基于双重差分模型的参与PPP项目与企业技术创新关系研究

以2011～2018年沪深主板市场上市的企业作为研究对象,分析了上市企业参与PPP项目建设对企业自身技术创新水平的影响,并进一步探讨行业竞争对二者关系的调节效应。研究发现企业参与PPP项目建设总体会抑制企业技术创新投入,并且参与PPP项目程度越深,抑制作用越明显。二者的关系在科技型行业和传统型行业中存在异质,参与PPP项目有助于提高科技型企业技术创新,但是不利于提高传统型企业技术创新。行业竞争对PPP项目与企业技术创新的关系产生显著的调节作用,随着行业竞争加强,参与PPP项目与科技型企业技术创新的正相关越大,参与PPP项目与传统型企业技术创新的负相关越小。对此,企业家要有长远意识,坚持创新型发展,同时监管部门要充分利用行业竞争机制加快产业转型升级,破除垄断关系。     

考虑区间数概率分布的技术创新项目综合评价

本文针对目前现状的调查,引入考虑区间数概率分布的思想,综合熵权对技术创新项目进行综合评价,从而达到了更加充分、科学的利用评价信息的目的。     

绿色生态住宅的概念与设计要素

对绿色建筑发展比较成熟的日本等发达国家的绿色建筑相关概念、要求、做法进行了整理和分析, 结合从事绿色建筑设计的实际工作, 系统地总结了绿色建筑的基本概念和设计的三大要素. 指出了中国发展绿色生态住宅存在的问题和应注意点, 并提出了相关的解决方法.     

The multicriteria analysis for construction of benchmarkers to support the Clinical Engineering in the Healthcare Technology Management

In developing countries, approximately half of the healthcare equipments are not in full use and the main cause of this is the inadequate management of them. The Clinical Engineering might face this problem in the healthcare environment analyzing the equipment with a health technological process perspective to identify opportunities of improvements. Generally, the inadequate management is a result of lack of systemized and contextualized information about the health technological process. The effort to make an adequate management generates an increasing interest in the use of benchmarker. Currently, the benchmarkers used by the Clinical Engineering are not representative of a health technological process as a whole. Health technological process concept is stated in this article. The multicriteria analysis methodology MCDA (Multicriteria Decision Aid) is used to obtain benchmarkers and to identify opportunities of improvements, thus generating conditions for that the Clinical Engineering consolidates its relevant contribution for the healthcare.

将可拓优度评价方法应用于企业技术创新项目选择过程之中 ,并甄选了一组技术创新项目评价的通用指标 ,通过实例应用的研究 ,分析了该评价模型的应用方法及特点 .     

中国高技术产业的技术创新影响因素:基于面板数据模型的实证检验

利用中国16个高技术行业的面板数据,对高技术行业的技术创新影响因素进行了实证分析,不仅研究了R&D投入对高技术行业技术创新的影响,还考虑了行业融资结构、外资企业研发的技术溢出效应、产权结构、企业规模以及市场集中度等因素的影响作用.     

建立我国中小企业技术创新管理服务体系的设想

中小型企业是推动我国经济快速发展的重要力量，与大型企业相比，他们有着更为强烈的技术创新意识，同时也面临着更大的技术创新风险和困难。文章在阐述现阶段中小企业技术创新面临问题的基础上，提出了建立中小企业技术创新管理服务体系的设想，旨在能为改革中小企业技术创新宏观环境提供参考     

农民科技培训的博弈分析

本构造了一个对农民进行培训的博弈论模型。分析了农民对于普通的农业科技培训和专门培训选择的可能性，并且讨论了家庭收入对于农民参加科技培训积极性的影响。指出为了迅速提高农村劳动力的素质，国家应加大对培训的投入，制定相应的激励机制。     

对技术进步贡献率“索洛余值法”估计的一种改进

在用"索洛余值法"估计技术进步贡献率研究的基础上,将多项式分布滞后模型和半参数回归模型引入"索洛方程",对"索洛余值法"估计进行改进,避免前提假设未得到满足而直接对参数进行估计,并以山西省为例进行实证分析.     

Where is the road to bio-water-saving for the globe?

The First International Conference on the Theory and Practices in Bio-water-saving (ICTPB) was held from May 21 to 25, 2006 in Beijing, China. This indicated that the work related to this hot topic on the globe has been paid more attention to. Most progress in this field has been presented from near 300 participating people worldwide, who were meeting together to discuss about the theory and practices of water-saving biology and how to serve global agricultural and ecological sustainable development. The work related to bio-water-saving has been involved in different scales and soil–plant root biointerfaces. On the basis of this background and in combination with the work from our laboratory and the center, we provided some ideas for global bio-water-saving in this paper, sharing the achievement in this field and advocating true bio-water-saving for the world and promoting the pace of global bio-water-saving.
