以氯仿为萃取剂 ,对 3 氯 2 羟丙基三甲基氯化铵 (CHPTMA)水溶液进行萃取 ,用气相法分析了CHPT MA溶液中的微量有机杂质环氧氯丙烷和 1 3 二氯丙醇。柱为 2m× 3mmi d 的不锈钢填充柱 ,固定相为10 %的PEG 2 0M ,载体为ChromosorbW/AW。环氧氯丙烷和 1,3 二氯丙醇的回收率分别为 97 5 %~ 10 5 0 %和93 3%~ 98 8% ,相对标准偏差分别为 11 5 %和 13 1% ,最低检测限分别为 5 0 μg/g和 10 0 μg/ g。 相似文献

The Molecule S?GeCl2. Matrix IR Investigation and Ab initio SCF Calculation Molecular S?GeCl2 is found in a matrix reaction between the high-temperature molecule Ge?S and Cl2. A structure analog to that of phosgene can be derived from the isotopical shifts (70Ge/72Ge/73Ge/74Ge/76Ge and 35Cl/37Cl) within the IR spectra. The normal coordinate analysis results for the Ge?S force constant a value of 4.21 mdyn/Å. The spectroscopic results are confirmed by ab initio SCF calculations. 相似文献

Acylation of 6-(1-fluorovinyl)-6-methyl- and 6-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluorocyclobutyl)-4,5-diazaspiro[2.4]hept-4-enes with acetyl chloride proceeds as electrophilic addition to the N(5) atom and is accompanied by opening of the cyclopropane ring to give 1-acetyl-3-(2-chloroethyl)-5-(1-fluorovinyl)-5-methyl- and 1-acetyl-3-(2-chloroethyl)-5-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluorocyclobutyl)-4,5-dihydropyrazoles, respectively. Under the same conditions, acylation of 6-(2,3,3-trifluorocyclobut-1-enyl)-4,5-diazaspiro[2.4]hept-4-ene is not regioselective. The (2-chloroethyl) pyrazolines obtained undergo dehydrochlorination into vinylpyrazolines in the presence of an excess of MeONa in MeOH. The reaction of 4-acetyl-6-(2,3,3-trifluorocyclobut-1-enyl)-4,5-diazaspiro[2.4]hept-5-ene with MeONa results in selective replacement of the F atom at the double bond by a methoxy group.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The complete 1H, 13C and 15N NMR analyses for a series of 25 diaryl-aldimines containing phenyl, pyridyl, pyrazolone and furanyl moieties are described herein. Detailed evaluation of substituent chemical shift and coupling constant effects showed that interaction between the lone pair of the pyrazolone carbonyl group or the nitrogen of 2-substitued pyridines with the aldimine hydrogen increases the value and shifts the resonance signal for this hydrogen to high frequency, in the 1H NMR spectra. The X-ray crystal structure analysis of pyrazolone substituted aldimines evidenced the planarity of the aryl groups which are conjugated with the CN double bond. In the case of the N-(2-pyridinemethylene)-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-pyrazol-3-one, two rotamers were observed in the same unit cell. 相似文献

Docking simulation of 18 agonists with the ligand binding pocket (LBP) of PPARγ has been performed. The binding conformations and binding affinities of these agonists were obtained by use of the flexible docking protocol FlexX. Test compound calculations indicated that FlexX can reproduce the binding conformation of the crystal structure (root mean square deviation = 1.43 Å); moreover, the predicted binding affinities correlate well with the activities of these agonists. The interaction model and pharmacophore of PPARγ agonists were derived and the difference in biologic activities of these agonists can be well explained. The PPARγ agonists must have both polar head and the hydrophobic tail, which form hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic contacts with hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions of the LBP of PPARγ, respectively. Phthalocyanine (Pc) complexes are an important class of dyes with numerous (e.g., biological, photophysical, and analytical) applications. Among the methods used to improve the properties of these complexes, one should mention the introduction of different substituents, variation of the central metal ion, ligand exchange, and conjugation to nanomaterials (e.g., carbon-based nanomaterials and metal nanoparticles (NPs)). This work briefly reviews Pc complex conjugation to Ag and Au NPs, highlights the different NP shapes, and discusses the diversity of conjugation approaches. Moreover, the use of UV–Vis spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, dynamic light scattering and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to characterize Pc-NP hybrids is summarized. The effect of conjugation on Pc photo-physicochemical properties (fluorescence, singlet oxygen generation, triplet state formation, and optical limiting behavior) is discussed, and future perspectives for the synthesis and applications of new hybrids are provided. 相似文献
