LC谐振充电是Tesla变压器常用的初级电容充电技术,但存在对控制时序要求高、易受电磁干扰和不具备故障保护能力等缺陷。针对这个问题,提出了一种时基反馈控制的LC谐振充电电源。该电源与传统LC谐振电源的主要区别在于,采用特殊设计的时基反馈电路取代多路时基控制器,将能量回收开关反向阻断瞬间的电压突变调制为谐振晶闸管触发信号,从而在能量回收结束时刻启动谐振充电,实现各工作回路准确按照预定时序运行。时基反馈电路由高压元件构成,不易受电磁干扰,且在原理上具备负载短路保护能力。该技术已经应用于CKP1000,CKP5000等多台Tesla型超宽谱脉冲源。实验结果表明,在强脉冲辐射环境下,该电源能够1000 Hz重频稳定运行,且能够在Tesla变压器初级短路故障时进行快速自动保护。 相似文献

Harmful algal blooms negatively impact ecosystems and threaten drinking water sources. One potential method to effectively counteract algal blooms is ultrasonication. However, ultrasonication can easily lead to the release of intracellular organic matter (IOM). The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the destruction of algal cells and IOM release at different ultrasound frequencies. Microcystis aeruginosa cells were ultrasonicated at 20 kHz with an intensity of 0.038 W/mL, 740 kHz with an intensity of 0.113 W/mL, and 1120 kHz with an intensity of 0.108 W/mL. The IOM release was detected by fluorescence spectroscopy in addition to the more commonly used haemocytometry and optical density. After ultrasonication for 15 min, the removal rate of algal cells reached 10.5% at 20 kHz, 9.46% at 740 kHz, and 35.4% at 1120 kHz. The 20 kHz and 740 kHz ultrasound caused local damage to algal cells and then disrupted them, whereas the 1120 kHz ultrasound directly disrupted most algal cells. The extracellular organic matter (EOM), which was increased by ultrasonication, mainly consisted of protein-like compounds, chlorophyll, and a small amount of humic-like substances. Gas vacuoles had been destructed before the cells were broken, as indicated by the decrease of cell size and the wrinkles on the cell surface. The power supply for IEF based on features of the Cockcroft‐Walton voltage multiplier (CW VM) is described in this work. The article describes a design of the IEF power supply, its electric characteristics, and testing by IEF analysis. A circuit diagram of the power supply included two opposite charged branches (each consisting of four voltage doublers). The designed CW VM was powered by 230 V/50 Hz alternate current and it generated up to 5 kV and 90 mW at the output. Voltage and current characteristics of the power supply were measured by known load resistances in the range from 10 kΩ to 1 GΩ, which is a common resistance range for IEF strip geometry. Further, the power supply was tested by a separation of a model mixture of colored pI markers using a 175 × 3 × 0.5 mm focusing bed. Automatically limited power load enabled analysis of samples without previous optimization of the focusing voltage or electric current time courses according to sample composition. Cationic conjugated oligoelectrolytes (COEs) are a class of compounds that can be tailored to achieve relevant in vitro antimicrobial properties with relatively low cytotoxicity against mammalian cells. Three distyrylbenzene-based COEs were designed containing amide functional groups on the side chains. Their properties were compared to two representative COEs with only quaternary ammonium groups. The optimal compound, COE2−3C−C3-Apropyl , has an antimicrobial efficacy against Escherichia coli with an MIC=2 μg mL−1, even in the presence of human serum albumin low cytotoxicity (IC50=740 μg mL−1) and minimal hemolytic activity. Moreover, we find that amide groups increase interactions between COEs and a bacterial lipid mimic based on calcein leakage assay and allow COEs to readily permeabilize the cytoplasmic membrane of E. coli. These findings suggest that hydrogen bond forming moieties can be further applied in the molecular design of antimicrobial COEs to further improve their selectivity towards bacteria. 相似文献

There is a growing concern for male reproductive health as studies suggest that there is a sharp increase in prostate cancer and other fertility related problems. Apart from lifestyle, pollutants are also known to negatively affect the reproductive system. In addition to many other compounds that have been shown to alter androgen signaling, several environmental pollutants are known to disrupt androgen signaling via binding to androgen receptor (AR) or indirectly affecting the androgen synthesis. We analyzed here the molecular mechanism of the interaction between the human AR Ligand Binding Domain (hAR-LBD) and two environmental pollutants, linuron (a herbicide) and procymidone (a pesticide), and compared with the steroid agonist dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and well-known hAR antagonists bicalutamide and enzalutamide. Using molecular docking and dynamics simulations, we showed that the co-activator interaction site of the hAR-LBD is disrupted in different ways by different ligands. Binding free energies of the ligands were also ordered in increasing order as follows: linuron, procymidone, DHT, bicalutamide, and enzalutamide. These data were confirmed by in vitro assays. Reporter assay with MDA-kb2 cells showed that linuron, procymidone, bicalutamide and enzalutamide can inhibit androgen mediated activation of luciferase activity. Gene expression analysis further showed that these compounds can inhibit the expression of prostate specific antigen (PSA) and microseminoprotein beta (MSMB) in prostate cell line LNCaP. Comparative analysis showed that procymidone is more potent than linuron in inhibiting AR activity. Furthermore, procymidone at 10 μM dose showed equivalent and higher activity to AR inhibitor enzalutamide and bicalutamide respectively. 相似文献

本文通过分子动力学模拟研究富勒烯在Aβ42 低聚体表面的结合过程. 在结合过程中,C60在Aβ表面经历一系列尝试过程,最终找到某个稳定的结合位点. 根据结合的残基不同,这些结合位点可以分为六类,其中核心疏水区域(CHC)位点(17LVFFA21)及Turn 27-31 位点(27NKGAI31)具有最强的结合稳定性. 二者的结合主要通过范德华作用稳定,而溶剂化效应则起相反作用. 在这六类位点中的两个位点,观察到C60会对Aβ二级结构起破坏作用. 其一位于核心疏水区域,C60有挤入多肽β片层中间的趋势;另外一位点位于N端,C60能够破坏外侧Aβ的3-5 号残基的主链氢键,瓦解其末端的β片结构. 这两个过程对理解富勒烯抑制Aβ聚集的微观机制提供了帮助. 此外,在Turn 27-31 位点以及Y10-H14 位点,发现了富勒烯与Aβ纤维样聚集体结合的沟槽滚动机制,即富勒烯能够在淀粉样低聚体表面形成的特定沟槽内滚动. 这一特征有助于预测富勒烯在其它淀粉样多肽表面的结合位点及结合行为. 相似文献

基于惩罚与补贴的再制造闭环供应链网络均衡模型 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
为研究我国废旧电子产品(WEEE)立法的问题,分析了供应商、制造商、零售商、需求市场及回收商的行为,分别建立了变分不等式模型,并在此基础上建立了五级再制造闭环供应链网络均衡模型。模型考虑了政府对于制造商的惩罚政策与对于回收商的补贴政策。通过修正投影算法求解算例,仿真分析了旧材料转化率、回收率、惩罚及补贴政策对闭环供应链网络均衡结果的影响。结果表明,随着政府对于回收商的补贴的增加,不但回收商的回收量提高,闭环供应链的新材料需求量、旧材料需求量、销售量均增加;相反,随着政府对于制造商未完成的回收量的罚款增加,回收量、新材料需求量、旧材料需求量、销售量均降低;追求高回收率的政策并不总是有效的;而提高WEEE的旧材料转化率对于闭环供应链有利。 相似文献
