An anatomically accurate eye model with a shell-structure lens 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A human eye model based on anatomically accurate eye model previously proposed by Liou, has been transformed into a new eye model, in which laminated structure of the lens is considered. The crystalline lens is presented in the form of hundreds of shells with rotational symmetry, and with constant index within each shell. The refractive index increases from the cortical shell to the inner one, according to the equation proposed by Smith G. et al. The anterior surface of the lens is prolate, whereas the posterior surface of the lens is oblate which is consistent with the anatomical data. A ray tracing procedure has been applied to study the refractive structure of the eye. The optical characters of the model have been studied. The reason that the wings occur on the spherical aberration curve has been given. And we found that the lens with gradient refractive index and lens with shell structure can give same longitudinal spherical aberration results. 相似文献

在有效质量近似和球形方形势模型下,计算了开放型球状纳米系统电子散射截面及电子按能量的概率分布,探讨了线度、势垒宽度对电子散射截面和共振能量以及共振宽度的影响.结果表明:电子的散射截面随能量的分布曲线有一极大值和极小值,而且电子能量的概率分布曲线的极大值位置总是介于散射截面分布曲线的极大值与极小值的能量位置之间;散射截面随内核半径r0的增大而增大,而且散射截面分布曲线随r0的增大由较平滑变得较尖锐;散射截面随势垒宽度Δ的增大而增大,但在Δ=1.4aCdS–1.7aCdS的范围内,变化出现异常,在Δ=1.6aCdS时散射截面出现极小;电子共振能量El 随Δ的变化与电子所处状态有关,而电子共振宽度Γl随Δ的增大而减小;不论Δ取何值, El和Γl都满足能量和时间的测不准关系.

Ellipsometric analysis and optical absorption characterization of gallium phosphide nanoparticulate thin film 下载免费PDF全文
Gallium phosphide (GaP) nanoparticulate thin films were easily fabricated by colloidal suspension deposition via GaP nanoparticles dispersed in N,N-dimethylformamide. The microstructure of the film was performed by x-ray diffraction, high resolution transmission electron microscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The film was further investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry. After the model GaP+void|SiO2 was built and an effective medium approximation was adopted, the values of the refractive index n and the extinction coefficient k were calculated for the energy range of 0.75 eV-4.0 eV using the dispersion formula in DeltaPsi2 software. The absorption coefficient of the film was calculated from its k and its energy gaps were further estimated according to the Tauc equation, which were further verified by its fluorescence spectrum measurement. The structure and optical absorption properties of the nanoparticulate films are promising for their potential applications in hybrid solar cells. 相似文献

Electromagnetic theoretic analysis of shielded homogeneous and isotropic dielectric spheres has been made. Characteristic
equations for the TE and TM modes have been derived. Dielectric spheres of radii of the order of μm size are found suitable
for the optical frequency region whereas for the microwave region radii of the order of mm size are found suitable. Parameters
suitable for their application in the optical and microwave frequency ranges have been used to compute the frequencies corresponding
to the normal modes for the TE and TM modes. Expressions for the quality factors for realistic resonators, i.e., for a dielectric
sphere with a non-zero conductivity and a metal shield with a finite conductivity have also been derived for the TE and TM

This paper calculates the lifetime of resonant state and
transmission probability of a single electron tunnelling in a
spherical quantum dot (SQD) structure by using the transfer matrix
technique. In the SQD, the electron is confined both transversally
and longitudinally, the motion in the transverse and longitudinal
directions is separated by using the adiabatic approximation theory.
Meanwhile, the energy levels of the former are
considered as the
effective confining potential. The numerical calculations are carried out
for the SQD consisting of GaAs/InAs material. The obtained results show that the
bigger radius of the quantum dot not only leads significantly to the shifts
of resonant peaks toward the low-energy region, but also causes the
lengthening of the lifetime of resonant state. The lifetime of resonant
state can be calculated from the uncertainty principle between the energy

对以球面波作为参考光记录数字全息图的采样和再现分离条件进行了详细的分析。推导出了同时满足采样和再现分离条件时,CCD及物体的横向尺寸、物体及参考光源至CCD的距离之间需要满足的关系式,证明了完全散射物体上复振幅在记录面上的叠加可以等效为一个点光源在记录面上产生的效果,进行了相应的实验研究。结果表明:数字全息术中采用球面参考光波可以比采用平面参考光波更容易满足采样和分离条件,并可以记录到更多的物体信息;在物体至CCD的距离固定的情况下,无透镜傅里叶变换全息术是优化的记录光路结构;散射物体比衍射物体的数字全息图更容易满足采样和分离条件。 相似文献
