expansion and detailed rules are derived for computations. Complexification formalisms are given for the time evolution operator suitable for phase space analyses, and then extended to a two-dimensional setting for a study of the geometrical Berry phase as an example. Finally a direct integration of Hamilton's equations is shown to lead naturally to a path integral expression, as a resolution of the identity, as applied to arbitrary functions of generalized coordinates and momenta.     

Collisional excitation of Na-Rydberg atoms

The scattering of heavy ion with a multilevel Rydberg atom in the presence of an electromagnetic field is studied. The interaction of Rydberg atom and the e.m field is explored using non-perturbative quasi-energy technique. Although the results are presented for selected excitations but in actual calculations we have included many levels of the atom. The effect of various parameters are shown on collisional excitation process. As an illustration detailed calculations are performed for the inelastic proton-Na Rydberg atom collision accompanied by the transfer of photons and the effects of dressing due to the field are considered. The emphasis of the present work is on collision induced transitions especially the case that involves change of orbital as well as principal quantum number. A Modified Quasi-Newton Method for Structured Optimization with Partial Information on the Hessian

This paper develops a modified quasi-Newton method for structured unconstrained optimization with partial information on the Hessian, based on a better approximation to the Hessian in current search direction. The new approximation is decided by both function values and gradients at the last two iterations unlike the original one which only uses the gradients at the last two iterations. The modified method owns local and superlinear convergence. Some degenerate and quasilinear parabolic systems not in divergence form

This paper deals with positive solutions of degenerate and quasilinear parabolic systems not in divergence form: u_t=u^p(Δu+av), v_t=v^q(Δv+bu), with null Dirichlet boundary conditions and positive initial conditions, where p, q, a and b are all positive constants. The local existence and uniqueness of classical solution are proved. Moreover, it will be proved that all solutions exist globally if and only if ab?λ₁², where λ₁ is the first eigenvalue of −Δ in Ω with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition.     

Banach空间上有界可逆线性变换逆变换的结构

Fillmore在[1]中得到一个定理:设A,T是Banach空间X上的线性变换,A有界,若Lat(A) Lat(T)且AT=TA,则T是A的多项式.在本文里,以此作为引理,讨论了Banach空间上可逆线性变换A在什么情况下,A-1可表示为A的多项式.本文最主要的结论是定理3.4:设X是Banach空间,A是X上的有界线性变换,且可逆,则A-1是A的多项式当且仅当A-1是A的局部多项式.     

Cochran's statistical theorem for outer inverses of matrices and matrix quadratic forms

We extend the matrix version of Cochran's statistical theorem to outer inverses of a matrix. As applications, we investigate the Wishartness and independence of matrix quadratic forms for Kronecker product covariance structures.
